Along with the popularization and application of the computer, masses of information could be achieved from the internet, ensuring the well operation of internet is becoming the prior issue. The paper introduces some successful experiences in ensuring the well operation of internet, including broadening the broadband communications, adding extra network firewall, purchasing products for network safety management, installing anti -virus software, regulating the access to the internet, etc.

Cl~- localization and periodic acid-silver methenamine techniques have been used for ultrastructural studies on parietal cells of mouse stomach. Cl~- is located only in the intracellular canaliculi (IC) and intercellular space (IS)of parietal cells. The tubulovesicular system (TS) shows various reactions in periodic acid-silver methenamine staining. The positive reaction was demonstrated in the TS which is located near the apical membranes. This indicates that acid secretion is accompanied by polysaccharides secretion in which the TS takes part, and the polysaccharides secretory activity shows its cyclicity which is characterized by the changes of amounts of secretion. The cycle of parietal cells do not synchronize.

This paper gives a general introduction of HIV/AIDS treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China during the past 20 years. Although the role of TCM in treatment of HIV/AIDS is promising, there is still a long way to go.

BACKGROUND:α-zearalanol, a natural phytoestrogen has the effect of anti- atherosclerosis like the estrogen but with less side effect. Therefore, it has a potential for more application in the future. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of 17β-estradiol (E2) and α-zearalanol (ZAL) on coagulation and fibrinolysis in ovariectomized rats and to compare and analyze their effects. DESIGN: An observational and controlled experiment. SETTING:Department of Pathophysiology of the Capital University of Medical Sciences and the Department of Pathophsiology of the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College. MATERIALS: The experiment was completed at the Science Department of Experiment Animals from July to September 2003. Thirty-six healthy female Wistar rats aged 12-week old , weighing (250±10)g, clean grade were involved. The animals were divided into 4 groups, namely sham-operation control group, ovariectomy (OVX) group, OVX +E2 group, OVX+ZAL group with 9 rats in each group. METHODS: For the rats in the sham-operation control group, operation was performed without removing the ovary. For the rats in the OVX group,ovariectomy was performed and the rat models were made at the sterile condition. 1 mg/kg 17β-estradiol and 1mg/kg α-zearalanol were respectively injected intramuscularly into the rats in the OVX +E2 group and OVX+ZAL group 14 days after the operation, once every three days for 35days altogether. After the administration of 17β-estradiol or α-zearalanol for 5 weeks, rats were killed, and blood was collected through the common carotid artery and plasma was collected from it. The prothrombin time (PT)and the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) were determined with coagulation method. The level of fibrinogen (FG) was measured with an automatic biochemistry analyzer. Tissue factor(TF)level was determined with ELISA method, the activity of tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA)and plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 (PAI-1)were determined with chromogenic substrate assay. At the same time, the uteri were cut off and weighed by an electronic scale to work out the uteri weight/body weight (g/kg). MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① PT, APTT, FG,TF, t-PA, PAI-1; ②uteri mass/body mass RESULTS: All the 36 rats entered the stage of the result analysis. ①change of PT: it was shorter in the OVX group than that in the sham-operation control group (P ＜ 0.01 ), but it was longer than that in the OVX group after supplementation of E2 and ZAL (P ＜ 0.05-0.01 ). ② Change of FG and TF: they were significantly higher than those in the sham-operation control group (P ＜ 0.05-0.01 ). But, they were lower than those in the OVX group after supplementation of E2 and ZAL (P＜ 0.05-0.01 ). ③Change of tPA: It was significantly lower in the OVX group than that in the sham-operation control group [(0.33±0.33) μkat/L,(4.00±1.50) μkat/L,(q=9.43, P ＜ 0.01 )]. However, it was significantly higher than that in the OVX group after supplementation of E2 and ZAL [(1.83 ±0.67)μkat/L,(1.17±0.83) μkat/L, (q=13.50, P ＜ 0.01; q=5.00, P ＜ 0.05). ④ Change of PAI-1: It was significantly higher than that in the sham-operation control group [(2.33±0.67) μkat/L,(1.17±0.33) μkat/L,(q=10.5, P ＜ 0.01 )]. ⑤Uteri mass/body mass: It was significantly lower in the OYX +ZAL group than that in the OVX+ E2 group [0.66,1.96, (q=14.67, P ＜ 0.01)]. CONCLUSION: Both 17β-estradiol and α-zearalanol can resume the balance of coagulation-fibrinolysis of ovariectomized rats, suggesting that αzearalanol has a similar protective effect similar to that of 17β-estradiol on cardiovascular system. As α-zearalanol has less adverse effect on uteri enlarging than 17β-estradiol, it has a better prospect for substitution of estrogens as a natural phytoestrogen.

The incidence of upper limb dysfunction of stroke patients was high, and the recovery was difficult, which seriously impact-ed their activities of daily living and quality of life. This article reviewed the new techniques and methods for hemiplegic patients after stroke. The main techniques and methods includeed bilateral isokine-matic training, mirror neuron system, gymnastics rods training, music therapy, motor imagery, upper limb rehabilitation robot, virtual reality, constraint induced movement therapy, functional electrostimulation, electromyographic biofeedback therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, neurophyisological therapy and so on.

Objective To investigate the association between thromboxane A2 receptor(TXA2R)gene C795T, T924C,G1686A,rs2271875,rs768963 polymorphisms and aspirin resistance(AR)in Chinese Han population. Methods 168 in-patients with cerebral infarction who had been given aspirin from Zhejiang Provincial Taizhou Central Hospital from October 2009 to May 2013 were enrolled. The platelet aggregation rate was conducted by optical method. The inspections of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were conducted by enzymatic colorimetry,whereas blood glucose was tested by hexokinase method. The genotypes of three exons loci C795T,T924C,G1686A and two promoters loci rs2271875,rs768963 polymorphisms in TXA2R gene were detected by the polymerase chain reaction-ligase detection reaction(PCR-LDR)technique. The patients were divided into aspirin sensitive group(AS group,139 cases) and AR group(39 cases)according to the aspirin sensitive degree. The differences between two groups in age, smoking,serum TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,concentration of blood glucose and blood pressure(systolic pressure, diastolic pressure)were compared,and in the mean time,the differences between two groups of TXA2R C795T, T924C,G1686A,rs2271875,rs768963 genotype distribution were also compared. Results AR group had higher incidences of cigarette smoking〔89.7%(35/39)vs. 69.8%(90/129)〕and high blood sugar(mmol/L:8.086±2.785 vs 5.631±1.662,P<0.05 and P<0.01)than those in the AS group. There were no statistical significant differences between the two groups in age,serum TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and blood pressure,gender,cases with carotid artery plaque(all P>0.05). It was shown that there was no correlation between TXA2R gene polymorphism and AR. Conclusion The patients with smoking,high concentration of blood glucose have a higher incidence of AR,no correlation between TXA2R gene polymorphism and AR is found.

BACKGROUND: The problems such as fast drug degradation, great drug loss and poor barrier effect exist when using liquid molecular biomaterial as barriers in preventing tendon adhesion. Accordingly, it has aroused increasing attention to seek for membrane biomaterials as barriers. Simultaneously, it found that tendon cells would proliferate and differentiate under controls of multiple endogenous growth factors that promote tendon endogenous healing. However, it is poorly understood which the specificity factor for tendon healing is. OBJECTIVE: To study effect of epidermal growth factor (EGF) combined with degradable collagen membrane on preventing tendon adhesion and improving tendon endogenous healing. METHODS: Thirty ten-month old leghorn cocks were randomly divided into 3 groups, with 10 animals in each group. The third toe of left foot of each animal was prepared for avulsion model, and sutured with improved Kessler method. The broken ends were encapsulated with EGF combined with degradable collagen membrane (combination group), degradable membrane alone (collagen membrane group) or without treatment (blank control group). Four weeks later, the specimens were evaluated by gross observation, biomechanical test, light microscope and electron microscope. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In the combination group, there were a large amount of type Ⅰ collagen inside the sutured tendon, they were closely and lined up in order. The amount of collagen-fibronectin was less and the adhesion obviously was less than the control group. The tendon cells were matured. The adhesion in the collagen membrane group was slightly, there were a large amount of type Ⅲ collagen inside the sutured tendon, which loosely but well organized. In the blank control group, type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen arranged crisscrossed, with heavy adhesion. The results suggest that EGF can promote tendon endogenous healing and degradable collagen membrane can prevent tendon exogenous healing, thus, prevent the formation of adhesion.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of naloxone on L-type calcium current (ICa-L) in isolated rat ventricular myocytes.MethodsAdult SD rats of both sexes aged 8 weeks weighing 200-250 g were used in this study.Single cardiac ventricular myocytes were enzymatically isolated from SD rats.ICa-L was measured in ventricular myocytes and recorded using whole cell patch-clamp technique.Different concentrations (20 and 100 μg/ml) of naloxone were added to the cardiomyocytes.The effect of naloxone on ICa-L was evaluated.ResultsThe peak current of ICa-L Was inhibited by naloxone in a concentration-dependent manner.Naloxone had no significant effect on steady-state activation curve.ConclusionNaloxone inhibits the L-type calcium channel of ventricular myocytes and exerts negative effect on ventricular muscle function.
