1.Management of blood pressure in patients acute ischemic stroke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(3):186-189
Usually the blood pressure will elevated in patients with acute ischemic stroke during the first 24 hours after the onset of symptoms, and the blood pressure levels are associated with the prognosis of patients. Regardless of trying to reduce or elevate blood pressure, the management of blood pressure in acute stroke is controversial. This article reviews the relations between the changes of blood pressure in the acute phase of ischemic stroke and the management of blood pressure and stroke prognosis.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2014;(6):607-609
Objective To observe whether form-deprivation myopia/amblyopia could protect retinal microvascular system and postpone the development of diabetic retinopathy. Methods The form-deprivation myopia/amblyopia was established combined with hyperglycemia mouse model, and the retinal vascular endothelial cells and pericytes were counted. Results Endothelial cells/ pericytes ratio in hyperglyce-mia group is significantly lower than that in normal group and form-deprivation myopia/amblyopia combined with hyperglycemia group. Con-clusion Form-deprivation myopia/amblyopia combined with hyperglycemia mice have more pericytes than hyperglycemia mice.
3.Studies on In-vitro Anti-inflammatory Mechanism of Luteolin
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2001;0(03):-
【Objective】 To investigate the in-vitro anti-inflammatory mechanism of luteolin by observing the effect of luteolin on nuclear factor-kappa B(NF?B) and COX-2 expression as well as DNA-binding activity of NF-?B in RAW264.7 cells activated by lipopolysaccharides(LPS).【Methods】RAW264.7 cells at logarithmic growth phase were allocated to blank control group, model group(treated with LPS) and luteolin groups(treated with 5,15,and 45 ?mol/L luteolin respectively). After being treated with luteolin for 30 min and then incubated with 1?g/mL LPS for 12 hours, the change of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) level was observed by enzyme immunoassay(EIA),DNA-binding activity of NF-?B was detected by electrophoretic mobility shift assay(EMSA),mRNA expression of COX-2 was examined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and NF-?B and COX-2 protein expression in RAW264.7 cells was analysed by Western blotting.【Results】Luteolin obviously inhibited the formation of PGE2,decreased DNA-binding activity of NF-?B and down-regulated mRNA expression of COX-2 as well as NF-?B and COX-2 protein expression in RAW264.7 cells activated by LPS.【Conclusion】The antiinflammatory mechanism of luteolin may be related with the down-regulation of COX-2 expression by inhibiting the expression of NF-?B and DNA-binding activity.

5.Current research on early brain injury in subarachnoid hemorrhage
Tianjin Medical Journal 2015;(8):957-960
Early brain injury (EBI) in spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) plays an important role in prognosis and it become a key target period for clinical treatment and basic research. There were many pathophysiological change in the first few minutes after intracranial aneurysm ruptured. These include increased intracranial pressure (ICP) followed by in?tracranial circulation disorders, calcium overload and sodium, magnesium level fluctuation, ion steady-state disorders in mi?croenviroment of brain cells, serious brain edema due to blood brain barrier (BBB) damage, and changes in other molecules levels, all of which will aggravate SAH. EBI in SAH is one of the important factor that leads to poor prognosis. With the ad?vancement of understanding its pathogenesis, new approach would be available to treat SAH in clinic.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(03):-
Hepatitis B recurrence is an important factor to show whether liver transplantation is successful or not. Recrrrence rate is nearly 80% in the patients liver transplantation, and HBV reinfection is the main cause of death. After the operation, HBV may copy very quickly, because of taking in immunosuppressant therapy and graft diseases develop rapidly. Recently, the exploitation and application of therapy has become a focus. Now the drugs of preventing and treating HBV reinfection are mainly sorted into passive immunity agents(Hepatitis B immunoglobulin) and antivirus therapeutic agents(interferon and nucleotide analog antivirus drugs, etc.). Lamivudine is considered the most promising new drug of treating HBV infection. This article introduced the therapeutic characteristic of these drugs.
7.Clinical study on the clinical effect of Sophora powder combined with Xianfang-Huoming decoction for ulcerative colitis
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;39(8):701-704
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sophora powder combined with Xianfang-Huoming decoction for ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 80 UC patients with TCM syndrome of excessive noxious heat were randomly divided into 2 groups (40 patients each group). The Western medicine group(control group) were treated with Mesalazin Enteric-coated tablets, and the Traditional Chinese medicine(observation group) group were treated with Sophora powder combined with Xianfang-Huoming decoction. The tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and Interleukin-8(IL-8) were detected. The Mayo index scores were conducted, and the curative effect and the recurrence rate were observed.ResultsAfter treatment, the level of TNF-α (66.11 ± 3.72 ng/Lvs. 92.61 ± 4.32 ng/L,t=29.398,P﹤0.01), IL-8 (53.11 ± 2.72 ng/L vs. 69.31 ± 1.32 ng/L,t=33.888,P﹤0.01)in the observation groupwere significantly lower than those in the control group. The Mayo index score (2.07 ± 0.57 vs. 3.30 ± 0.93, t=7.132,P﹤0.01) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The total effective rate (92.5% vs. 85.0%,χ2=1.127, P=0.288) in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group. The recurrence rate (5.4% vs. 26.5%,χ2=6.005,P=0.013) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusions The Sophora powder combined withXianfang-Huoming decoction can treat the UC patients with TCM syndrome of excessive noxious hest, and the its recurrence rate is low.

Space Medicine & Medical Engineering 2006;0(05):-
Objective To propose a modified graph cut algorithm under the elliptical shape constraint to segment the ultrasonogram of cervical lymph nodes. Methods Since cervical lymph nodes were usually oval-shaped, the prior of the elliptical shape information, which was expressed as a distance function, was used to constrain the cut cost of the graph cut algorithm. The initially segmented contour was fitted with an ellipse to get the constraint. Then a certain segmentation was obtained by minimizing the cut cost function constrained with the elliptical prior. This procedure was iterated until it to be convergent. Results Under the same user input, this algorithm successfully segmented nodes on the low contrast ultrasonograms, while the traditional graph cut approach failed. For 20 ultrasonograms, with the average minimum Euclidean distance (AMINDIST) measure and the Hausdorff distance measure, these two distances between contours manually delineated by the radiologist and those segmented by this algorithm were far less than the distances resulted from the traditional graph cut algorithm. Conclusion It is indicated that utilizing the elliptical shape constraint prior can obviously improve the graph cut algorithm for segmenting cervical nodes on ultrasonograms.
