[Objective] To investigate the effect of the ER stress on the process of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease which is induced by methionine-choline deficient diet.[Methods] C57/BL mice were randomly divided into 8 groups (n =10),group 1-4was given normal diet,5-8 group was given MCD diet. Then took one group from both normal diet and MCD diet in the 2nd,4th,6th,8th week, recorded each group's body weight and liver weight. The liver fibrosis and inflammation in mice were analyzed by histopathological staining and NAS.The expressions of endoplasmic reticulum stress markers such as p-PERK,p-eIF2α,CHOP were detected by Western Blot and real time fluorescent quantitative PCR (q-PCR).[Results] ①The ALT and AST in serum,TG and TC in liver tissue were both higher in MCD group, the same as NAS;②The expressions of PERK,eIF2α,CHOP were significantly higher than the nommal diet group, while the GADD34 expression was lower. What's more,as time went by,the difference was more obvious;3.There was a significant correlation between the ERS index and NAS score in MCD group.[Conclusion]The liver damage and inflammatory response was lifted gradually in the mice fed with MCD diet. The ER stress may take an important role in this process.

Objective To discuss the confirmed value of HCV Different Region ELISA KIT (ANTI-HCV-C, ANTI-HCV-NS3, ANTI-HCV-NS4, ANTI-HCV-NS5) to anti-HCV CO sample. Methods To inspect the general antibody of anti-HCV with ELISA, which is commonly used in clinic. The serum was separated from the suspicious samples, whose results were equal to S/CO or in the state of grey district ( CO?10%), and stored in the refrigerator in -29℃ low temperature and concenratedly inspected by the HCV Different Region ELISA KIT on the Triturus, the enayme immuno-reactions automatic analyzer. We totally collected 44 suspicious samples, among which there were 24 anti-HCV positive,20 anti-HCV CO?10% negative. Meanwhile we collected 30 samples whose S/CO of general antiboby was more than 5.0 and 20 ones which were healthy and could be compared with. Results In the 44 suspicious cases, whose S/CO was in the state of grey disrtict (CO?10%), the HCV Different Region Kit confirmed positive was 22.7% (10/44),suspicious 6.8% (3/44), negative 70.5 % (31/44).The false positive rate of positive anti-HCV CO?10% was 54.2%(13/24) and the false negative rate of negative anti-HCV CO?10% was 5.0%(1/20). In the 30 cases, whose S/CO of general antibody was more than 5.0,the HCV Different Region Kit confirmed positive was 80.0%(24/30),suspicious 13.3%(4/30), negative 67%(2/30). In 20 cases, which were from healthy people, the HCV Different Region Kit confirmed totally negative. Conclusion Using HCV Different Region Kit is a better evidence laboratory, especially for the uncertain samples, that is,it is very important for the "grey district"(CO?10%) samples to be further confirmed. It can reduce the false positive and false negative result which may emerge when anti HCV EIA inspects the dangerous groups and improve the accuracy of clinical HCV diagnosis. To blood station, it has certain practical value for the blood not only can be safely used, but also avoided wasting. The operation is simple and convenient, easily be spread and applied.

Objective:Taking Chongyang county of Hubei Province as an example, the paper describes the in-tegration of the maternal and child health ( MCH) and family planning ( FP) service system and analyses the key ele-ments to provide reference for promoting integration. Methods: qualitative interviews and quantitative questionnaire were used to collect data. The software QSR Nvivo 8. 0 and SPSS 17. 0 were used for qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Results:Based on the correct understanding of integration, Chongyang implements the supporting policies actively, maintains the original compensation mode unchanged, follows the principle of“no reducing headcounts and no downsizing” strictly, promotes the merger of institutions rapidly, adjusts the service contents and methods reasona-bly, and integrates the maternal and child and family planning information platform. Conclusion:The correct concept of integration, appropriate staffing, and stable funding in Chongyang provide rich experiences for future research. However, there is room for improvement in staffing, incentive mechanisms, service content, and forms.

OBJECTIVE To study the results of the reoperation for thyroid cancer. METHODS The clinical data of 288 cases who underwent reoperation for thyroid cancer were analyzed retrospectively. There were 69 male and 219 female. There were 249 cases (86.5 %) with papillary adenocarcinoma, 27 cases(9.4 %) with follicle adenocarcinoma, 6 cases (2 %) with medullar cancer, and 6 cases (2 %) with anaplastic cancer pathologically. The types of operation were lobectomy and near total lobectomy. The unilateral or bilateral neck dissections were performed in selected cases. RESULTS Pathological examination reveal that there were 63 cases of cancer residual in the ipsilateral side and 33 cases of the opposite side. The cervical node metastasis were present in 164 cases of patients at the same side. CONCLUSION The ipsilateral side lobaectomy and/or contralateral side near total lobectomy should be employed for the thyroid cancer patients. The neck dissection should be performed in most of the patients.
5.Depression and anxiety and assciated factors among college students returned to campus during the outbreak of COVID-19
Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(4):602-605
Objective:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the state of depression and anxiety and assciated factors of back to school college students during the outbreak of COVID-19, so as to provide theoretical basis for emotional counseling and psychological crisis intervention after long term school closure due to epidemic outbreak.
Methods:
Cluster sampling was used to select the first batch of 2 697 back to school students in a high vocational college. The survey content includes basic information questionnaire, Depression Self rating Scale (SDS) and Anxiety Self rating Scale(SAS).
Results:
The detection rate of depression and anxiety was 31.8% and 10.4% respectively. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of depression in female college students was 1.28 times higher than that in male students. The risk of depression among college students with family loss experience caused by the outbreak of COVID-19 was 1.30 times that of those without family loss experience caused by the outbreak of COVID-19. Outgoing personality(OR=0.62), neutral (OR=0.55) and mild temper(OR=0.46), moderate frequency of physical exercise per week(1-2 times:OR=0.73, 3-4 times:OR=0.65) were protective effects for depression in college students.Low frequency of breakfast were the risk effects for depression in college. The risk of anxiety among college students who was the only child in the family was 1.61 times higher than that who was not the only child in the family. The risk of anxiety among college students with family loss experience caused by the outbreak of COVID-19 was 1.45 times higher than that college students without family loss experience caused by the outbreak of COVID-19. Neutral temper, mild temper and physical exercise 1-2 times a week were associated with lower level of anxiety in college students(OR=0.67,0.56,0.67). Breakfast skipping (OR=2.03) was associated with higher levvel of anxiety in college students.
Conclusion
During the outbreak of COVID-19, the first batch of back to school college students presented high level of depression. Colleges are suggested to promptly carry out effective emotional relief and psychological intervention for students, especially those whose family suffered in COVID-19, the only child in the family, with poor breakfast eating habits, as well as breakfast skipping and lack of physical exercise.

International Journal of Oral Science 2014;6(3):125-132
The mucosal immune system defends against a vast array of pathogens, yet it exhibits limited responses to commensal microorganisms under healthy conditions. The oral-pharyngeal cavity, the gateway for both the gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts, is composed of complex anatomical structures and is constantly challenged by antigens from air and food. The mucosal immune system of the oral-pharyngeal cavity must prevent pathogen entry while maintaining immune homeostasis, which is achieved via a range of mechanisms that are similar or different to those utilized by the gastrointestinal immune system. In this review, we summarize the features of the mucosal immune system, focusing on T cell subsets and their functions. We also discuss our current understanding of the oral-pharyngeal mucosal immune system.
