Drug delivery system in tumor targeting research has always been a difficult problem.Apoptosis in vitro experiments and body pharmacokinetic experiments can not reflect the targeting of drug delivery system indirectly.Imaging techniques both in vivo and in vitro solve the problem, researchers can not only observe the drug delivery system in the target organ, the target tissue and target cell directly, but also analyze quantitatively and qualitatively.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2009;8(10):746-747
The imaging of X-ray, CT and MRI of 25 cases of limb bone contusion were analyzed retrospectively. Twenty five cases of limb bone confusion were diagnosed by MRI imaging, including 18 cases(72% ) in knee joint,4 cases(16%) in anklebone,2 cases(8%) in wrist and 1 case(4%) in elbow joint. But only 3 cases (12%)presented partial positive results in CT imaging and there was no bone contusion diagnosed. No abnormal manifestation in X-ray imaging for all 25 cases. The results suggest that MRI examination is valuable for diagnose of limb bone contusion.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(12):41-44
Objective To study the mental experience of nurses from outpatient department in dealing with patient's complaints.Method Using convenient sampling method,15 nurses from 5 sections of the outpatient department were chosen as interviewees, with the interviews on their mental experience in handling the complaints from outpatients.Result The issues from the interviews included:part of the patients were unable to complain accurately, part of the nurses were ineffective and therefore inactive in handling the complaints;some of the nurses were poor at employing communication skills and some others were incapable of specifying the complaints or asking for assistance. Conclusions Complaint handling is part of the nurses' job in the outpatient service. The nurses should take the initiative to improve their ability in complaint handling,so as to handle the complaints in a positive and effective way and improve patient's satisfaction.

56 school-aged children with epilepsy and 37 normal ones of the same gender, age and educational level were selected. All the subjects' parents completed the child adaptive behavior scale, the mutiple stepwise linear re-gression was used to explore the impact of epilepsy related factors on social adaptive function. The social adaptive function of school-aged children with epilepsy faulty is affected by seizure frequence, gender, age, epilepsy control, clinical course, and the number of antiepileptic drugs.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of interventional endovascular treatment for Budd-Chiari syndrome. MethodsIn 15 cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome, repatency of the obstructive inferior vena cava was successfully carried out by percutaneous transluminal balloon dilatation first, and then self-expanding stents was placed in 13 patients. In 4 patients with complete obliteration of the hepatic veins, "H" graft mesocaval shunts were performed one week later. ResultsMild heart dysfunction occurred in one case after endovascular intervention.Patients were followed-up from 2 to 42 months postoperatively. Except one re-stenosis distal to the stent, no stent migration and thromboembolization in shunting grafts occurred. The symptoms of portosystemic hypertension were relieved significantly. Conclusions Budd-Chiari syndrome could be effectively treated by interventional endovascular procedures.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 1996;0(01):-
Objective To observe the characteristics of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) in juvenile retinoschisis. Methods The photochromes of the ocular fudus of 7 cases (14 eyes) who were diagnosed as juvenile retinoschisis were taken, among whom, 5 (10 eyes) were examined by FFA, and 6 (12 eyes) by OCT. Results In 8 eyes with cystiform stellate maculopathy under ophtalmoscope, the result of FFA showed granular fluorescence in different density and shape without exact connection of the configuration between these granules and the cystlike maculopathy. In 2 eyes with pigment disorder in the macula under ophthalmoscope, blocky fluorescence was found in FFA. In 3 eyes with peripheral schisis, FFA discovered distorted and dilated retinal capillaries with different extent, and flecks of non-perfusion area. OCT images revealed thickening of the macular neuroepithelium with laminal seperation, and cystic low-reflect areas in the inner layer. Conclusions In juvenile retinoschisis, pigment proliferation and degeneration in the macular area could be found. Granular fluorescence and cystic low-reflect areas could be seen in FFA and OCT, respectively.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of Tanreqing injection on acute lung injury in patients undergoing noninvasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV).METHODS: 162 patients with acute lung injury were randomly assigned to receive Tanreqing injection plus NIPPV(treatment group) or NIPPV alone(control group). At 8,24,48 h of undergoing NIPPV,parameters such as patients' subjective symptoms, vital sign, blood gas analysis PaO2/FiO2 and NIPPV duration etc were recorded.RESULTS: In the treatment group compared with the control group, the mean duration of NIPPV was shorter(P

Objective To summarize the experience of HIV/AIDS preventive interventions among out-of-school teenagers and provide scientific evidence for the development of large-scale interventions in the future. Method Using both non-random snowball and cluster sampling approach,a total of 5,000 participants were selected from 7 provinces (9 provincial sites ) and a cross-sectional survey was conducted by employing a semi-open-ended self-administrative interview schedule to evaluate their behavioral change before and after the interventions. Results The rate of HIV related knowledge and condom use increased significantly among the participants. For instance, the rate of condom use when having sex at the last time increased by 34.86%,i.e. from 27.67% at the baseline to 59.88% after the intervention (?2=34,86,P

The changes of the hemorheology, plasma cholesterol and albumin and clinicaleffects in 36 children with refractory nephrosis after treatment with polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) were observed. The results showed that the indices of hemorheology and the plasma cholesterol decreased obviously and the albumin increased obviously than the control group ( P

Cancer Research and Clinic 2006;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the side effects of whole body hyperthermia(WBH) combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 24 patients were included in trial group(16 male and 8 female), 15 patients in Ⅲb stage and 9 patients in Ⅳ stage.6 patients had received chemotherapy before, received 1 course of WBH combined with Docetaxel; 18 cases were previously untreated, received 1 course of WBH combined with Paclitaxel and Carboplatin, then another course chemotherapy in the same time period. 26 patients were included in control group (17 male and 9 female), 16 patients in Ⅲb stage and 10 patients in Ⅳ stage. 6 patients had received chemotherapy before, were treated with Docetaxel at least 2 courses with 3 weeks interval. 20 cases, previously untreated, were treated with Paclitaxel combined with Carboplatin at least 2 courses with 3 weeks interval. Efficacy was evaluated 4 weeks after 2 courses of chemotherapy. Results The response rate was 58.3, and 30.8 in control group. The common side effects were gastrointestinal toxicity , nerve toxicity and leucopenia, but these side effects were all mild. Conclusions WBH combined with chemotherapy is an effective regimen for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with acceptable toxicity.
