Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese botulinum toxin A(CBTX-A)injection in the treatment of motor tics in patients with tic disorder. Methods Twenty-five patients(20 male,5 female)were treated with CBTX-A in the sites of their most problematic motor tics. Before treatment the data of Yale Global Tic Severityb Scale(YGTSS)was collected. All patients were assessed at least 3 times after 1 week,4 weeks and within 12-month period. At each visit the following data were collected:YGTSS,Jankovic clinical rating scale, time to response, duration of response, global impression of changes by patients, presence of premonitory sensory tic component and side effects. Results Total number of treatment sessions was 29.The mean response time was 5.0 days. The mean duration of response was 4.6 months. The mean peak effect response in Jankovic clinical rating scale was 3.4.Based on YGTSS,62.1% (18/29)was rated as marked improvement,34.5%(10/29)as moderate improvement and only 3.4% (1/29)as no effect.85.7%(18/21)patients had less premonitory sensation symptoms(mean benefit 72.4%(20%-100%)).Weakness in the site of injection and rash were the main side effect. Conclusion CBTX-A is an effective and safe treatment for motor tics associated with tic disorder.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods A total of 233 patients(emergency group) were treated with emergency PCI within 48 h of heart attack and another 152 patients(delayed group) were treated with PCI after 3-14 days of medical therapy. All culprit lesions were treated.Procedural success rate, the time from admission to angina relief, the length of hospital stay and cardiac events incidence in 30 days were observed. Results The procedural success rates for the emergency group and the delayed group were similar(98.1% vs 95.5%),but cardiac events incidence in 30 days was significantly lower in the emergency group than that of the delayed group(2.9% vs 14.1%,P

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2001;13(1):81-82
Objective Jasminodin in Mei Rong capsule was determined by the method of thin layer chromatography. Methods The sample jasminodin was extracted with methanol and then the extract was chromatographed on silica gel GF254 plate with chloroform-methanol-water (10:3:1) as mobile phase and the chromatograms were scanned by using Shimadzu CS-930 dual wavelength TLCS in zegzag scanning mode at λs 370nm and λR 250nm.Results Calibration graph was rectilinear between 2.7μg~16.2μg per spot for the jasminodin. Conclusion Satisfatory results were obtained with the average recovery ratio of 99.76% ,RSD 2.27%.

Objective:To analyze and compare the volatile components in vinegar-processed schisandrae sphenantherae fructus and vinegar-processed schisandrae chinesis fructus. Methods:The volatile components in vinegar-processed schisandrae sphenantherae fruc-tus and vinegar-processed schisandrae chinesis fructus were extracted by headspace solid phase-microextraction (HS-SPME) and quali-tatively analyzed by GC-MS.Results:Totally 20 kinds of constituents were identified from vinegar-processed schisandra sphenanthera fructus, which accounted for 99.55%of the total volatile components , and totally 21 kinds of constituents were identified from vinegar-processed schisandra sphenanthera fructus, which accounted for 99.90% of the total volatile components .Conclusion: The type and content of volatile components in vinegar-processed schisandrae sphenantherae fructus and vinegar-processed schisandrae chinesis fructus are quite different , and the study can provide scientific basis for the two traditional Chinese medicinal materials .

China Pharmacy 2015;(34):4786-4788
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of quercetin on human lung cancer NCI-H1395 cell apoptosis. METHODS:CCK-8 was used to detect the effects of 0-200 μmol/L quercetin on human lung cancer NCI-H1395 cell proliferation after treated for 12,24 and 48 h. Hochest33258 staining and flow cytometry were used to detect the effects of 0,20,50,100 μmol/L quercetin on NCI-H1395 cell apoptosis after treated for 24 h. The effects of 100 μmol/L quercetin on NCI-H1395 cell apoptosis was investi-gated after treated with Caspase-8,Caspase-9,Caspase-3 inhibitor. RESULTS:Quercetin could inhibit NCI-H1395 cell prolifera-tion in dose and time-dependent manner. 20,50,100 μmol/L quercetin could induce the apoptosis of NCI-H1395 cell, and apoptot-ic rates were (18.6 ± 4.1)%,(39.1 ± 4.5)% and (58.2 ± 3.5)%. Caspase-8 and Caspase-3 activation inhibition could obviously weaken the inhibitory effects of quercetin on cell(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Quercetin can inhibit NCI-H1395 cell proliferation and induce cell apoptosis, which is related to the external way of cell apoptosis through activating Caspase-8 and Caspase-3.

This paper was designed to study the effects of cellulose, pectin and ag-ar at 10% level on the concentration of serum total cholesterol (TC), trigly-ceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in rats. Male adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups and fed on basal diet, hypercholesterolemic diet (control diet) and 3 test diets (contain 10% cellulose, pectin or agar respectively) for 6 weeks. The results showed that all three fibrous diets were significantly lowered serum TC (P

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and value of azo steen, montelukast sodium combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 150 cases with chronic urticaria admitted in department of dermatology of Hubei Zhongshan Hospital were divided into A,B and C group, each group had 50 cases. Patients in group A were received montelukast sodium and levocetirizine treatment, which in group B were received montelukast sodium and azo steen treatment, group C were received above three kinds of drug treatment. Total effective rate, adverse reaction and safety in three groups were observed and compared. Results Total effective rate of group C was significantly higher than A and B group(P<0.05), and the safety of group C were better than A and B group(P<0.05 ),too. The occurrence of adverse reaction in group C was significantly less than that in group A and B (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Azo steen, montelukast sodium combined with levocetirizine has good efficacy in treatment of chronic urticaria. It can relieve itching wheals and other symptoms in a short time, with less adverse reaction.
