Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2017;41(2):124-126
[Objective]This paper will pitch-in TCM psychosomatic theory(from Huangdi Neijing),exploring the disorders of depression with the metabolic syndrome and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide effective ideas for the treatment of depression with metabolic syndrome.[Methods]:Through expansion on traditional chinese medicine's basic understanding of depression with metabolic syndrome, utilizing basic TCM viscera-state theory, from the causes of this disease, key factors, pathogenesis transformation three aspects to discuss the pathogenesis of the disease. [Results]By discussing the heart, liver, spleen function of zang-fu organs and their mutual relations in the role and impact of the disease development process, this paper thinks of the nature of disease as asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality, which locates in spleen, has association with heart and liver, phlegm, qi and blood stasis is the disease of pathological product of pathological factors to promote the development of the disease.Kidney would be involved in it with long course of disease. The therapy could focus on tonifying spleen, nourishing heart and soothing liver, with methods of promoting the circulation of qi,removing blood stasis and reducing phlegm, meanwhile looking out to protect kidney.[Conclusion]Disorder of depression and pathogenesis of TCM of metabolic syndrome,to guide the clinical treatment of the disease and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine development has practical significance.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(26):3649-3651
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the characteristics and rules of pediatric adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital, and provide reference for clinical safe drug use. METHODS:Retrospective study was adopted to statistically analyze the ADR re-ports in our hospital from Mar. 2012 to Jun. 2016. RESULTS:In the 176 ADR reports,102 were male(57.95%)and 74 were fe-male (42.05%);children younger than 6 years old had the highest incidence of ADR (81.26%);intravenous administration in-duced 153 cases(86.93%),the top one was antibiotics, which involving 20 antibiotics, totally 106 cases(60.23%);skin and its appendages damage were the main manifestations, totally 127 cases (50.60%). CONCLUSIONS:Pediatric ADR monitoring should be strengthened, dinical rational drug use should be promoted by cooperation in many ways to reduce and prevent the incid-erle of pediatric ADR.
3.Research Advance on Toxicity and Health Effect of Phthalate: review and perspective
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
The present paper reviewed the recent researches on the toxicity and health effect of phthalate in the following four aspects: animal toxicology, population epidemiology, people exposure, and safety standard, moreover, some critical problems which should be studied as soon as possible were proposed.
4.Research progress of chimeric antigen receptor-transduced-T cells in B-cell malignancies
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(12):757-760
Chimeric antigen receptor-transduced-T (CAR-T) cells shows strong cytotoxicity to the tumor with specific antigen by CTL effects and cytokines releasing without MHC-restriction.As multiple clinical trials from cancer centers around the West countries reported recent years,anti-CD19-CAR T cells can not only induce complete remission of B-cell malignancies resistant, but also eliminate the minimal residual disease (MRD) at the molecular level. It is believed that the obstacles from bench to clinic will be cleared and CAR will become one of the main cancer therapies with breakthroughs in comprehensive treatment of tumors.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(52):10291-10296
Suturing is the key to the success of corneal transplant surgery.By analyzing the suturing-process of corneal,a model for suturing was established.A suturing theorietical trajectery was proposed without considering the viso-elasticity of comeal. Then,a suturing simulation was done with the ANSYS software, the manipulating trajectory was planned for corneal soft-tissue with viso-elasticity,correspondingly,and the position and posture of needle in suturing were obtained. The study can be used for suturing manipulation in cornea suture surgical.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(40):7150-7155
BACKGROUND:Stem celltherapy research has been able to continue to observe the different types of stem cells, but there is stil no single imaging mode for a comprehensive evaluation of the effect of stem celltherapy.
OBJECTIVE:To review the tracing of cellmarkers and imaging technology in stem celltherapy and to prospect the clinical application of molecular imaging in stem celltherapy.
METHODS:The first author retrieved the PubMed for articles (January 2005 to December 2012) regarding application of molecular imaging in stem celltherapy, cellmarking methods and imaging technology, ideal imaging mode for stem celltherapy, and tracing of different stem cells using molecular imaging method. The key words were“molecular imaging, stem celltherapy, celltransplantation, regenerative medicine”in English. Twenty of 269 papers were included in result analysis.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:At present, the ability to continuously monitor the biological processes of the transplanted stem cells relies on the histological analysis at different times. However, molecular imaging can observe in vivo complex system functions at the molecular, cellular, organ, and whole body level. As the technology improves, the change in the molecular level can be assessed in the context of the living organism. At the same time, a number of methods are available and meeting the demands to track stem cells by molecular imaging. Imaging technology increases the feasibility of stem celltherapy, and contributes to clarify the new biological mechanism during the stem celltherapy.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(7):961-963
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the formulation of Compound tripterygium hypoglaucum gel. METHODS:Using the comprehensive score(total score was 15.0)composed by forming property, glossiness, uniformity, viscosity,pH,spreadable prop-erty and stability as indexes, using the usage amount of carbomer 940,propylene glycol, triethanolamine and extracts in formula as study factors, orthogonal test was designed to optimized the formulation of Compound tripterygium hypoglaucum gel,and the verification test was conducted. RESULTS:The optimal matrix formulation was as follow as carbomer 9401.0 g,azone 2.0 g,so-dium bisulfite 0.4 g,extracts 50 mL,propylene glycol 10 g,triethanolamine 1.0 g,adding water to 100 g. The average comprehen-sive score of the gel in verification test was 14.8 (RSD=1.35%,n=3). CONCLUSIONS:The optimized formulation of Com-pound tripterygium hypoglaucum gel shows good forming property, the quality meets the requirements.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2017;35(3):207-209
Objective To explore the clinical features and gene mutation types of Cornelia de Lange syndrome (CdLS), an inherited metabolic disease. Methods The clinical data and gene detection results of one case of CdLS were retrospectively analyzed. Results Two-year-old male had special appearance, microcephaly, bushy eyebrows with both sides meeting in the midline, long curly eyelashes, low body mass, and motor and mental retardation. NIPBL gene detection found the variation of the nucleotide in c.7176T>A (nucleotide 7176 in coding region changed from T to A). Conclusions CdLS is a rare congenital inherited metabolic disease. The clinical manifestations were special appearance and signs. The c.7176T>A mutation in NIPBL gene has not been reported at home and abroad.
