Objective; To elucidate the mechanism of the role of ER-a in fat metabolism by regulating the expression of ER-a in SD rats marrow mesenchymal stem cells during differentiating into adipocytes in vitro. Methods ;SD rats marrow mesenchymal stem cells were separated and cultivated. The ER-a was transfected into the rBMSCs in group one. Tamoxifen Citrate was used to restrain the expression of ER-a in group two, the group without any treatment was used as control. Western blot was used to identify the difference of ER-a expression among different groups and Oil-Red-0 staining was employed to identify the adipocytes in vitro. Results; There was significant difference between the number of lipids and different groups (P <0. 01) ,the number of lipid droplet changed concomitantly with ER-a: Low-expression ER-a group > Control group > High-expression ER-a group. Conclusion; ER-a in SD rats marrow mesenchymal stem cells may restrain the adipocyte differentiation.

Objective To analyze the effect of persistent nursing intervention on long-term therapeutic compliance of statins in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease from December 24, 2015 to February 24, 2017 in Hangzhou city of Zhejiang Province, the Red Cross Hospital as the research object. They were divided into two groups by dynamic randomized odd number grouping. Two groups of patients were treated with statins for a long time, while were given general care, continuous care intervention, to explore the two groups of patients with lipid changes, the total effective rate of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions, treatment compliance differences. Results Large differences are observed in lipid changes group and control group, the total efficiency of treatment and treatment compliance than the control group, the adverse reaction was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuing nursing intervention has a certain effect of intervention in long-term treatment compliance of statins in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.

Objective To analyze nursing intervention and digoxin treatment of elderly heart failure patients taking digoxin drug compliance reasons. Methods Select Red Cross Hospital of Hangzhou on March 21, 2015 to March 21, 2016, 110 cases of senile heart failure patients as the research object, take the envelope random grouping scheme, divided into normal group and experimental group two groups, each group are occupying 55 cases. Among them to digoxin therapy on conventional therapy alone, in the experimental group were markedly drug treatment and corresponding nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients' medication compliance and quality of life score. Results the patients in the experimental group were 98.18% and 81.82% respectively, and the comparison groups were significantly different(P<0.05). The experimental group after treatment the patient's quality of life score of each dimension (physical function, psychological state, the doctor-patient relationship, independence, social relations, the personal faith and the general quality of life) were significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with heart failure to take scientific and reasonable method for nursing to improve the adherence of digoxin drugs, improve the quality of life, is worth popularizing practice.

Objective To compare two kinds of strategies of preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) to evaluate embryos for reciprocal and robertsonian translocation carriers. Methods A total of 152 PGD cycles for chromosomal translocation were performed from April 2012 to June 2014 , including 60 aCGH-PGD cycles using blastomere biopsy and fresh embryo transfer, and 92 SNP-PGD cycles using blastocyst biopsy and thawed embryo transfer. The diagnosis results and clinical outcome with these two kinds of strategies were compared. Results No significant difference was found in the cycles of no embryo transfer between SNP-PGD and aCGH-PGD. The normal rate in SNP-PGD was 33.8%, which was significant higher than that of aCGH-PGD. The clinical pregnancy rate per embryo transfer in SNP-PGD was higher than that in aCGH-PGD, but the misscarrage rate and embryo damage rate were lower than those in aCGH-PGD. Conclusions The PGD strategy of applying blastocyst biopsy, SNP array, embryo cryopreservation and thawed ET leads to a better clinical outcome. It may be a promising choice for future PGD treatment for carriers with chromosomal translocation.

Objective To know about the status quo and influencing factors of undergraduate nurses' psychological empowerment at present,and provide a theoretical basis for nursing administrators so as to take measures to raise the level of psychological empowerment of undergraduate nurses.Methods General information questionnaire for nurses,Psychological Empowerment Scale were used to survey 207 undergraduate nurses in 3 first class teaching hospital of Dalian City.Results Undergraduate nurses' psychological empowerment score was (43.890±6.515) points,four dimensions whose scores from high to low were self-efficacy,job significance,autonomy and job impact.There was statistical difference in terms of ages,working length,working positions,professional titles,working purposes and training opportunities.Among them,working position and working purpose were the most important influencing factors of psychological empowerment.Conclusions Psychological empowerment of undergraduate nurses needs to be improved,managers should pay attention to the role of psychological empowerment,and actively cultivate and correctly guide undergraduate nurses in order to stimulate their potential in work,and finally,promote the sustainable development of a solid nursing career.

Objective To observe the effect of Prodifen ( Skf525A) on rat thoracic aorta artery stenosis after bal-loon angioplasty and to discuss the relationship between endogenous Cytochrome P 450/epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (CYP2J2/EETs) system and artery stenosis after vascular injury .Methods Totally 24 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups assigned to the following treatments:sham group, I group ( treated by ballon angioplasty for 15 d).Using sham+Skf group (administrated with Skf525A), I+Skf group (administrated with Skf525A, then treated by ballon angioplasty for 15 d).Relative luminal area (RLA) and the intimal proliferation index (IPI) were observed by HE staining;The expression of Cytochrome P450 epoxygenase 2J3 (CYP2J3) mRNA was deter-mined by semi-quatative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR ); the level of 11 ,12-EET was detected by high pressure liquid chromatography ( HPLC) .Results Compared with sham group , RLA significantly decreased , IPI significantly increased , CYP2 J3 mRNA expression and the content of 11 ,12-EET all significantly increased in I group ( P<0.01 ) .Compared with I group , Skf525 A treatment significantly decreased RLA , in-creased IPI, and decreased CYP2J3 mRNA expression and the content of 11,12-EET (P<0.01).Conclusions CYP2J3/EETs system can inhibit stenosis after vascular injury .

Objective To understand psychological pressure of nurses in wards of retired cadres,eatablish incentive mechanism accordingly and further improve nursing quality. Methods Incentive mechanism was applied to nurses in wards of retired cadres to settle their psychological pressure. Results After application of incentive mechanism,14 nurses and 1 nursing worker showed placid psychological state,keep forging ahead actively.Nursing quality of the wards increased. Conclusion Application of incentive mechanism can effectively alleviate psychological pressure of nurses.

[Methods] Using traditional philological research methods, through a careful reading medical books of Xu Lingtai, combined with various Chinese medicine theory, summarize his vitality academic thought. [Re-sult] The study refines that Xu Lingtaivitalityacademic thought can be summarized as: Xu thought vitality is the first righteous cause for doctors to treat diseases; doctors shal get to the bottom and care vitality. In theory, he viewed that the innate vitality comes before the blood and Qi. The true viscera essence is the sub-strength of vitality. In clinical thinking, he actual y applied the theory in 3 aspects:diagnosing diseases with vitality, evil and vitality com-bined and using warm-dry drugs with caution. [Conclusion] Xu Lingtai inherited the former based on the theory and put forwardstrength theory.Hisvitality theory is unique not only in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine essence, but also has great features in the clinical syndrome differentiation. Its doctrine has important reference value on clinical medicine.

Objective To explore the thoracic and diaphragmatic complications of treating hepatic malignant tumor using thermal ablation techniques.Methods The patients received thermal ablations were involved as subjects from January 2002 to December 2013.The thoracic and diaphragmatic complications of treating hepatic malignant tumor with percutaneous thermal ablation were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 1 520 patients with 2 789 hepatic tumors [average largest diameter of tumor (2.30 ± 1 .03)cm] underwent 2 066 thermal ablation treatments.Five hundred and six radiofrequency ablation (RFA)and 1 560 microwave ablation procedures were performed,respectively.The complete ablation rate was 96.8%(2 701/2 789)at 1 month after treatment.The major thoracic and diaphragmatic complication rates were 0.8%(1 7/2 066 ),meanwhile the minor complication rates were 6.5% (134/2 066 ).Conclusions The thoracic and diaphragmatic complication rate of percutaneous thermal ablation is low in the treatment of hepatic malignant tumors.However,the major complications may cause serious consequences.Therefore, the patients of diaphragm-abutting liver tumors are fully assessed before thermal ablation treatments,and relevant prevention measures are completed.Open or laparoscope is used to assist thermal ablation treatment when necessary.

Objective To probe into the clinical value of left atrial(LA) volme tracking method (LAVT) on the assessment of left atrial function in patients with hypertension. Methods Thirty-one patients with hypertension and 31 control subjects were involved. Images of apical two-chamber and four-chamber views were obtained by two-dimensional echocardiography. LA maximal volume (LAVmax), LA minimal volume (LAVmin), LA presystolic volume (LAVpre), systolic LA filling rate (dv/dtS), early diastolic LA emptying rate (dv/dtE) and late diastolic LA emptying rate (dv/dtA) were derived using LAVT. LA passive emptying volume(LAVp), LA passive emptying fraction(LAVpEF), LA active emptying volume(LAVa), LA active emptying fraction (LAVaEF), LA total emptying volume (LAVt), LA total emptying fraction(LAVtEF) were calculated. All volume measurements were corrected to body surface area (LAVI). Results There were significant differences in the LAVImax, LAVImin, LAVIpre, LAVpEF, LAVIa, LAVIt,dv/dtS, dv/dtA between hypertensive patients and control subjects(P <0.05~0.001), but no significant differences were found in the LAVp, LAVaEF, LAVtEF,dv/dtE between the two groups. The LAVImax has shown significant positive correlation with LAVIp, LAVIa and LAVIt(r = 0.588~0.812, P <0.001). LAVaEF has shown positive correlation with the LAVtEF(r = 0.833, P<0.001), whereas LAVpEF has not(r = 0.420, P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation with LAVImax and LAVIpre(r = 0.908, P <0.001), LAVIpre and LAVIa(r = 0.689, P <0.001) ,dv/dtE and LAVIp(r = 0.690, P <0.001),dv/dtA and LAVIa(r = 0.600, P <0.001). Conclusions In hypertensive patients,left atrial reservoir function and booster pump function increase, while left atrial conduit function decreases. LAVT has a potential ability to evaluate left atrial function.
