Objective:To study the effect of gypenosides (GPs) on the hepatic function and fibrosis progression in Wistar rats with immune fibrosis. Methods: The model of immune fibrosis was established by injection of human albumin. Rats in treated group were also administered with 0. 5 mg GPs during 30 d human albumin attack. The hepatic function of rats was e-valuated by determining the levels of ALT, TBIL and TBA in serum. The progression of hepatic fibrosis was evaluated by the levels of HA, PC Ⅲ and LN by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and confirmed by rats tissue pathology analysis. Objective:To assess whether ART sealants could be applied on children in school environment in China, and to evaluate long term effects of this treatments. Methods:The study was conducted in Deyang, Sichuan Province. Four dentists placed a total of 191 fissure sealants in 140 children in four secondary schools. Standard instruments and procedures for ART were used. The material used was a high-strength glass-ionomer (Ketac-Molara, ESPE). The treatments were evaluated annually by the same dentist who was not involved in the treatment using explorers and mouth-mirrors. Results:The cumulative 1-year, 2-year, 4-year and 6-year complete survival rates of the sealants were 75.4%,62.5%,50.0%,34.6% and the partial or complete retained survival rates were 89.6%, 78.8%, 68.5% and 57.9%. No incidence of new caries was occurred 1 year after ART sealants. The incidence of recurrent caries was very low after 2 and 3 years, which were 1.6% and 2.8% respectively. But there was a high increase of caries 4 years after sealants application. The prevalence of caries were 8.5%,16.1%,15.0% respectively over 4, 5 and 6 years after ART sealants application. Conclusion:The ART approach for preventing teeth caries in school children is effective and acceptable. The 3-year survival rates of the sealant are high with low prevalence of new caries. Six years after sealants application, the result is acceptable though there is a drop of survival rate. New caries is occurred with a highly increased prevalence three years after sealants missing without re-sealant. ART sealant is a simple, acceptable technique and is suitable for widespread application in China.

Based on the statistics of the tide and key words of three magazines in 2015,a total of 30 documents and after expert consultation and analysis,the literature was divided into 10 research fields,and four aspects including correlation with teaching,talent cultivation,development of student and assessment were elaborated on to explore the current hot issues of medical education in China.In the ending part,the author summarized and put forward four shortages that covered deficiency of theoretical research,illegibility of talent orientation,teaching reform combining without actual condition and not paying attention to the development of teachers in study of medical education research,and provide suggestions and references for further research on medical education.

In the present study carried out in our laboratory, we recorded local field potential (LFP) signals in primary visual cortex (V1 area) of rats during the anesthesia process in the electrophysiological experiments of invasive microelectrode array implant, and obtained time evolutions of complexity measure Lempel-ziv complexity (LZC) by nonlinear dynamic analysis method. Combined with judgment criterion of tail flick latency to thermal stimulus and heart rate, the visual stimulation experiments are carried out to verify the reliability of anesthetized states by complexity analysis. The experimental results demonstrated that the time varying complexity measures LZC of LFP signals of different channels were similar to each other in the anesthesia process. In the same anesthesia state, the difference of complexity measure LZC between neuronal responses before and after visual stimulation was not significant. However, the complexity LZC in different anesthesia depths had statistical significances. Furthermore, complexity threshold value represented the depth of anesthesia was determined using optimization method. The reliability and accuracy of monitoring the depth of anesthesia using complexity measure LZC of LFP were all high. It provided an effective method of realtime monitoring depth of anesthesia for craniotomy patients in clinical operation.

Objective To explore the effect of inhaled ambroxol hydrochloride(mucosolvan) and budesonide suspension(pulmicort respules) on the prevention and treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods Ninty-two preterm infants without asphyxia and mother suffered from illness,were selected from neonatal intensive care unit(NICU) in Jiangyin hospital from Oct.2003 to Mar.2006.Their gestational age ranged from 29 to 33 weeks and they were all cured within 2 hours after birth.They were divided randomly into treatment group(group A) and control group(group B) at equal number.All of them were given oxygen treatment,aminophylline,VitK1,nutrition support treatment and kept in infant incubator.Every 8 hours,inhaled ambroxol hydrochloride(10 mg/kg) and budesonide suspension(0.25 mg) driven by oxygen were given to group A.Meanwhile,only ambroxol hydrochloride(10 mg/kg) were given to group B.After 3 days,the data of p(O2) and p(CO2) of premature were detected at d1,2,3 in 2 groups.Result At d2,d3,the arterial blood P(O2) in group A were(8.01?0.62),(9.25?0.76)kPa respectively;At d2,d3,arterial blood P(O2) value in group B were respectively(7.63?0.59)kPa,(8.75?0.63)kPa.By that statistics handles two set of preemie d2,d3 arterial blood P(O2)value,difference had notable.Group A preemie d2,d3 arterial blood P(CO2) value were respectively:(4.55?0.58),(4.20?0.51)kPa;group B preemie d2,d3 arterial blood P(CO2) value were(4.87?0.67)kPa,(4.44?0.59)kPa respectively.By that statistics handles two set of preemie d2,d3 arterial blood P(CO2) value,difference had notable.Conclusion Inhaled ambroxol hydrochloride and budesonide suspension treatment has be well effect in NRDS.

Objective To investigate the application and administration of hyperbaric oxygen chambers in Beijing.Methods Forty-eight hospitals with hyperbaric oxygen chambers in Beijing were investigated by field investigation,letter investigation or telephone investigation.The investigation includes grades of hospital,personnel,equipment,therapy of severe cases,time of therapy and treatment plans in questionnaire.Results Hyperbaric oxygen was popular in Beijing,which ensured emergency treatments.But the scale was little relatively and the number of full-time technicians was less,besides,the therapeutic system and plans were diversified,which should be standardized.Conclusions Something must be done to improve the conditions of hyperbaric oxygen medicine in Beijing,such as cultivating personnel,standardizing therapeutic system,standardizing treatment plans,realizing computer control and so on.

Objective To control IDS virus (HIV)transmission through blood, provide low -risk blood donors to donate regularly, and ensure blood safety and reduce the risk of blood transfusion. Methods By analyzing HIV antibody(anti-HIV) test results, HIV infection and prevalence of blood donors from 2000 to 2009, susceptible people were identified,prevented,educated,in order to prevent the spread of HIV. Results A total of 10 years in Huainan region 361 cases of anti-HIV positive were screened out. Anti-HIV-positive of voltmtary blood donors were recognized anti-HIV positive in 4 cases ,accounting for 0.209/10 000 of the total voluntary blood donation. Epidemiological analysis in 4 cases of anti-HIV confirmed positive results: the education level of all was less than high school,75% were the local household registration ;25% were mobile population, and all were young adults, aged from 23 to 38 years;75% were workers,and 25% were temporary workers and the service sector. Conclusion By strictly blood screening to blood donation, strengthening the management, intensify propaganda against AIDS in efforts, raising people 's awareness of prevention,the spread of AIDS could be prevented and controlled.

Objective Jasminodin in Mei Rong capsule was determined by the method of thin layer chromatography. Methods The sample jasminodin was extracted with methanol and then the extract was chromatographed on silica gel GF254 plate with chloroform-methanol-water (10:3:1) as mobile phase and the chromatograms were scanned by using Shimadzu CS-930 dual wavelength TLCS in zegzag scanning mode at λs 370nm and λR 250nm.Results Calibration graph was rectilinear between 2.7μg～16.2μg per spot for the jasminodin. Conclusion Satisfatory results were obtained with the average recovery ratio of 99.76% ,RSD 2.27%.

Objectives:To learn about the attitudes toward the "Global Minimum Essential Requirements(GMER) in medical education" between Chinese doctors and graduates from the same medical university and to offer reference for spreading GMER in China.Methods: To investigate the subbjects using a questionnaire describing the related abilities of GMER.Description,rank test,multivariate analysis of variance and factor analysis are applied in data analysis.Results: In general,there are different attitudes toward GMER between doctors and graduates.13 of 23 items have statistical significance in scores between groups.The proportion of person considering every item as important or very important among doctors is higher than that among graduates.There is statistical significance between groups on the transformed score in 7 domains of GMER.The domain of topmost score is "clinical skills",and of the lowermost one is "community health & health system".Conclusions: Doctors and graduates both accept GMER.They both pay attention to occupational skills,but ignore the public health.Doctors think much of basic knowledge,while graduates are short of the cognition on "Information Management".
