As the actual clinical reflecting of transform Chinese medicine special curative effect, Chinese medicine preparation not only satisfies the need of hospital clinic, scientific research and teaching, but also plays an important role in deepening medical and health system reform, improving people's health level and contributing to the economic growth. However, some problems about administration and approval (tending to western medicine), contraction of the scale, lack of synchronization for clinic and scientific research, and the imbalance of regional development make Chinese medicine preparation move forwards slowly in contradiction. It has not only reduced the effectiveness of the Chinese medicine preparation in hospital clinic, but also brought bad effect on modernized development of Chinese medicine preparation. Research shows that main influencing factors of status quo of Chinese medicine preparation in medical institution include imperfect laws and regulations, high cost than income, and shortage of talents in preparation research. The analysis indicated that the necessary measures to break the contradiction, improve clinical effect of Chinese medicine, and promote the modernization development of Chinese drugs preparation were as follows: government and related departments should strengthen the supporting force in policy by adjusting the examination and approval policy, speeding up dispensing use, reforming pricing system, including into medicare reimbursement, integrating advantage resources and so on; medical institution should actively carry out research and development of traditional Chinese Medicine through drawing the traditional and modern essence, reserving professional talents, and developing characteristic preparation; companies cooperate with hospitals for complementary advantages, which can rapidly transform Chinese medicine preparation into clinical practice.

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2014;34(8):903-906
Qi in TCM is the most essential substance that makes up the body and maintains life activities. All vital substances in the body are transformed by constant motion and changes of qi. Qi in TCM mainly means full of functions. What is the basic material attribute of qi? We don't have a systematic study on it. Therefore, we combined the achievement of modern medicine, and explored further from the origin, functions, pathogeneses, and therapies of mitochondria and qi. Surprisingly, we found out that the origin of mitochondria was similar to that of qi. They are tiny substance constituting the human body. Secondly, the function of mitochondria is similar to that of qi. When the disorder of qi and mitochondria occurs, similar vital signs occur or the same reactions occur. These results suggested that the basic material attribute of qi might be mitochondria.

5.Detection of interleukin-1? and tumor necrosis factor ? in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in patients with Alzheimer disease
Chinese Journal of Neurology 1999;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the levels of interleukin 1? (IL 1?) and tumor necrosis factor ? (TNF ?) in both serum and CSF in patients with Alzheimer's disease Methods Eleven patients with Alzheimer's disease,13 patients with vascular dementia (VD) and 13 healthy controls were analyzed by using commercial ELISA kits Results The average serum level of IL 1? was found higher in AD patients(60 13?17 81 pg/ml) than in VD patients(38 51?14 39 pg/ml) and in healthy controls(33 98?16 31 pg/ml)( P
6.High-resolution melting analysis for detection of K-ras mutation in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(8):840-842
Objective The K-ras gene plays a major role in the development , progression, and drug selection for the target treatment of colorectal cancer .The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of detecting K-ras mutation in colorectal cancer by high-resolution melting ( HRM) analysis and to investigate the relationship between K-ras mutation and the clinicopathological parame-ters of colorectal cancer. Methods We collected the tissue samples of colorectal cancer from 179 patients, detected the mutations in codons 12 and 13 of the K-ras gene, and analyzed the relationship between K-ras mutation and the clinicopathological parameters of the patients. Results In the 179 cases of colorectal cancer, K-ras mutation was found in 77 (43.02%), significantly higher in those aged ≥60 years than in those aged <60 years (55.17% vs 33.70%, P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed a significant influence of age on K-ras mutation (OR=1.506, 95%CI:1.028-2.011, P<0.05). Conclusion HRM analysis is a rapid, sensitive, and inexpensive diagnostic tool for the detection of K-ras mutation, and K-ras mutation is associated with the age of colorectal cancer patients .

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective Recent researches show that bone sialoprotein is closely related with metastasis of breast cancer to bone. In order to investigate the effect of bone sialoprotein in the course of metastasis of breast cancer to bone, the following study was undertaken. Methods The growth curve, clone formation and adherence of breast cancer cells experiments were carried out to study the effect of hBSP over-expression on biological behaviors of breast cancer cells. Results It was found that breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231BO(pI) and MDA-MB-231BO(pID) stably transfected with hBSP cDNA were not inhibited through proliferation assay of breast cancer cells. The activity and tumorigenicity of breast cancer cells with hBSP over-expression were enhanced. Comprising with MDA-MB-231BO non-transfected the colony formation percentage of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231BO(pI) and MDA-MB-231BO(pID) increased from 8.90%?0.53% to 15.6%?0.94% and 12.8%?0.77%. The OD_ 620 value of adherence of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231BO(pI) and MDA-MB-231BO(pID)increased from 0.29?0.017 to 0.52?0.031 and 0.43?0.026 respectively in cells attachment assay, which suggested that over-expression of hBSP enhances breast cancer cell MDA-MB-231BO adherence and attachment property. Conclusion The study results suggested that hBSP over-expression had autocrine effect on breast cancer cells and could enhance the ability of breast cancer cells metastasizing to bone.
9.Influence of different hemodialysis ways on cognitive function in the patients with end-stage renal failure in maintenance dialysis
Journal of Clinical Neurology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To explore the influence of different hemodialysis ways on cognitive function in the patients with end-stage renal failure(ESRF) in maintenance dialysis. Methods Choosing 68 ESRF patients who needed maintenance dialysis were divided into high flux dialysis group and normal flux dialysis group,34 cases in each group. The P300 lantency period(LP) and amplitude(Amp),mini-mental status examination(MMSE) scale were applied to examine the patients in the two groups before treatment,1 month and 6 months after treatment, respectively. Results The P300 LP and Amp in high flux dialysis group and low flux dialysis group were(398.6?38.5)ms,(7.3?1.21)?V vs(410.3?49.7)ms,(6.9?1.03)?V before the treatment;and(336.8?32.1)ms,(8.2?1.15)?V vs(342.6?35.8)ms,(7.9?1.01) ?V 1 month after treatment. There were no significantly differences between the two groups.6 months after treatment, the P300 LP and Amp of high flux dialysis group and low flux dialysis group were(320.6?31.9)ms,(8.5?1.02) ?V vs(390.6?42.8)ms,(6.5?1.12)?V.There were significantly differences between the two groups(all P
