A mild rapid method for the determination of Pb in grain was established by diluted acid extraction and direct sampling detection with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer(GF-AAS). Some factors, such as the grain size, nitric acid concentration, extraction time, solid, liquid proportion, and the instrument conditions were optimized. The results indicated that, at room temperature, the extraction rate of Pb in grain by diluted nitric acid was between 92. 14% and 94. 75%, and the average recoveries of Pb in grain extract reached 91. 65%-94. 58%, the precision of method was less than 5%, and the method detection limits and quantification limits were 0. 64 μg/L and 2. 14 μg/L, respectively, meanwhile, the extraction time was shorten to no more than 30 min. Compared with the results pretreated by microwave digestion and determined by GF-AAS, the detection values obtained by diluted acid extraction had no significance difference (p<0. 1).

Hepatic vein hemorrhage and air embolism are easily caused during the resection of the tumor involving the second hepatic hilum.Hepatic vein occlusion has been proven to decrease this risk, while classic selective hepatic vein occlusion with tourniquet is technique demanding. We modified the classic method by using Satinsky clamp in hepatic vein dissection and occlusion.Based on the clinical data of 220 patients who received hepatic vein occlusion with tourniquet and 330 patients with Satinsky clamp,we proved that hepatic vein occlusion with Satinsky clamp is simpler, safer and with high success rate.

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of primary retroperitoneal tumor. Methods The clinical data of 75 patients with primary retroperitoneal tumor confirmed by operation and pathology in recent 20 years in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results About 57.3% of the patients were diagnosed accurately before the operation. Correct diagnostic rates of ultrasound and CT were 60.0% and 84.0% ,respectively.Of them 57cases(76.0%) were malignant and18 (24.0%) benign tumor. Tumor size was not related to the pathological characteristics.Radical resection was done in 42 patients(56.0%),partial resection in 23 patients (30.7%),and biopsy in 10 patients(13.3%).Conclusions Ultrasonic and CT are the major diagnostic methods. Early operation is recommended after necessary preparation. Surgical resection is a major procedure for the management of primary retroperitoneal tumor and might provide long surrival time.

Objective To investigate the effect of positive ventilation pressure on the radiotherapy of primary cancer of stage Ⅲ.Methods 19 patients diagnosed as of primary, cancer of stage Ⅲ were randomly divided into two groups:the combining therapy group and the simple radiotherapy group. The patients of combining therapy group were treated with positive pressure ventilation using BIPAP respirator and radiotherapy. The recently therapy results and the radiotherapy associated side effects were observed between these two groups.Results(1)The combination of radiotherapy and BI- PAP provides significant superiority of local effects over radiotherapy.P

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of total pelvic floor reconstruction treating female pelvic organ prolapse with prolift system .Methods The effectiveness and complications 24 cases genital pro-lapse according to POP Q stages who underwent total pelvic floor reconstruction surgery with prolift system were retro -spectively reviewed. Results The mean operative time was (97.5 ±23.3) min.The average blood loss (68.5 ± 28.1)mL.The mean postoperative hospital′s day was (8.9 ±2.3)days.The symptoms of all patients with peivic floor prolapse disappeared .2 cases sufferd pain and mesh erosion ,1 case had buttock abscess during follow-up.All recov-ered after treatment .Conclusion The short-term curative of total pelvic floor reconstruction surgery with prolift sys-tem is good. These cases have some postoperative complication .Such operation mode should be selected comprehen-sively.

Objective To evaluate the effect of irbesartan and nifedipine controlled-release tablets on morning blood pressure surge in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Ninety patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into irbesartan group ( group A, n = 45) and nifedipine group (group B, n =45). Irbesartan tablets 150 mg/d and nifedipine controlled-release tablets 30 mg/d were respectively given in group A and group B for 4 weeks. The levels of diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure (SBP), mean arterial pressure ( MAP ) and morning blood pressure surge ( MBPS ) before and after treatment were measured by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Results The DBP, SBP, MAP and MBPS levels of two groups after treatment for 4 weeks were all decreased (P < 0.01). All the indexes of group B decreased more significant compared to group A (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion To control blood pressure and prevent morning blood pressure surge, nifedipine controlled-release tablets are better than irbesartan.

Objective To evaluate clinical effects of endovascular angioplasty and stenting for treating lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusion(ASO).Methods After the identification of the stenosis or occlusion by angiography via femoral artery access by percutaneous puncture or incision puncture, recanalization of the occlusion was done by ultrasound ablation or guildewire clearance. Then the percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA) was performed and an endovascular stent was introduced. Results A total of 45 cases(53 legs) had undergone endovascular angioplasty and stenting. The procedure was technically successful in all the patients. The ankle brachial index(ABI) increased from 0.36?0.14 preoperatively to 0.77?0.21 on the 7 postoperative day((t=2.397),P=0.021).Follow-up checkups in all the cases for 6~54 months(mean,23 months) revealed a primary patency rate of 90.6%(48/53).Conclusions Endovascular angioplasty and stenting is a safe and effective method for treating lower extremity arteriosclerotic occlusion.
