Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2016;30(1):84-88
Nowadays, various voice disorders are sprung out towards teachers of primary and secondary school, affecting their personal life and social work. Through literature review, the author aims at clearing up series of assessments and methods of voice training which are suitable for the teachers of primary and secondary school, such as establishing a right way of respiratory, phonation and resonance, avoiding occupational risk factors such as vocal abuse or misuse to regain healthy voice. Review of the several relevant literature and commentary about voice disorders of the teachers in primary and secondary school. Although various methods of voice training were reported from time to time to guide us SLP to carry out voice therapy, however, deviations of the clinical data from scholars' different points of view are waiting for our further support through case-control study.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(7):331-332
To explore how to assess objectively the effect of swallowing treatment by a case study of one female patient with nasopharynx cancer after radiotherapy; the swallowing treatment include: dilatation of cricopharyngeal muscle (total 44 times), larynx raising method, tongue base exercises and acupuncture [main aperture:Jin-jin, Yuye(EX-HN12), Lianquan(CV23), Fengchi(GB20), Yamen(GV15), Baihui(GV20)], mainly using the videofluoroscopy to testify curative effect; the results demonstrated the duration of swallowing thick barium (270% w/v) including oral transit time plus pharyngeal transit time shortened 14.3%, distance of larynx raising increased 36.7%, oral and pharyngeal residue reduced 10% compared with that before treatment, all these data totally explained the swallowing function improved a little, but not significantly. The research testify the measuring parameter with videofluoroscopy can be used to assess the swallowing function and curative effect objectively.

Chinese Journal of Food Hygiene 2017;29(4):459-463
Objective A rapid method was constructed for detection of 3 kinds of phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors (sidenafil, vardalafil, tadalafil) in invigorative health food by paper spray ionization mass spectrometry (PSI-MS method). Methods The characteristic ions of the PDE5 inhibitors could be used for preliminary identification and semiquantitative analysis with internal standard method using PSI-MS method. Results The 24 kinds of commercially available health-care products includes capsule, tablet, pill, powder, wine, syrup and liquid were tested. Results from PSI-MS were consistent with the HPLC-UV date. The calibration curves of PSI-MS has a good linearity in a given range. The linear coefficients of analytes were higher than 0.99.The LODs of 3 kinds of PDE5 inhibitors were lower than 1.0 mg/L.The RSDs of this method ranged from 20% to 24%.Conclusion The PSI-MS method was rapid, accurate and targeted, which is compliant for quickly screening the PDE5 inhibitors in large complex matrix samples.

Objective To explore the application value of postm ortem m ulti-slice spiral com puted tom og-raphy (MSCT) in cases of fall from height through observing and analyzing the injury features of the fall and reconstructing the process of the fall based on the the above procedure. Methods One real fatal case due to fall from height was fully exam ined using MSCTand three-dim ensional reconstruction tech-nique. Analyzing the m anner and cause of death through com bination of MSCTand system ic autopsy was also im plem ented. The differences betw een autopsy and MSCTin getting inform ation of injuries were com pared. Results Fractures involving m ultiple body regions and liver rupture were found through MSCTand three-dim ensional reconstruction. The autopsy got the sam e results w ith im ageological exam i-nation. The case of death was deduced to be fall leading to system ic polytraum a. Conclusion Applica-tion of MSCTcan be used as the com plim entary for traditional autopsy in the analysis of injury m anner of fall from height.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective:To prepare a rabbit anti-mouse Periostin IgG antibody and to study the expression of Periostin in mice. Methods:Complete Freund adjuvant with recombinant Periostin was used to immunize rabbits.Whole blood was collected from the animals after immunization for 5 times. Serum was obtained by centrifugation. The specific IgG antibody was purified from the serum by ammonium sulfate. Total protein isolated from mouse liver, brain, kidney and calvaria and periodontal tissue was used to study the expression of Periostin in mice by Western blot, immunohistochemical staining was applied to examine Periostin expression in jaw bone and dental tissues.Results:Anti-Periostin antibody with the titer of 128 was obtained.Western blot showed that there was a specific band near Mr 90 000 in calvaria and periodontal tissues, but not in liver, brain and kidney.By immunohistochemical examination Periostin was detected in both mandibular periosteum and periodontal ligament, but not in cementum, dentin, alveolar bone and dental pulp. Conclusion:Periostin may play a role in bone and periodontal tissue formation.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(04):-
Two-dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE) is an important technique in proteomics research. The 2-DE system for proteome of Monascus ruber was established by comparing and analyzing the infection caused by different kinds of mediums, lysis buffer and the condition of rehydration.By cultivating the Monascus ruber with YES for 6 days, extracting total protein by TCA-acetone,lysis buffer with 8 mol/L urea,2 mol/L thiourea,4 % CHAPS,1 % DTT and 2 % Bio-lyte,an ideal 2-DE map with higher resolution and better legibility was obtained, which laid a foundation for the further studies on proteome of Monascus ruber.

Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(1):51-54
Patients with gastrointestinal diseases are more likely to exhibit malnutrition. Nutritional support is needed for those who are with malnutrition or at risk. Nutritional support can be categorized into enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition. With the widely application of nutritional support, more and more attention has been paid on its role in gastrointestinal diseases. It not only can improve the nutritional status, but also can alleviate the clinical symptoms to some extent and improve prognosis, which makes it a kind of extremely important treatment modality for gastrointestinal diseases. In this article, the advances in study on nutritional support of gastrointestinal diseases were reviewed.

Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2017;24(1):24-27
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized nutritional therapy for gastric cancer during perioperation.Methods:Seventy-six patients with gastric cancer who underwent nutritional therapy were randomly divided into observation group (38 patients) and control group (38 patients),between May 2015 and May 2016.In the observation group, the nutritional therapy was made by medical workers who had received the training of Total Nutritional Therapy (TNT) and Goal Nutrition Therapy (GNT) for Cancer Patient. In the control group, the nutritional therapy was given by doctors according to their conventional experience.Nutritional conditions, gastrointestinal function recovery conditions, complications and hospital stays were compared between the two groups. Results:First, the weight, triceps skinfold thickness and arm muscle circumference of preoperative 1 day and postoperative 7 day in the observation patients were significantly higher than those in the control patients (P < 0.05).Second,the level of serum prealbumin of preoperative 1 day, postoperative 1 and 7 day in the observation patients was significantly higher than that in the control patients (P < 0.05).Third,the time of anus exhaust and defecate in observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.01).Fourth,each group had one patient who suffered bleeding after operation, and 2 patients in control group had anastomotic leakage.Fifth, the time of hospital stays in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.01).Conclusion:The standardized nutritional therapy for gastric cancer can improve the patient's nutrition status, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and then decrease the time of hospital stays during perioperation.
