Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(9):1311-1312
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Itopride and esomeprazole combining with deanxit in treating functional dyspepsia ( FD) .Methods Sixty-two patients meeting Rome Ⅲcriterion were randomly divided into the therapy groups which were treated with Itopride and esomeprazole combining with deanxit and the control groups which were treated with Itopride and esomeprazole for 4 weeks respectively .Symptom scoring was done before and after the treatment .Results The symptoms were remarkably improved , there was significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups (P<0.05).The total efficiency was more obvious in the therapy group . Conclusion Itopride and esomeprazole combining with deanxit can produce an effect on the treatment of FD .Itopride and esomeprazole combining with deanxit has better clinical effect than Itopride and esomeprazole on the treatment of FD.

3.The molecular mechanism of lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis of malignant tumors
China Oncology 2001;0(05):-
The lymphatic vessel is one of the earliest routes for systemic neoplastic metastasis. But reports on research of the lymphatic vessel have been few compared to the study for tumor vessels. In the past few years, along with advances in understanding about the construction features of the lymphatic system, work has been done to determine the anatomic fundamentals of lymphatic metastasis. Many new specifi c markers of the lymphatic endothelium had been reported, which is useful to differentiate lymphatic vessels from capillary vessels. The lymphatic vessels are usually found in the animal tumor models, human tumors and peritumoral tissues. Furthermore, the molecular mechanism of lymph-angiogenesis has been discovered, which provide effective targets for anti-lymphatic metastasis of malignant tumors, make optimization of individualized treatment strategy possible to restrain lymph-angiogenesis of malignant tumors and so it could benefi t in improving patients' prognosis and survival.
4.Academic thoughts of Academician WANG Yong-yan about cancer
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(03):-
The pathogenesis of cancer and related treatment were discussed. With regard to cancer,WANG emphasized the vital qi tangled theory, evil dominant theory, theory of blood stasis resulting tumor,non-blood stasis theory, sputum and toxin harm theory. As for cancer treatment, method of expelling stagnation, regulating qi,eliminating phlegm, softening hard mass and detoxicating should be used according to the specific syndrome.
5.Expression s of Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 and RECK and Its Significance in Carcinoma of Larynx
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the relation between expression of MMP-9 and RECK in laryngeal carcinoma and it′s clinical characteristics and to explore the biological action of laryngeal tumor. Methods 38 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC)specimens and normal mucosa were examined for the expression level of MMP-9 and RECK protein by IHC method ( PV9000) and RT-PCR was employed to measure the expression of MMP-9 and RECK mRNA. Ten laryngeal papilloma were used for controls. Results The expression level of MMP-9 protein in carcinoma of larynx was 92.11%,which was significantly higher than that of the adjacent tissues (P

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2017;26(3):181-182,192
Objective To investigate the incidence of leukemia in infants, and to understand the status of this disease in recent years. Methods A total of 5802 children aged median 6 years (0-12 years) with first time bone marrow biopsy from January 2009 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the results of bone marrow image analysis were analyzed retrospectively to investigate the incidence of leukemia. Results Of the 5802 cases, 480 (8.27 %) cases were children with leukemia. Among them, 381 (79.38 %) cases were acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), 99 (20.62 %) cases were acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The proportion of children with leukemia with first time marrow puncture was 5.33%(40/750), 4.92%(36/731), 7.06%(58/821), 8.34%(78/935), 10.13%(88/868), 10.89%(92/845), and 10.33%(88/852) from 2009 to 2015, respectively. The proportion of male patients per year was more than female, and the incidence in preschool and school-age children was higher [33.75 % (162/480) and 34.79 % (167/480), respectively]. Conclusion The proportion of children's leukemia in children with the first time bone marrow aspiration in Shanxi Children's Hospital increases year by year, and its risk factors need to be further analyzed.

8.Diagnostic value of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration in assessment of cervical lymph node in head and neck carcinoma
China Oncology 2017;27(6):421-424
Treatment and the clinical outcome of patients with head and neck cancer are determined by accurate staging and assessment of the cervical lymph nodes for metastases is an important step of this process. Ultrasonography, ultrasonography-guided fine needle aspiration (FNA), CT, MRI and PET/CT are used in the assessment of cervical lymph nodes. Ultrasonography guided FNA is advantageous in ease of application, minimumal invasiveness to patients, and less contraindications. Combined with cell block and molecular biology, FNA can be an effective tool for the diagnosis. The present article reviewed the diagnostic value of ultrasonography guided FNA in cervical lymph node assessment in patients with head and neck cancer.
9.Application of ultrasonic freestyle extended imaging in different diseases
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(10):-
Objective To study the application of ultrasonic freestyle extended imaging(FEI) in thyroid, breast, artery, vein diseases. Methods Thirty-five patients with above mentioned diseases were examined by FEI and the images were analyzed. Results FEI could entirely show the scan region needed. It also could enhance image quality, show the physiologic radian of the body, measure the nidi accurately. Conclusion The FEI technology provides more image information and is of great help to improve the clinic diagnosis ratios.
10.Surgical treatment of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm
International Journal of Surgery 2013;40(12):805-808,封3
Objective To evaluate surgical management of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (RAAA).Methods Clinical data of 36 RAAA patients undergoing emergent graft replacement or endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) from May 2002 to July 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.25 and 21 patients were associated with hypertension and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease respectively.33 patients were treated with graft replacement.3 patients received endovascular treatment and 1 patient converted to open surgery. Results Perioperative death occurred in 3 patients including severe hemorrhagic shock in 1 patient, cardiac arrest in 1 patient and multiple organ failure in 1 patient.During follow up for 3 to 61 months,no operation related complication, such as artificial graft infection happened. Conclusions Emergent operation including open surgery and EVAR is crucial for RAAA treatment.Early diagnosis, excellent operative techniques and effective perioperative management are measures conducive to lowering the mortality rate of RAAA.
