International Eye Science 2017;17(7):1378-1380
AIM:To investigate the safety and complications of femtosecond laser corneal small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE) procedure and discuss the prevention and treatment.METHODS: We retrospectively studied the complications of 403 patients(799 eyes) with myopia and myopic astigmatism treated by SMILE.RESULTS: All the patients underwent the operation successfully.Only 1 case(1 eye)suffered from dark spot and changed to femtosecond laser-assisted LASIK(FS-LASIK), 5 cases(5 eyes, 0.6%) suffered from the suction loss, 11 cases (17 eyes, 2.1%) developed opaque bubble layer. All patients gained perfect uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA) (20/20).The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) did not decrease after operations. The incidence of haze and diffuse lamellar keratitis was low (0.3% and 0.4%, respectively)and no other complications were observed. There was 9 eyes in 6 patients (1.1%) found regression of refraction at 6mo after surgery, while the UCVA of rest patients reached 1.0 at 3mo after surgery.CONCLUSION: The SMILE procedure has high safety for myopia and myopic astigmatism.Effective prevention and management of the complications is the key to achieve the satisfactory visual acuity.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To explore a new way of nursing teaching round-making compatible with the nursing students at junior college, and to establish and improve the standards for its assessment. Methods:We performed a new mode of nursing teaching ward round jointly organized by nursing teachers of the school and clinical supervisors of the hospital among student nurses of Grade 2006 on four different subjects respectively,by going through the following four steps: establishing the subject, working out the plan, making the ward round and assessing the quality. Results:The average score on the quality assessment of the four subjects by teachers and students was 93.78.Conclusion:The new mode of nursing teaching ward round jointly organized by the school and hospital can make the best of nursing faculty resources, give full play to nursing students'potential and optimize this activity and facilitate the teaching of clinical nursing.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2017;33(10):1333-1337
Small cell lung cancer(SCLC) is a type of neuroendcorine cancer with high growth fraction, early metastatic spread and poor prognosis, accounting for approximately 15% of all newly diagnosed lung cancer cases.Patients with SCLC are generally treated with platinum-based chemotherapy in combination with radiotherapy.Despite good responses to chemotherapy in the early stage of treatment, patients develop drug resistance and recurrence soon. There has been limited success with the targeted approaches in clinical trials completed in the past several years.Novel targeted and more effective treatment strategies for SCLC are in urgent need With increasing translational research and a better understanding of the molecular basis of small cell lung cancer, a number of new targeted drugs such as kinase inhibitors, angiogenesis inhibitors, apoptosis inducers, proteasome inhibitors, epigenetic regulators, immune checkpoint inhibitors have been developed and investigated in various preclinical studies. Some of them have entered clinical trials. At the same time, a number of novel treatment strategies such as immunotherapy and combination treatment receive attention. This review summarizes potentially molecular targeted therapies that have been developed and employed recently, and ongoing and future clinical trials in attempt to improve patient outcomes in SCLC, and meanwhile to invite future potential SCLC new treatment strategies.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
Objective: To explore an integral training mode for student nurses in large modern general hospitals. Methods: Integral nursing training was conducted in our hospital among 610 student nurses from universities and postsecondary specialized colleges. Results: All the student nurses considered the integral training to be helpful for the promotion of their professional nursing competence. Conclusion: The professional competence-oriented integral nursing training can optimize the teaching quality of clinical nursing and help enhance the professional competence and comprehensive qualities of student nurses.

Obiective To solve the problem of charge evasion in medical equipment and improve the management of medical equipment and increase income of the hospital. Methods The control system was designed and used based onembedded system as real-time monitor in the medical equipment. Results This system can realize the real-time monitor of the medical equipment and improve the management of hospital. Conclusion The system resolves the problem of charge evasion effectually and increases the income of the hospital.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the role of 15 kinds of growth regulatory factors in the pathogenesis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 15 kinds of growth regulatory factors involving cell proliferation and apoptosis were studied by immunohistochemistry with computer assisted quantitative image analysis. The mean percent area densities of stroma, epithelium and glandular lumen in BPH were examined by quantitative image analysis. Results Positive relations were found bewteen expressions of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF),transforming growth factor ?, fibronectin, type Ⅳ collagen and proportions of stroma (r=0.323?0.278?0.235?0.241,P
