Clinical medicine professional degree education focuses on cultivating students' ability to engage in clinical practice, but the aim of medical postgraduate education program is to cultivate high-leveled clinical and research personnel. In the light of the problems that professional degree postgraduates majoring in obstetrics and gynecology are faced with such as unreasonable energy distribution in scientific research, the weak foundation of scientific research, the emergence of new trend of obstetrical and gynecological dis-eases, we have explored how to improve obstetrics and gynecology professional students' scientific research ability from several aspects such as the guidance of mentors, transferring learning and thinking and strength-ening the communication between various disciplines, to adapt to the requirements of the scientific develop-ment of modern obstetrics and gynecology.

Objective To simulate and evaluate the upper and lower limbs posture on rehabilitation devices training with the Computer Aided Tri-Dimensional Interface Application (CATIA) man-machine analysis module. Methods The human body sizes were determined as the 95th percentile Chinese men. Based on the ergonomics analysis of CATIA, three-dimensional human body was constructed in the upper and lower limbs rehabilitation equipment. Virtual human relationship was established. The attitude of the upper and lower limbs in rehabilitation equipment was simulated and evaluated. Results The human limbs model moved in the normal range and the scores were more than 90 which meant comfortable. The forces of various parts of the body was under the stress limit, as well as the force moment. The arm tension was 3-5 points with the rapid upper limb assessment, which meant the rehabilitation equipment was acceptable. Conclusion Rehabilitation robot may be optimized through the model of the human upper extremity stretch domain analysis, body posture assessment, rapid upper limb assessment and biomechanical analysis under CATIA.

Objective:To evaluate the reporting quality of clinical guidelines on skin diseases published in journals in China.Methods:The CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and SinoMed databases were searched from January 2009 to October 2019 for clinical guidelines on skin diseases published in journals in China. Two reviewers independently screened the literature, and extracted and cross-checked data. The reporting quality of these clinical guidelines was evaluated by using the Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare (RIGHT) , and statistical analysis was carried out with Excel 2017 software.Results:A total of 17 clinical guidelines on skin diseases were included, including 13 Western medicine guidelines and 4 Chinese medicine guidelines. Among the 13 Western medicine guidelines, the number of guidelines reporting the following areas in the RIGHT statement, namely basic information, background, evidence, recommendations, review and quality assurance, funding and declaration and management of interests, and other information, was 9, 6, 0, 4, 0, 1 and 1 respectively; among the 4 Chinese medicine guidelines, the number of guidelines reporting the above 7 areas in the RIGHT statement was 4, 3, 3, 3, 3, 2 and 2 respectively.Conclusion:There is still considerable room for improvement in the overall reporting quality of clinical guidelines on skin diseases published in journals in China during the past 10 years, and the RIGHT statement is recommended for improving the reporting quality in guideline development.

Objective To investigate the relationship between alexithymia and event-related potential P300 in patients with somatoform disorders.Methods Forty-two patients aged 18 to 65 years fulfilling ICD-10 diagnosis criteria for somatoform disorders were recruited as experiment group.Forty normal healthy persons were selected as control group.The Toronto alexthymia scale-20 (TAS-20) was employed to investigate the alexithymia of the subjects.P300 potentials was employed to investigate the cognitive ability of the subjects.A comparison was made between the patients and the healthy subjects.Results The latencies of N1,P2,N2 and P3 were significantly longer in patients with somatoform disorder than those in the normal controls (P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01),the amplitudes of N2 and P3 were significantly lower in the patients (P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01).The three factors scores and the total score of TAS-20 test in patients with somatoform disorder were significantly lower than those in the normal controls (P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01).There was significant correlation between the latency and the three factors scores and the total score of TAS-20 as well as between the amplitude of P300 and the three factors scores and the total score of TAS-20:the latencies of N1,P2,N2 and P3 recorded at Pz was positively correlated with the factors scores (r =0.32 ～ 0.48,P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01),and the amplitudes of N1,P2,N2 and P3 recorded at Pz was negatively correlated with theTAS-20 scores (r=-0.31 ～-0.51,P＜0.05 or0.01).Conclusions There existed significant correlation between the alexithymia and cognitive impairment in patients with somatoform disorders.Both alexithymia and event-related potential P300 can be used as a clinical evaluation index for patients with somatoform disorder.

AIM: The multi-residues method was used to determine organophosphorus pesticides in traditional Chinese herbal medicines (TCHMs).METHODS: Fifty three pesticides were extracted by high-speed homogenization,and then cleaned sequentially by C_(18) and Carb/NH2 solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridges.The residues were simultaneously identified and quantified by GC-FPD equipped with dual tower,dual column and two FPD detectors.RESULTS: The analytical performance was demonstrated by the analysis of 6 TCHMs samples extracts,spiked at three concentration levels for each pesticide.In general,the recoveries ranging from 70% to 120%,with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 15%,were obtained.The limit of detection (LOD) for most of the targeted pesticides tested was below 0.01 mg/kg.CONCLUSION: The method has good extraction efficiency,purification effect and good reproducibility,which can be applied to the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in the routine analysis of TCHMs.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of Tanreqing injection, a traditional Chinese herbal preparation for clearing heat and resolving phlegm, in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) by improving airway inflammation and airway mucus hypersecretion. METHODS: A randomized controlled trial (RCT) was designed. Ninety AECOPD patients were randomly divided into Tanreqing group, ambroxol hydrochloride group and control group. The patients in the three groups were all treated with conventional therapy. Furthermore, intravenous drip infusion of 20 ml Tanreqing injection (once daily) and 15 mg ambroxol hydrochloride injection (twice daily) were administered respectively to the patients in the Tanreqing group and ambroxol hydrochloride group. They were all treated for 10 days. Symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), plasma concentrations of interleukin-8 (IL-8), IL-10 and neutrophil elastase (NE) were detected before and after treatment. RESULTS: Cough, sputum amount, expectoration, dyspnea, fever, coated tongue and pulse tracings were improved obviously in Tanreqing group (P<0.05), and the effects of Tanreqing on improving cough, sputum amount and expectoration were better than the conventional therapy (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference between Tanreqing group and ambroxol hydrochloride group (P>0.05). Compared with ambroxol hydrochloride group and the control group, the coated tongue was improved obviously in Tanreqing group (P>0.05). After treatment, plasma concentrations of IL-8, IL-10 and NE were decreased in Tanreqing group and ambroxol hydrochloride group (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-8 and IL-10 in the control group were decreased (P<0.05). The change of IL-8 level before and after treatment in Tanreqing group was greater than that in ambroxol hydrochloride group and the control group. The changes of IL-10 and NE levels in ambroxol hydrochloride group were greater than those in Tanreqing group and the control group, while there was no significant difference in the changes of serum levels of IL-8, IL-10 and NE among the three groups (P>0.05). Total response rates in Tanreqing group and ambroxol hydrochloride group were higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in total response rate between Tanreqing group and ambroxol hydrochloride group (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in total response rate among the three groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Tanreqing injection can improve TCM signs and symptoms in AECOPD patients, and the mechanism maybe due to the decrease of serum levels of IL-8 and NE and improvement of IL-10 level.

AIM: To observe the effect of osthole on tricalcium phosphate (TCP) particles-induced calvarial osteolysis in vivo.METHODS:Male ICR mice were randomly divided into sham group , TCP group and osthole group .A mouse calvarial model of osteolysis was established by TCP particles .On the second postoperative day , osthole (20 mg/kg) was locally injected into the calvarium under the periosteum 3 times a week.Two weeks after osthole treatment , blood and calvaria were collected to determine the level of bone turnover markers such as alkaline phosphatase ( ALP) , osteocalcin and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase ( TRACP) .The periosteum was performed to examine the release of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and IL-1βby ELISA.The calvaria was obtained for histological and molecular analyses.RESULTS:Data from HE and TRACP staining revealed that osthole prevented TCP particles-induced obvious increase in osteoclastogenesis and resorption area in the metaphysis of mouse calvaria .Osthole treatment increased ALP ac-tivity and osteocalcin level , and dncreased the activity of TRACP in the mouse serum compared with TCP group .Further-more, TCP particles-induced the releases of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1βwere significantly suppressed by osthole treatment .In addition, Western blot demonstrated that endoplasmic reticulum ( ER) stress markers such as glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78) and CAAT/enhancer binding protein homologous protein (CHOP) were significantly up-regulated in TCP parti-cles-implanted calvarial mice , indicating that TCP particles triggered an ER stress response in the mouse calvarial osteolysis model , which obviously attenuated by osthole .CONCLUSION:Osthole inhibits TCP particles-induced calvarial osteolysis in mice, which is mediated by inhibition of ER stress signaling pathway .

Objective:To explore the status of depression symptoms and related factors of depressive symptoms in middle-aged and elderly disabled people in China and provide references on the preventive cares of depression.Methods:Research data were obtained from the 2018 follow-up data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS).Disabled people were selected as the research object. The scores of center for epidemiological studies depression scale(CES-D) were used to evaluate depressive symptoms. Fourteen variables derived from the 3 dimensions of demographic characteristics, health status, and health related behaviors were utilized in this study.SAS 9.4 were used for descriptive analysis, univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis.Results:A total of 1 708 middle-aged and elderly disabled people were included, among whom 932(54.5%)were diagnosed with depressive symptoms, and the score of CES-D was (11.45±7.19).Self-rated poor health, self-rated poor memory, life dissatisfaction, physical pain were the risk factors of depressive symptoms ( OR=1.87, 4.22, 1.83, 5.30, 1.75). Male, educational level (middle-high school, high school or above), sleeping duration (6-9 h) were the protective factors of depressive symptoms( OR=0.74, 0.72, 0.10, 0.56). Conclusion:Middle-aged and elderly disabled people in China have a high detection rate of depressive symptoms. Female, lower education background, inadequate amount of sleep, self-rated unsatisfactory healthy, self-rated poor memory, dissatisfaction towards life and suffering from physical pain may be more likely to have depressive symptoms in middle-aged and elderly people with disabilities.

Objective Discuss propofol in aged patient do not have painful gastroscope inspection in calm ease pain effect and safety.Methods Inspect gastroseope divide into observation group(propofol group) with compare group(conventional gastroscope group).Observe each group of record to receive the gastroscope operating time.nar- cotic thing role time and reaction in skill,before inspecting in rear BP,HR,SpO_2 and skill rear questionnaire investi- gation.Results The case owned is inspected all consummately,observe group to have negative role less,patient is more easy to accept.Conclusion It is rapid to have effect in propofol inspects without painful gastroscope,recovery time short,negative role lose,is comfortable and safe.

Objective To investigate effects of α-crystallin on proliferation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-activated retinal microglia and bioactivity of iNOS.Methods The retinal microglial cells cultured in vitro were analyzed and their purity was identified by cell immunofluorescence and flow cytometry.After microglia cells being intervened using LPS and α-crystallin at various concentrations,influence of α-crystallin on activity of LPS-activated retinal microglia was detected by MTT method and level of NO was measured by RT-PCR to observe changes of iNOS expression in microglia.Results Purity of primary cultured microglial cells was 94.15％ by GSA-IB4 immunohistochemical identification and 93.34％ by CD11b flow cytometry.α-crystallin of 10-4g/L awakened activity of microglia induced by 10-6g/L LPS (P ＜ 0.01).Expressions of iNOS protein and mRNA showed significant decrease in combined treatment group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion In clinical condition,α-crystallin decreases the harm of microglial cells on retinal ganglial cells (RGCs) after optical nerve injury by inhibiting the microglia cells to produce NO and iNOS.
