2.Progress of Toll-like receptors in asthma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(3):258-260,263
Asthma is heterogeneous disorder which caused by a complicated interaction between multiple genes and environmental factors. A increasing number of attention has paid in the researches about its pathogenic mechanism and therapeutic strategies. Not only can Toll-like receptors and signal transduction pathways mediate relevant immunocyte of asthma, but also induce or restrain development of asthma. TLRs is a land of pattern recognition receptor(PRRs), which can rely on the conserved sequence of gene encoding to identify pathogenic microorganism, meanwhile activate innate immunity, adjust acquired immunity and induce immune tolerance.

7.Effect of Lecarnidipine on hypertension and circulation hematopoietic progenitor cells in the elderly
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2015;34(6):601-604
Objective To investigate the effect of Lecarnidipine on hypertension and circulation hematopoietic progenitor cells (HPCs) count in elderly patients. Methods A total of 61 elderly patients with hypertension were selected in Renji Hospital geriatric hypertension clinic from January 2014 to August 2014.Patients were randomly divided into two groups:Lercanidipine treatment group (n=32,Lercanidipine hydrochloride 5-10 mg/day),the control group (n=29,thiazide diuretics and / or beta blockers according to patient's condition).Patients were observed for 12 weeks, and the target blood pressure level was <140/90 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa).Blood lipids and glucose levels, liver and kidney function and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) were determined before and after treatment. The quantity of circulation HPCs (the percentage of CD34+ CD45dim in peripheral blood in 100000 mononuclear cells) was detected by flow cytometry analysis. Results Blood pressure in Lercanidipine treatment group was decreased after the treatment (P<0.01),and patients reached the target blood pressure. There was no difference in the decrease of blood pressure level between the two groups (P>0.05).The number of CD34+ CD45dim cells was increased after 12 weeks of Lecarnidipine treatment [(0.022 + 0.003)% vs.(0.034 + 0.028)%,P<0.05].Compared with the control group, the number of CD34+ CD45dim cells in lercanidipine group had a rising trend, but it had no statistical difference (P>0.05).Taking the number of CD34+ CD45dim as the independent variables, the multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that the number of CD34+ CD45dim cells was negatively correlated to systolic pressure. Conclusions The number of circulation HPCs is negatively correlated with systolic pressure in the elderly.Lercanidipine can increase the number of circulation HPCs,and does not rely on its antihypertensive effect.
8.To observe the changes of IL-6 in gynecological laparoscopic surgery used flurbiprofen axetil for analgesia
Journal of Chinese Physician 2011;13(4):474-476
Objective To study the flurbiprofen axetil (FA) for postoperative analgesia of gynecological laparoscopic surgery and the changes of interleukin-6 in blood.Methods80 cases were selected for gynecologic laparoscopic surgery, the patients were randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 cases each group.Group A was given FA 50 mg and tramadol 1 mg/kg 30 minutes before the end of surgery.Group B was given FA 50 mg 5 minutes before induction of anesthesia and given tramadol 1 mg/kg 30 minutes before the end of surgery, and group C was given FA 50 mg five minutes before induction of anesthesia.Group D was given tramadol 2 mg/kg 30 minutes before the end of surgery. After the surgery, the VAS was observed in real-time of wake up (T1),and 2 hours (T2),6 hours (T6) and 24 hours (T24) after operating. The blood of each group was taken at the different time points including arriving in the room (T0),waking up (T1) and 6 hours (T6) after operating. The blood samples were hold for 30 minutes and centrifuged (3000 r/min,10 min),and IL-6 was detected using double-antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA.ResultsThe experiments showed that VAS in T1 time point of group A,B,C were lower than that of group D(1.40±0.26,1.67±0.37,1.60±0.42 vs 3.13±2.32).In T24 time point,VAS of group A,B were also lower than that of group D(2.13±1.24,2.00±1.25 vs 3.53±1.87),the differences were significant (P<0.05).The experiments showed that concentration of IL-6 in group D was higher than that in group A,B,C at the T1 time point (12.26±6.56 vs 2.94±2.55,3.37±2.43 vs 2.93±1.16,P<0.05).ConclusionsThe postoperative analgesic effect of Flurbiprofen axetil combined with tramadol on the ogynecological laparoscopic was superior to using any of the drug alone.Flurbiprofen axetil could inhibit increasing of IL-6 and have an effect against the inflammatory response induced by surgical trauma, and it has a good analgesic effect.
9.Recent curative effect of polyethylene terephthalate artificial ligament reconstruction for the treatment of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury
Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2016;(2):94-97,98
Objective To explore the effect of polyethylene terephthalate artificial ligament revascularization on the treatment of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury .Methods The data of 18 patients with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were retrospectively analyzed .Fourteen patients received the bilateral suspension fixed technology ,and 4 cases were fixed with unilateral suspension fixation by extrusion screw which could be absorbed .The ankle joint mobility was measured during the follow-up,which were evaluated by American orthopedic foot and ankle society ( AOFAS) .Results Eighteen patients with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis in-jury were followed up for 12~17 months, with an average of 13.5 months.Imagings showed that the tibiofibular space was normal on postop-erative X-ray films, and there was no lost in 1 year. The PET of artificial ligaments were taken out ,and the artificial ligament and bone tissue were combined with a good ligament toughness .The pathological examination revealed the fibrous tissue grew in the artificial ligaments .Ac-cording to AOFAS ankle function grading evaluation of curative effect ,11 cases were excellent ,6 cases were good ,and 1 case was not obvious . Conclusion PET artificial ligament revascularization can recover the hinge functions of tibiofibular syndesmosis for patients with early recov -ery of ankle plantar flexion range in a short time .Different ways of fixed ligament had no obvious effect on functional recovery ,however, the extrusion screw technology can shorten the time of surgery .
