Objective To find the way of predicting invasive blood pressure. Methods 47 subjects were enrolled into the study.Non-invasive blood pressure (NBP) measurements were performed by the oscillometric device. The corresponding invasive blood pressure (IBP) reading was obtained from a radial intra-arterial catheter on the same arm.The index of the blood vessel structure was measured by two-dimensional ultrasound, homodynamic parameters of carotid and radial artery were measured by using the color Doppler ultrasound.Linear relation between IBP and NBP,as well as IBP and indices measured by non-invasive methods Was analyzed by regression method. Canonical correlation analysis was also conducted to find out the potential predictive factors of invasive blood pressure. Results The regression equation was:Y=17.21-64.357X1+2.802X2+1.324X3(Yrepresents ISBP,Xl represents RRI,X2 represents RPI,X3 represents NSBP).The first canonical correlation coefficients can be explained the correlation between index measured by non-invasive methods and invasive blood pressure. Conclusion Invasive blood pressure can be predicted from non-invasive blood pressure and hemodynamic parameters. In addition to noninvasive systolic hlood pressure and radial artery resistance index.the potential predictive factors of invasive blood pressure includes explmned by non-invasive diastolic blood pressure, radial pulsating index, carotid shear rate and carotid peak systolic velocity.

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on the recovery of knee joint function in old patients severe burned in lower extremity. Methods 49 patients severe burned in lower extremity were randomly divided into observation group (n=25) and control group (n=24). The control group accepted routine rehabilitation, while the observation group accepted comprehensive rehabilitation. They were assessed with the range of motion (ROM) of knee flexion/extension, 45 m-walking, stair activity, Functional Independence Measure (FIM) and muscle strength 3 months after rehabilitation. Results The active and passive ROM of knee, stair activity, FIM score and muscle strength improved more in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation promotes the recovery of knee function of old patients with severe burn in lower extremity.

Objective:To explore the effect of flipped classroom combined with scenario simulation in the teaching reform on four basic medical puncture techniques of clinical skills training. Methods:A total of 1 275 students majoring in five-year clinical medicine in Guangzhou Medical University were enrolled in the study. The control group (647 cases from Batch 2015) were given the traditional teaching pattern and the experimental group (628 cases from Batch 2016) adopted flipped classroom combined with scenario simulation. At the end of the course, the performance in the tests of four basic medical puncture techniques in the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) of the two groups were compared. The feedback and evaluation of this teaching mode in the experimental group were investigated by questionnaires. SPSS 19.0 was used for independent samples t test. Results:All the scores of the tests of four basic medical puncture techniques in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group: abdominocentesis [(87.89±7.13) vs. (82.60±10.74) points], thoracocentesis [(85.20±7.39) vs. (81.96±7.76) points], bone marrow aspiration [(88.13±6.00) vs. (83.50±9.63) points], and lumbar puncture [(91.91±7.19) vs. (80.74±12.20) points], with significant differences ( P<0.001). The results about the feedback and evaluation in the experimental group showed that the students gave an average score of 8.4 points to their satisfaction with the new teaching mode. The approval rates of the teaching effect evaluation items such as teaching arrangement, improving learning ability, improving clinical practice ability and school promotion were higher than 90.0%. Conclusion:Flipped classroom combined with scenario simulation, which is worthy to be popularized, can not only improve the students' performance in the tests of four basic medical puncture techniques in the OCSE, but also improve teaching satisfaction and teaching effect.

Objective:
Previous research has explored a variety of mental disorders associated with Internet Gaming Disoder (IGD) and Social Media Addiction (SMA). To date, few studies focused on the network characteristics and investigated mood and sleep symptoms across SMA and IGD of adolescence at a group-specific level. This study aims to identify different characteristics of IGD and SMA and further determine the group-specific psychopathology process among adolescents.
Methods:
We conducted a cross-sectional study to recruit a cohort of 7,246 adolescents who were scored passing the cutoff point of Internet Gaming Disorder Scale-Short Form and Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale, as grouped in IGD and SMA, or otherwise into the control group. Patient Health Questionnaire-9, Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item, and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were assessed for the current study, and all assessed items were investigated using network analysis.
Results:
Based on the analytical procedure, the participants were divided into three groups, the IGD group (n=789), SMA group (n=713) and control group (n=5,744). The edge weight bootstrapping analysis shows that different groups of networks reach certain accuracy, and the network structures of the three groups are statistically different (pcontrol-IGD=0.004, pcontrol-SMA<0.001, pIGD-SMA<0.001). The core symptom of SMA is “feeling down, depressed, or hopeless”, while IGD is “feeling tired or having little energy”.
Conclusion
Although IGD and SMA are both subtypes of internet addiction, the psychopathology processes of IGD and SMA are different. When dealing with IGD and SMA, different symptoms should be addressed.

Scaffold-free tissue engineered cell sheet is an emerging technology in biomedical field. It can avoid the adverse effects of scaffold materials, and can be further assembled to form more complex three-dimensional functional tissues. The construction of cell sheet is mainly based on the culture substrate composed of sensitive materials. By changing the stimulation factors such as temperature, enzyme, light, ion, redox, pH and sugar, the adhesion behavior of the substrate to the cells could be changed to make the cells detach naturally, thus generating the cell sheet. Recent years have seen the development of various simple and efficient construction technologies of cell sheet due to the development of a variety of novel sensitive culture substrates. The resulted cell sheets with excellent performance have greatly expanded their applications. This review summarized the construction methods of tissue engineered cell sheet and discussed the challenges and future perspectives in this field.
