The procedure of treating prostate cancer is as the following: After local prostatectomy or radiotherapy or local palliative therapy, androgen-dependent prostate cancer(ADPC) should be given first-line endocrinal therapy. Almost all patients will be developed from ADPC to hormone independent prostate cancer (HIPC) after 14 ～ 30 months, including androgen-independent prostate cancer(AIPC) and hormone-refractory prostate cancer(HRPC). Second-line endocrinal therapy and chemotherapy should be given, respectively. Antibone metastasis therapy is given when bone metastasis occurred. All medical methods should be used rationally and comprehensively to improve the management of prostate cancer.

The bactericidal activity of serum and cere brospinal fluid (SBA and CBA)of ceftroiaxone (CTRX), cefotaxime(CTX) cefuroxime(CFR) in the patients undergoing surgery of skull and brain were studied by means of microdi luted method. The results showed antibacterial activity of CTRX against, enterobactericeae in vitro or in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) was the highest, it is suggested that the schadule of CTRX per 12hr may be used in prevention and treatment of serious infections after surgery of skull and brain.The bacteria The SBA and CBA of CFR were less ,but its antibacterial spectrum was wide and bactezi cidal activity of CTX against gram positive strains and enterobactericeae in sencm and CSF were higher, CTX may be used in treatment of infections of nervous system caused by mixed bacteria, the cost was lower, so CFR may be selected in the moderate infections. The CBA was a synthesized guide reflexing the antibactieral activity and penetration into barrier, so it is impostand reference to select antibiotics of infection after surgery of skull and brain.

Objective To observe the effect of valsartan combined with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine in treating early diabetic nephropathy(DN),looking for an effective method for the treatment of early DN.Methods 51 DN patients were divided into two groups,28 cases in the treatment group were treated with valsartan and salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine therapy,23 cases in the control group only received valsartan treatment.Fasting blood glucose before and after treatment (FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1 c),BUN,Scr,urine albumin excretion rate(UAER) index were detected.Results Before and after treatment,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,UAER in the two groups had statistically significant differences (t =5.361,6.458,3.026,7.894,5.648,7.604,6.590,8.652,all P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,2hPG,HbA1c,UAER between the two groups had statistically significant differences (t =3.125,3.520,3.881,all P ＜ 0.05).No statistical difference was observed before and after treatment in two groups of BUN,Scr (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with salvia tetramethylpyrazine in treatment of early DN was more effective than single valsartan treatment,and no significant adverse reactions was found in combined treatment.Therefore,the combined treatment can be used as a new method for clinical treatment of early DN.

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of plastic titanic plates internal fixation in the treatment of intra-articular calcaneus fracture.Methods 42 patients with intra-articular calcaneus fracture were selected and taken lateral calcaneal improvement “L” shaped incision for the correction of calcaneal shortening and valgus deformity.Skidmore needle went through collapse of the articular surface below from calcaneal fractures after block nodules along with bone shaft,and restored Bohler angle,Gissane angle and bone length,height,and the lateral fracture piece was reset.The fixation was taken by plastic reconstruction titanic plates,and the fracture was inspected by Xray.Results In 42 patients,the fracture healing time was (11.4 ± 0.6) weeks.The fracture position was good on the line,and the articular surface of calcaneus and talus was smooth,and the Bohler angle,Gissane angle of calcaneus were returned to normal.The excellent rate was 90.5％ by Maryland score.No surgical causes of broken plate and screw breakage were found.Conclusion Internal fixation with open reduction and plastic titanic plates internal fixation for the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures has a significant effect and safety,which is worthy of promotion.

High mobility group protein A1 ( HMGA1 ) are members of a superfamily of non-histone chromatin proteins,which exist widely in eukaryotic nuclei and are mainly involved in transcriptional regulation of gene expression.Recent researches show that almost all human malignant tumors have abnormal expression of HMGA1,which may have an important role in the development of cancer,but the exact mechanism is not clear yet.In cancer research,transfection system which constructed on the basis of HMGA1 will have potential value,and also could shed some light on the treatment of cancer.
