Objective To study the hepatotoxicity of cyclosporine-A, tacrolimus and other immunosuppressive drugs in patients with renal transplantation. Methods In 346 cases undergone renal transplantation, ALT, AST, BILT and BILD levels of venous blood 1-90 days after operation, and treatment methods and outcome were reviewed, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment of hepatotoxicity. Results In CsA group, the occurrence rate of liver dysfunction was 26.9%, in whom ALT, AST and BILD increased apparently (P0.05). In MMF and MRZ group, the incidence of liver dysfunction was almost the same. In 18 cases the drug was changed into FK506, ALT, AST, BILT and BILD all apparently decreased 1 week later (P

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference further development of hospital pharmacy in China. METHODS:Innovative pharmaceutical care method of hospital pharmacy was summarized in 32 medical institutions from Zhejiang area,including 18 third-level hospitals,8 special hospitals,6 third-level TCM hospitals and integrated traditional and western medicine hospitals. RE-SULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Medical institutions provide innovative pharmaceutical service to guarantee the safety of drug use,ex-pand medical service space,enrich the connotation of pharmaceutical care,and provide reference for pharmaceutical care in medi-cal institutions of other regions,such as establishing satellite pharmacy of anesthesiology department,opening outpatient depart-ment of pharmaceutical care (elderly comprehensive evaluation and multidisciplinary outpatient pharmaceutical care,anticoagula-tion consultation outpatient department and endocrine consultation outpatient department managed by pharmacists,comprehensive pharmacy consultation outpatient department,outpatient pharmaceutical care of pharmacy unit mode),formulating pharmaceutical ward round mode under multidisciplinary cooperation,developing clinical pharmaceutical care based on pharmacy scientific re-search(drug monitor,gene detection)and evidence-based medicine.

Objective To investigate the effects of sulforaphane (SFN) on proliferation and invasion of human small cell lung cancer NCI-H446 and the activity of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) -9.Methods NCI-H446 cells were cultured with 0,25,50,100 μmol/L SFN for 24 ～ 72 h,then MTT assay was employed to detect cell proliferation.Chamber invasion assay was used to study the cell invasion,and gelatin zymography assay was implied in MMP-9 enzyme activity.Results After treatment of 25,50,100μmol/L SFN,the growth of NCI-H446 cells were inhibited.When cells were incubated with 25,50,100μmol/L of SFN for 72h,the inhibition ratio was ( 11.1 ± 2.26 ) ％,( 25.2 ± 3.24 ) ％ and ( 44.6 ±4.2) ％,respectively,the difference was statistically significant compared with the solvent control group ( t =10.685,8.417,5.264,P ＜0.05 ).Chamber invasion assay showed that NCI-H446 cell invasion could be reduced.25,50,100 μmol/L of SFN could decrease the trans-membrane cells to (48.6 ± 1.84)％,(35.4 ± 2.22) ％ and (27.8 ± 1.36) ％,and it was statistically significant compared with the solvent control group ( t =6.341,5.562,4.925,P ＜0.05 ),respectively.In addition,MMP-9 activity was significantly inhibited by SFN.25,50,100 μmol/L of SFN could decrease the gray value of MMP-9 to 764 ±18.4,685 ± 14.74 and 638 ± 21.54 ( control group 822 ± 12.53,t =4.971,7.582,11.235,respectively,P ＜0.05).Conclusions SFN can inhibit NCI-H446 cells growth,invasion and the activity ofMMP-9.

Objective To analyze the succumbed reasons of emergent pereutaneous coronary intervention(EPCI)in treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)during operation and in-hospital period.Method During March 1999 to June 2005,623 AMI patients received EPCI,and 27 patients died.The succumbed reasons and clinical characteristics of the succumbed patients were analyzed.Result Among the 27 succumbed patients,with age 51 to 91(69?18)years old, 16 had three-vessel lesions.10 had two-vessel lesions and l had single vessel lesion.Ten patients were accompanied with old myocardial infarction,9 with diabetes meUitus,19 with hypertensions,4 with impaired renal functions,and 6 with old cerebral infarction.Nine patients died of eardingenic shocks,6 died of no-reflows,2 died of heart ruptures,2 thrombosis, 2 acute left heart failure,2 acute renal failure,2 intracranial hemorrhage,l shock due to hemorrhage of puncture position, and l acute perieardiae tamponade.Conclusion The succumbed reasons of EPCI in treatment of acute myocardial infarction were various.Cardiac shock and no-reflow were primary reasons.Old age,multi-vessel lesion,diabetes mellitus, and old myocardial infarction may serve as predicting factors.

Objective: Oxidative modification of low density lipoprotein(LDL) plays an important role in the development of premature atherosclerosis in autoimmune disorders.Oxidized LDL(ox-LDL) reportedly forms stable complexes with ?2-glycoprotein I(?2-GPI),a major autoantigen for anticardiolipin antibodies,in circulation and the intima of atherosclerotic lesions. Objective To evaluate the accuracy of image registration based on bony structure (RBS) and grey-scale (RGS) in positioning correction of radiation treatment,and their reliability in clinical application.Methods Setup errors of anthropomorphic phantom (chest& abdomen,head& neck) were simulated with x-,y-,z-directions.CBCT images were acquired for each simulation and registered with planning CT.using bony structure and grey-scale registration separately.Geometry accuracy of all registration were then obtained and analyzed.Results The errors of RBS and RGS in x-,y-,z-directions were (-0.65 ±0.22) mm and (-0.70±0.17) mm (P=0.00),(1.02 ±0.27) mm and (0.90±0.20) mm (P =0.00),(1.46 ± 0.53) mm and (1.47 ± 0.47) mm (P =0.54) for head& neck positioning; with (0.82±0.33) mm and (0.79±0.18) mm (P=0.03),(2.45±1.17) mm and (1.61 ±0.84) mm (P =0.00),(1.44 ± 3.25) mm and (0.19 ± 1.11) mm (P =0.00) for chest& abdomen positioning.Conclusions RGS is more accurate and stable than RBS.The accuracy of image registration is a little better for head& neck than that for chest& abdomen.The algorithms of image registration used in clinical application needs to be tested independently and the systematic error needs to be corrected before applying in different treatment techniques according to their accuracy requirement.
