The recent research progress of photo-catalyzed degradation of organic pollutants by TiO2 is reviewed,the characteristics of hydrothermal method and the prepared processes of TiO2 were discussed,the photo-catalyzed mechanism under UV and visible light and the application of degradation of sewage using TiO2 nanomaterials from five aspects were described in this paper. The main problems existing in the studies of TiO2,the research directions,and the development prospects were also discussed.
2.Hemodynamic parameters to predict fluid responsiveness in patients with shock

Hemodynamic monitoring is essential in titrating fluid therapy,in order to avoid the deleterious effects of over-and under-filling.Not all patients will respond to a fluid challenge.Therefore,it is useful to predict fluid responsiveness to identify those patients in whom fluid therapy will be of benefit.However,studies performed during the past decade have demonstrated the benefits of using dynamic parameters of filling to assess fluid responsiveness over static parameters during mechanical ventilation or after passive leg raising or volume challenge.

4.Mammographic wire-localization's application in biopsy of delitescence focus of infection about breast disease

Objective Approach mammographic wire-localization biopsy technology's value in diagnose of dditescenee focus of infection about breast disease. Methods Utilizing specific purpose computer stereotaxis system, utilize mammographic wire-localization for 47 pieces delitescenee focus of infection about breast disease which can't be touehed in clinical ,at guide wire's leading exsect focus of infection and make molybdenum target for tissue by ex- cisional, then make patho-test when the focus of infection were completely resection. Results 45 patients have 47 pieces delitescence focus of infection,detaining 47 guide wire,all operations succeed only by once,and the focus of in- fection are completely resection,the correct rate of diagnose is 100% .The result of patho:13 cases are breast cancer and that have 14 pieces focus of infection,one of them is both sides,benign lesion are 32 cases and 33 pieces focus of infection. Conclusion The biopsy by mammographie wire-localization is convenient and accurate, can make sure the character of delitescence focus of infection about breast disease,which cart raise the rate of diagnosis in earlier period breast cancer.
5.Investigation and Antibiotic Analysis of Urogenital Mycoplasma Infection

OBJECTIVE To analyze the of non-gonococcal urethritis(NGU) secretion in patients with urogenital mycoplasma infection and drug sensitivity status to provide the basis for clinical rational drug use.METHODS The mycoplasma culturing,identification,counting and drug sensitivity test to 12 kinds of antimicrobial drugs were conducted among 279 cases of NGU patients and the sensitivity of mycoplasma was monitored by retrospectively statistical analysis.RESULTS A total of 162 strains were isolated from 279 cases with NGU(58.1%).Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) was found in 115 cases(70.9%),Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) positive in 9 cases(5.6%) and 38 cases were with mixed infection(23.5%).The sexually active population of 21-35-year-old was with the highest incidence,accounted for 53.7% from all of NGU cases.The sensitivity to minocycline,Tetracycline,of were higher but resistant to Erythromycin,sparfloxacin Mycoplasma.CONCLUSIONS Uu is the major pathogens in NGU patients,minocycline and tetracycline treatment for mycoplasma infection is better choice.The NGU pathogen detection and drug sensitivity test are important for guiding clinical treatment in order to maximize control of the emergence of resistant strains particularly important.

7.Lucene-based Full-text Retrieval System of Electronic Care Record

Objective To research a more effective method of full-text retrieval of electronic care record (ECR), which avails clinical work, medical research and ECR management. Methods Based on full -text retrieval by keyword, by changing the form of ECR with XML,a full-text retrieval system of ECR based on Lucene was built. Results The system testing showed that the precision ratio of ECR retrieval was raised. Conclusion The full-text retrieval system of ECR meets the design requirements and the function needs.
8.Critical care ultrasound for hemodynamic evaluation in critically ill children

Hemodynamic therapy in critically ill patients is based on the theory of hemodynamics, combined with characteristics and patterns of the circulatory system, to improve the outcome of patients.The basic direction of critical care ultrasound is to improve tissue perfusion, implement the target-goal hierarchical management, and distinguish appearance and essence.Through continuous monitoring, integrated clinical information and dynamic assessment, rapid screening of the etiology of shock and hemodynamic abnormalities are in order to optimize therapy for reducing or avoiding reinjury during treatment.Finally, organization of therapy and protection of organs are realized.The interpretation of ultrasound images, the analysis of etiology as well as the judgement of illness, the information of treatment decisions, and the fine adjustment of therapic direction and intensity are inseparable from the in-depth understanding of the medical laws and pathophysiological characteristics of severe diseases.

The author analyzed the migrations of medical talents in a city -level public hospital for ten years trying to know the reserve changes and the potential crisis of human resource of hospital.By comparing job title, edu-cation background, age, sex of the new recruitments and resignations, and exploring the main reason of brain drain, the author proposed to set up the autonomous talent reserve strategy, improve the incentive talent management mecha-nism and establish the platform, which ensures to attract and keep talents for hospital.
