Along with the popularization and application of the computer, masses of information could be achieved from the internet, ensuring the well operation of internet is becoming the prior issue. The paper introduces some successful experiences in ensuring the well operation of internet, including broadening the broadband communications, adding extra network firewall, purchasing products for network safety management, installing anti -virus software, regulating the access to the internet, etc.

Cl~- localization and periodic acid-silver methenamine techniques have been used for ultrastructural studies on parietal cells of mouse stomach. Cl~- is located only in the intracellular canaliculi (IC) and intercellular space (IS)of parietal cells. The tubulovesicular system (TS) shows various reactions in periodic acid-silver methenamine staining. The positive reaction was demonstrated in the TS which is located near the apical membranes. This indicates that acid secretion is accompanied by polysaccharides secretion in which the TS takes part, and the polysaccharides secretory activity shows its cyclicity which is characterized by the changes of amounts of secretion. The cycle of parietal cells do not synchronize.

Hormone therapy is a major treatment option for hormone-receptor-positive (HR+) breast cancer. Resistance to hormone therapy is the major reason for disease recurrence and progression. Recent studies have identified several resistance mechanisms that lead to the estrogen-independent growth of HR+breast cancer and were exploited to develop novel target drugs, including cyclin-de-pendent kinases 4 and 6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor, mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) inhibitor, epidermal growth factor receptor family inhibitor, vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitor, histone deacetylase inhibitor, fibroblast growth factor receptor inhibitor, insulin-like growth factor receptor inhibitor, and checkpoint inhibitor. These inhibitors are being developed to block resistance pathways and improve the efficacy of hormonal therapy. Among these drugs, the mTOR inhibitor everolimus and the CDK4/6 inhibitor palbociclib are currently approved in the United States to treat metastatic HR+breast cancer. In this study, we summarize the frontier advances in the combination of hormone and target therapies.

Objective To observe long-term clinical and rehabilitation effect of Xingnaojing injection with hyperbaric oxygen on the stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods100 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia from May 2012 to April 2014 in Wuzhong City People's Hospital Affiliated to Ningxia Medical University during the period.According to the stochastic indicator method, the object of this study were divided into experimental group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases).For all patients with conventional treatment, daily aspirin 0.5 g, nim horizon each time, three times a day oral treatment, control group patients on the basis of the joint 20 mL Xingnaojing injection, once a day.Patients in the experimental group were given hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the basis of the combination, for an hour every day.Treatment for 2 months after hospital discharge, 18 months after treatment to return of two groups of patients, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment action, ability of daily life, the quality of life as well as the secondary injury, and the patient's neurologic deficits were evaluated.ResultsIn 18 months after treatment, the treatment group patients walk rate was 68%, significantly higher than that of control group 42%(P<0.05), nerve function defect assessment in experimental group patients was (10.43±2.19) scores,was significantly better than control group (16.04±3.23) scores, daily life ability, life quality and improve secondary injury effect in experimental group was significantly better than control group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionXingnaojing injection combined hyperbaric oxygen treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia, can improve long-termdaily life skills, and improve quality of life with rehabilitation, the long-term clinical effect is remarkable, less adverse reaction.

Because absence of lymphoadenopathy, and often associated with haemophagocytic syndrome, the intravascular malignant lymphoma(IVL) is easy mistaken as malignant histiocytosis or connective tissue disease or vasculitis, the diagnosis was difficult while patients were alive. The clinical course of this disorder (IVL)was aggressive and carried a poor prognosis. The cases of this disorder are not too rare to be seen in our country. To enhance one′s ability to differentiate disorder in unknown fever diseases are extremely necessary.

A deficient of plasma VW factor-cleaving protease (ADAMTS13) and appearance of unusually large multimers induced platelets aggregation in capillaries and arterioles. It was critical pathogenesis of thrombotic thrombocytopenia purpura (TTP). ADAMTS13 activity has been measured over 1000patients of TTP and hemolysis uremia syndrome (HUS) since 1997. Diagnostic sensitivity and specificity,as well as clinical significance of ADAMTS13 deficiency for TTP patients were evaluated,and synthetical diagnosis basis of TTP were raised.
