1.White Matter Dementia
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
The concept of white matter dementia was first introduced by Filley in 1988.It was found following behavioral neurologica researches that patients with this type of dementia manifested the dysfunctions of sustained attention, memory retrievial, frontal lobe and visualspatial function. They also had psychiatric manifestations but language and extrapyramidal function remained normal.10 diseases of white matter disorders are listed for understanding the clinical characteristics of this type of dementia.

International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(3):180-183
Functional delayed gastric emptying, also calls gastric paralysis, often occurs after abdominal operation, which severely affect patients prognosis. The mechanism, clinical manifestation, diagnosis, preservation and treatment are summarized in this review.
3.Recent advances in pathogenesis and management of pruritus in cholestatic liver disease
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2014;30(11):1208-1211
Pruritus is one of the common clinical manifestations of cholestatic liver diseases such as primary biliary cirrhosis, primary scle-rosing cholangitis, and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Potential incentives of itching include bile salts, histamine, progesterone me-tabolites,endogenous opioid substances, and lysophosphatidic acid, according to previous studies. However, the exact pathogenesis of chol-estatic pruritus remains unclear, and the current treatment can only alleviate the symptoms in some of the patients.Novel methods for treating pruritus have been proposed and/or are being studied. The recent experimental and clinical studies on the pathogenesis and treatment of pru-ritus in cholestatic hepatitis are reviewed,in order to improve the understanding and management of cholestatic pruritus.
4.Elevated levels of substance P and prostaglandins in sheep during endotoxin induced lung injury
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
A high dose E. Coli endotoxin was infused into unanesthetized sheep withchronic lung lymph fistula. The contents of substance P in plasma, lung lymph, lungparenchyma and also TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_1? were measured. The results showed that 120min after infusion substance P increased in plasma and lymph, but its content in paren-chyma decreased at 360 min after infusion. At 30 min after infusion, TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_1? levels in plasma showed a marked increase, but their peak values in lung lymphwere shown at 60 min after infusion, and the levels of TXB_2 were much higher than thatof 6--keto--PGF_1?
5.Changes of purine nucleosides contents in rabbit brain and cerebrospinal fluid during acute cerebral hypoxia
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(05):-
Levels of adenosine, inosine and hypoxanthine in rabbit brain tissue du-ring acute cerebral hypoxia induced by hypotonic hypoxemia were increased much morethan that of the normal controls from 53.3?2.9, 115.6?11.8 and 186.5?10.3 to 816.4?59.0, 1049.7?37.5 and 704.4?55.3 ?M/g (X?SD) respectively (P
6.Study on membrane potential of coronary artery smooth muscle of guinea pig fed with the grains from Keshan disease area
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
The reactivity of vascular smooh muscle cell (VSMC) of coronary artery ofguinea pig fed with grains from Keshan disease area were studied by intracellular microelec-trode method. The glass micropipette of tip resistance 30-50 M? filled with 3 M KCl wasinserted from the inner surface of the vasclar segment. The resting membrane potential (Em)of VSMC of coronary artery was observed. The results were as follows: (1) Em ofVSMC of experimental group was -49.80?5.3mV. (2) The Se induced VSMC depolari-zation revealed a dose-response dependent manner in the experimental animal. The degreeof the depolarization was smaller than those in the control guinea pig. (3) KCl and AChcaused membrane depolarization and hyperpolarization respectively in the experimental group, but the changes of Em was higher than those in the control. From these facts it wasconcluded that the reactivity of coronary artery VSMC was increased in experimentalgroup. It was suggested that the vessel's factor play an important role in the pathogenesisof myocardial necrosis in experimental group animal.
7.Application of the Balanced Scorecard in the research performance management of the universities
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2016;29(1):46-48
The Balanced Scorecard,as a new strategic management tool, has been widely used in the performance evaluation of Chinese enterprise. This review discussed the application and potential problems of the Balanced Scorecard in the research performance management of the research universities.
8.Discussion of responsibility of head nurses in nursing quality improvement in obstetrical and gynecological department
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(34):20-21
Objective To discuss the responsibility and quality requirement of head nurses in nursing quality improvement in obstetrical and gynecological department. Methods The responsibility of head nurses in nursing quality improvement in obstetrical and gynecological department were investigated by carrying out surveys in patients of obstetrical and gynecological department. Results The quality of head nurses needed improvement and their responsibility required definitude, thus the satisfaction degree of patients and nursing quality can be improved. Conclusions Through this research,we find that the head nurses not only need good quality, but also should be given definite responsibility and certain service, supervising and management power,if so,they can fully exert their role in nursing work.
9.Effect of Guizhi Fuling Bolus on expression of Survivin、P21~(waf/cip) in tumor tissue of tumor-bearing mice
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(07):-
Objective:To Study the molecular mechanism of Guizhi Fuling Bolus(GFW) controlling the tumor growth. Methods:Each of 30 mice received 0.2ml S180 tumor cell suspension subcutaneously in the right axilla. The mice were randomly divided into model group,GFW group and Cyclophosphane(CY) group and with 10 mice in each group.Another ten mice without cancer were used as control. The model group received intragastric normal saline,0.2ml?10g-1?d-1;the GFW group was given intragastric administration,0.2ml?10g-1?d-1 whilst the CY group received intraperitoneal injection of CY at 20mg?kg-1?d-1.The medicines were given to the mice in each group after they were inoculated, once a day for 10 days. The mice were sacrificed and the tumor removed, the S180 mice sarcoma model was used to detect the inhibiting effects of GFW.The protein expressions of P21waf/cip and mRNA expression of Survivin were evaluated by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. Results:For S180 sarcoma, the inhibiting ratio of GFW was 38.93%.Survivin mRNA was markedly declined in the GFW group when compared with the model group(P
10.EFFECT OF SPIRULINA PLATENSIS ON BLOOD CELLS IN THE CHEMOTHERAPY OF ACUTE LEUKEMIA
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Fifty-two cases of acute leukemia were treated with chemotherapy, and forty-one cases in combination vrith Spirulina platensis. After the therapy, the patient's bone marrow was inhibited. The inhibition period of bone marrow was shortened and the recovery period was advanced in the combined Spirylina platensis therapy, the level of peripheral blood cells was raised. The results suggest that the combined spirulina platensis therapy in chemotherapy could accelerate the recovery of the normal hematopoiesis and increase the amounts of blood cells.
