This study is to establish the gastric cold model of rats. After gastric feeding with cold water for 5 weeks and extra iced water bath in the last 2 weeks, model group show distinct physical sign of gastric cold syndrome. The pathology of gastrics reveals gastricism of model group, while treatment group(treated with Fanzuojin Wan) show mild lesion. Elisa detection of model group show that the solution of interleukin-2 (IL-2) is higher than blank group. The difference with significance among model group, treatment group and blank group reveals the success of the establishment of gastric cold syndrome.

This study is to establish the gastric hot model of rats. After gastric feeding with ethanol solution for 3 weeks and feeding with extra capsaicin and ethanol solution for another 2 weeks, model group show distinct physical sign of gastric hot syndrome. The pathology of gastrics reveals gastricism of model group, while treatment group (treat with Zuojin Wan) shows mild lesion. Elisa detection of model group show that the solution of interleukin-2 (IL-2) is higher than the blank group. The obvious difference among model group, treatment group and blank group reveals the success of the establishment of gastric hot model.

Objective To compare the effects of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate combined montelukastin the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods Ninety-eight bronchial asthma patients from April 2014 to March 2016 in the Fourth People's Hospital Sichuan Province were selected anddivided into observation group and control group with 49 patients in each group according to the above principles by prospective study. The control group was given salmeterol treatment, and the observation group was added given montelukast treatment based on the control group. The treatment days were 15 d recorded the prognosis of the two groups. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.9% and 81.6% respectively, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The FEV1 and FVC values after treatment in the observation group and control group were significantly higher than before treatment (P < 0.05),while the FEV1 and FVC values in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The scores of ACT scale after treatment of two groups were obviously higher than before treatment, and the score of observation group was statistically higher than control group after treatment (P < 0.05).During treatment, there was no statistical significance on adverse reaction between two groups. Conclusion Salmeterol and fluticasone propionate combined montelukast in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma can promote the improvement of lung function,so as to improve the quality of life and clinical treatment.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
Large-scale medical equipment is very important for comprehensive hospitals. Fault monitoring and diagnosing technologies for large-scale medical equipment have to been available to make full use of them. This paper introduces the evolution of equipment fault diagnosis. After comparing conventional technology and intelligent one, this paper lays emphasis on the latter.

Objective To determine the median effective dose (ED50 ) of ropivacaine for spinal anesthesia when combined with sufentanil in patients undergoing caesarean section. Methods Twenty-eight ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ parturients, aged 18-40 yr, weighing 50-110 kg, undergoing cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, were enrolled in this study. Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia was performed at L2,3 interspace. The mixture of ropivacaine and 5 fig sufentanil was injected into the subarachnoid space over 30 s. The initial dose of ropivacaine was 11 mg. The dose was increased/decreased by 1 mg in the next patient. The ED50 and 95% confidence interval were calculated by up-and-down method. Results The ED50 of ropivacaine was 7.780 mg (95% confidence interval 6.850-8.836 mg). Conclusion When combined with sufentanil 5 μg, the ED50 of ropivacaine for spinal anesthesia is 7.780 mg in patients undergoing caesarean section.

Objective To compare the effect of octreotide combined with omeprazole and omeprazole alone in the treament of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Clinical data of 101 patients with gastrointesinal bleeding were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment, the patients were divided into the observation group(56 cases) and control group(45 cases). The patients in observation group were given octreotide and omeprazole, and patients in control group were given omeprazol alone. Then the results of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.07%,and was higher than that of the control group(73.33%) (x2 =5.61,P <0.05) ;The average hemostasis time of observation group was (15.9 ±3.9)h,and was shorter than that of the control group [(23.5 ± 4.7) h] (t =1.937,P < 0.05) ; The hemoglobin level of the observation group was (116.7 ± 12.4) g/h after 72 hours treatment, and was higher than that of the control group [(91.5 ± 17.3) g/h] (t =2.013,P < 0.05) ;The pH of observation group was higher than that of control group after 12h,24h,48h and 72h treatment(all P < 0.05).Conclusion Octreotide combined with omeprazole is effective for upper gastrointesinal bleeding, and it can shorten the bleeding time and improve the cure rate.

Cytometric bead array (CBA) is a new analytical technique, which can achieve real-time and rapid detection of targeted components in a small amount of sample. With many advantages of high throughput screening, high specificity and sensitivity, low cost, easy operation and good repeatability, this CBA technique has been widely used for the detection of various components in foods, agricultural products and environmental samples. Recently, it has got significant development in rapid detection of small molecules. This review briefly introduced the theory of CBA technique, summarized the application in the analysis of small molecules, such as mycotoxins, pesticide residues, shellfish toxins, and then prospected the application of trace small molecules detection in the complex matrices of traditional Chinese medicine and the development trend of it.

Objective To investigate the expression of aquaporin-5(AQP5) in lipo-polysaccharide(LPS)-cigarette smoking inducible SD rats, and the effect of ambroxol chloride(AMB)on its expression. Methods Twenty-one SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: AMB intervention group, model group(LPS-cigarette smoking induction group) and control group.TNF-? was determined from lung homogenate supernatant, bronchial alveolar lavage fluid(BALF) and serum by ELISA.The semi-quantitation of AQP5 transcription and expression were measured by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry, respectively. Results TNF-? from lung homogenate supernatant and BALF in model group was more than AMB intervention group and control group(P
