1.The influence of life style on development of asthma in infants with acute bronchiolitis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(1):88-90
Bronchiolitis is a common respiratory infective disease in children, which is caused by viruses mostly. A view that bronchiolitis is a special pattern of manifestation of asthma is accepted widely. In the past few years, many agents appeared as a inducement from bronchiolitis to asthma, such as family histoty and atopy. At the same time, the life style of infants( feeding patterns, infective frequency ,environment exposure)plays a role in this process. Studying these factors will help doctors to detect people with high risk, and supply treatment earlier.

3.Progress of dendritic spines in the nervous system diseases
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(3):287-289
Dendritic spines are functional protrusions on neuron dendrites and formation of excitatory synaptic sites.Dendritic spines contain a variety of cell surface receptors, actin cytoskeleton, scaffolding proteins and other components, which regulate the growth of dendritic spines maturation and structure.Multiple components within dendritic spines not only have effects on expression of its shape and structure, but also on the function.Morphology of dendritic spines is closely related with its function. Its shape is affected by many factors in the changing process. So dendritic spine plasticity is an important aspect of synaptic function in the central nervous system, and is closely related with learning and memory function and central nervous system diseases.
4.Differentiation and culture of tumor stem cells in human primary gastric cancer cells
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(23):3380-3385
BACKGROUND:There is a close relationship between tumor stem cels and tumor occurrence and recurrence, but there are stil some disputes in the presence of tumor stem cels in al tumors.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the differentiation and culture of tumor stem cels in human primary gastric cancer cels.
METHODS:Primary gastric cancer cels isolated from fresh gastric cancer tissues were stained with hematoxylin-eosin and identified by immunohistochemical detection of carcinoembryonic antigen. The CD44 expression of the cels was detected using immunofluorescence method. Magnetic activated cel sorting was used to isolate CD44+gastric cancer cels that were then seeded subcutaneously behind the armpit of mice. Growth of implanted tumor cels was observed.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Human primary gastric cancer cels were isolated in serum-free medium. Compared with the routine culture group, the number of CD44+cels(P< 0.05)and the tumor volumewere significantly increased in the spheroid culture group. Furthermore, at 90 days after transplantation, the tumor volume of mice in spheroid culture group was significantly higher than that in the routine culture group. These experimental findings indicate that gastric cancer cels with certain tumorigenicity can be successfuly isolated from gastric cancer cels using serum-free culture method and magnetic activated cel sorting method.
5.Comparison of efficacy and safety between gatifloxacin and levofloxacin in treatment of patients with light to moderate acute lower respiratory tract infections
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 1999;0(04):-
0.05 ), bacterial clearance were 100% and 90%, and adverse reaction rates were 10%(2/20)and 10.53 % ( 2/19 ), respectively. All those adverse reactions were mainly gastrointestinal tract reactions. The abnormality of laboratory inspections associated with trial drugs happened to 4 and 5 patients in two groups. The reactions were mostly light increase of aminotransferase without effect on therapy. CONCLUSION: Gatifloxacin is an antibiotic with large antimicrobial spectrum and can be recommended to treat light to moderate acute lower respiratory tract infections.
6.Ventilation strategies during and after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2012;19(1):5-8
During cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR),ventilation is provided by either mouth-to-mouth or bag-mask technique, and give 12 to 20 times breaths per minute.Ventilation should deliver 8 to 10 times breaths per minute after endotracheal intubation.Compression-ventilation ratio is 30∶2 for one rescuerand 15∶2 for two rescuers. After the return of spontaneous circulation,if no spontaneous breathing or irregular, respiratory insufficiency, mechanical ventilation is required.High oxygen and excessive ventilation after CPR should be avoided. When acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome occurs after CPR,lung protective ventilation strategy is applicable.
7.Effects of Ligustrazine Combined with N-acetylcysteine on Peripheral Pro-inflammatory Cytokines and In-testinal Microflora of Chronic Stress Rat
China Pharmacy 2017;28(4):476-478
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of ligustrazine combined with N-acetylcysteine (NAC) on the peripheral pro-inflammatory cytokines and intestinal microflora of chronic stress rat. METHODS:Normal rats were included in normal control group, and chronic stress model rats were divided into model group,NAC group (60 mg/kg) and ligustrazine+NAC group (15 mg/kg+60 mg/kg),with 20 rats in each group. They were given relevant medicine intragastrically for 15 d. The general inspection of rats were recorded in each group. Level of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α and INF-γ in serum were detected, and intestinal microflora was measured. RESULTS:Compared with normal control group, chronic stress symptom of rats were found in model group, and level of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α and INF-γ in serum were enhanced;Escherichia coli and Enterococcus in intestine were increased, while Bacterium lacticum and Bacillus bifidus were decreased (P<0.05). Compared with model group, chronic stress symptom of rats were relieved in NAC group and ligustrazine+NAC group, and above indexes were all improved (P<0.05);ligustrazine+NAC group was better than NAC group(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Ligustrazine+NAC can improve chronic stress of rats by decreas-ing pro-inflammatory cytokines and improving the intestinal microflora.
8.Expert consensus for management of pediatric septic shock (2015):Which changes should be focused on?
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2016;23(3):149-151
“Expert consensus for the diagnosis and management of septic shock( infectious shock) in children (2015)” has been published based on the “Recommended protocol for diagnosis and treatment of septic shock in children” which was published in 2006.The definition, diagnosis and early management pro-t ocol of pediatric septic shock was revised partly in the latest expert consensus. The goal of the expert consen-sus was to guide the clinical physicians on early identification and early intervention of pediatric septic shock, and reduce mortality and improve prognosis of septic shock in children.
9.An update on diagnosis and treatment of invasive aspergillosis in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(6):412-416
Invasive aspergillosis (IA) is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in immunocompromised children. The purpose of the review was to provide epidemiological, clinical aspects, diagnosis and antifungal treatment options in the pediatric population.Diagnosis of IA remains a challenge as the clinical and imaging manifestations are not specific, and a histological diagnosis is often unfeasible, and blood culture shows low sensitivity rates. In recent years, great progress has been made in the detection of fungal biomarkers, which is mainly described in this paper.
10.Cognitive investigation of the relationship between clinical and management staff
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2008;24(11):765-768
Objective An initial study on the cognition of the relationship between clinical and management staff for the purpose of improvements. Methods Questionnaires were issued to 38 clinical medical staff and 26 hospital management staff, regarding this relationship. Results Consensus is found between the two groups regarding clinical involvement in management, teamwork and exchange, and cognition on the competence and capability of the other party, P>0.05. On the other hand, however, cognitive differences are found regarding mutual penetration, power balance and implementation of policies and systems. Conclusions In-depth cooperation and understanding between the two groups and the mutual conversion of their behaviors and concepts are the cornerstones of an ideal relationship between clinical staff and management staff.
