1.Comparison of Bactericidal Activity in cerebrospinal Fluid of Three Cephalosporins in Patients undergoing Surgery of Skull and Brain
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 1994;0(04):-
The bactericidal activity of serum and cere brospinal fluid (SBA and CBA)of ceftroiaxone (CTRX), cefotaxime(CTX) cefuroxime(CFR) in the patients undergoing surgery of skull and brain were studied by means of microdi luted method. The results showed antibacterial activity of CTRX against, enterobactericeae in vitro or in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) was the highest, it is suggested that the schadule of CTRX per 12hr may be used in prevention and treatment of serious infections after surgery of skull and brain. The bacteria The SBA and CBA of CFR were less ,but its antibacterial spectrum was wide and bactezi cidal activity of CTX against gram positive strains and enterobactericeae in sencm and CSF were higher, CTX may be used in treatment of infections of nervous system caused by mixed bacteria, the cost was lower, so CFR may be selected in the moderate infections. The CBA was a synthesized guide reflexing the antibactieral activity and penetration into barrier, so it is impostand reference to select antibiotics of infection after surgery of skull and brain.
2.Review of medical management of prostate cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(11):865-868
The procedure of treating prostate cancer is as the following: After local prostatectomy or radiotherapy or local palliative therapy, androgen-dependent prostate cancer(ADPC) should be given first-line endocrinal therapy. Almost all patients will be developed from ADPC to hormone independent prostate cancer (HIPC) after 14 ~ 30 months, including androgen-independent prostate cancer(AIPC) and hormone-refractory prostate cancer(HRPC). Second-line endocrinal therapy and chemotherapy should be given, respectively. Antibone metastasis therapy is given when bone metastasis occurred. All medical methods should be used rationally and comprehensively to improve the management of prostate cancer.
3.Experimental research on pathological effects of diphosgene——Emphysema after diphosgene inhalation
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
0.05; emphysema in animals inhaling diphosgene into lower rispiratory tract (LRT) alone was obvious with Pden (0.59?0.05) being different from that of control animals, P
4.The application of PK/PD theory in the treatment of respiratory tract infection
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(09):-
MIC,according to which, the antibiotics frequently used for treating respiratory infections were divided into three groups:Time-dependent(with minimal or no PAE),Concentration-dependent(with PAE),Time-dependent and Concentration-enhanced(with PAE),In addition, the most appropriate antibiotic administration methods are also explored respectively in the article. Finally, several measures of preventing emergence of resistance are proposed based on the theory of MPC.
6.Function and mechanism of high mobility group protein A1 in tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(10):744-747
High mobility group protein A1 ( HMGA1 ) are members of a superfamily of non-histone chromatin proteins, which exist widely in eukaryotic nuclei and are mainly involved in transcriptional regulation of gene expression.Recent researches show that almost all human malignant tumors have abnormal expression of HMGA1,which may have an important role in the development of cancer, but the exact mechanism is not clear yet.In cancer research, transfection system which constructed on the basis of HMGA1 will have potential value, and also could shed some light on the treatment of cancer.
7.The significance of Inhibition of NF-?B by I?B? in Cerebral Ischemia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(06):-
Nuclear factor-?B (NF-?B) is a nuclear transcription factor that regulates the expressions of multiple genes. It can be activated during cerebral ischemia; it is closely correlated with the inflammatory reaction and apoptosis during cerebral ischemia. NF-?B inhibitor ? (I?B?), an important inhibitor factor of NF-?B, can regulate the survival and death of neuron in the ischemia penumbra. Therefore, the inhibition of the degradation of I?B? and the prevention of the activation of NF-?B with drugs or molecular biological methods has become an important approach in study of the effect of NF-?B at present. Recent studies have indicated that I?B? itself may also participate in the regulation of apoptosis.
8.Variants of papillary thyroid carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(3):203-206
Histological variants of papillary carcinoma are numerous, and most variants have the same clinical behavior with classical PTC.Howwver prognosis of a few variants are poor, such as Tall cell variant,Columnar cell variant,Solid/Trabecular variant etc. There are some controversy in the diagnosis of some variants. For example,Follicular variant is easily misdiagnosed as Follicular adenoma,Clear cell variant ma y beconfused with Renal cell carcinoma. Moreover, there are some divergences about proportion of cell and cell height in diagnosis of Tall cell variant, and so on.
9.The Imagiologic Diagnosis and Comparative Analysis Between ImagingSigns and Pathology of Spinal Tnberculosis
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(01):-
Objective To study diagnostic significance of spinal tuberculosis with PA and lateral view of X-ray film and CT.Methods X-ray and CT findings of 207 cases with spinal tuberculosis proved by pathology were respectively analysed. Results (1)The diagnostic rates by X-ray and CT was 93.7% and 98% respectively;(2)The diagnostic sensetivity in showing destruction of vertebral body and narrowing of interveterbral space was 74.4% and 89.9% respectively by radiography and CT;(3)The diagnostic rate only according to the destruction of vertebral body and narrowing of interveterbral space was nearly 90%;(4)Computer tomograph display of sequester formation, phamatosis in paraveterbral soft tissue, swelling of psoas muscle, involvement of bony veterbral canal, destruction of adnexa is better than the spinogram display. There is difference between two methods(?
10.Research on relationship between cyclophilin and carcinomas
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(6):410-412
It has been demonstrated that certain members of cyclophilins (CyP) family are related to tomurigenesis, which might result from the role for Cyp in cell proliferation. Most members of Cyp family express specifically in tumor tissue in contrast to in normaltissue and cancer-brink tissue. It is possible that a novel approach to cancer therapy and diagnosis would be appeared through exploring the relationship between Cyp and tumor.
