Modern Hospital 2014;(8):6-8
Since the complain center of our hospital was founded in 2011, innovated the philosophy of “com-plain is gold”.It transformed mentality of the leaderships and employees to treat complaints fundamentally .Complain management was regarded as a strategic tool for the hospital to self -improve;Complain was regarded “the third eye”of recognizing the hospital management blind spots or service failure .At the same time, our hospital takes it as an im-portant means to construct the harmonious doctor -patient relationship sincerely .In the past three years , under the guidance of new ideas , our hospital has been innovating the complaint handling mechanism and improving work processes .And we have obtained better result in complaints management under the effort of all the staff .
2.Diagnosis and treatment of primary presacral tumor: analysis of 23 cases
Chinese Journal of Practical Surgery 2001;21(3):156-157
ObjectiveTo discuss the diagnosis and therapy of primary presacral tumor. Methods23 patients with primary presacral tumors underwent surgical treatment from 1983~1999 were studied retrospectively. ResultsIn respect to pathological type, congenital tumor was the most frequent one in 23 patients. Digital examination together with B ultrasound and CT examination were quite important in determining the extent and degree of tumor invasion. As for operative ways, transacral and transperineal approach were the most common choices to detect the tumor. Conclusion Complete and enbloc resection is the principal method in treating presacral tumor, whether the lesions are beign or malignant. Choices of operative way should be made accordial to tumor condition. Keep nerves and blood vessels from being injuried during operation.

5.Protective effect of puerarin on anoxia-reoxygenation induced cerebral cell injury in culture
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
Aim To study the protective effect of puerarin(PUE) on cultured cerebral cells injured by anoxia-reoxygenation. Methods The anoxia-reoxygenation injury model were developed, anoxia for 60 min and reoxygenation for 30 min. the effect of PUE on cerebral ultrastructure was observed.[Ca 2+ ]_i was estimated with Adherent Cell Analysis and Sorting 570(ACAS 570) Laser Cytometer and measured with fluorescent dye Fura-2-AM, the lipid fluidity of cellular membrane was determined by fluorescence polarization technique. Results PUE improved the ultra-structure of cerebral cells, dose-dependently decreased[Ca 2+ ]_i and increased the lipid fluidity of cellular membrane. PUE markedly reduced the chromaticity value of pseudo-colour graphic model of Ca 2+ . Conclusion Puerarin has protective effect on anoxia-reoxygenation induced cerebral cell injury. The effect may be mediated by decreasing[Ca 2+ ]_i and increasing the lipid fluidity of cellular membrane.
7.Strategies for elaboration of comprehensive quality standard system on traditional Chinese medicine.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(3):351-356
Based on the research goal of "traditional Chinese medicine standards lead in the international standard-setting", scientific strategies for the elaboration of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) comprehensive quality standard system were introduced. TCM is a complex multi-component system which was used under the guidance of traditional Chinese medical theory. The present paper has put forward the basic principle of " deep research and simplified standard" to construct the quality standards of TCM. " Deep research" refers to systematic, thorough investigations on active constituents and biological mechanisms. On the basis of deep research, "simplified standard" means to establish a scientific and feasible standard, which should be practical and less complicated, to control the quality of Chinese herbs. Three key issues related to the elaboration of the quality standards are suggested. For reference substances, we propose the research methodology using reference extract to develop the qualitative and quantitative determination methods. Compared with that of using reference compounds, the preparation of reference extract is more accessible, economical and practical. Moreover, compared with reference crude drugs, the reference extract showed better batch-to-batch consistency. For identification, in addition to conventional methods, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), chemical fingerprints and characteristic chromatogram are proposed, in which more major marker compounds are monitored. And then LC-MS technique is employed to comprehensively analyze and characterize the peaks in the fingerprint. For multi-component quantification, the method of single standard to determine multi-components (SSDMC) is suggested, providing solutions for the lack of reference standards in quality evaluation. The SSDMC method uses a single reference standard to simultaneously determine the content of multiple compounds. In general, the integrate quality control standard of TCM is established based on combining innovative technology with practical applications.

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine in Intensive and Critical Care 2015;(6):596-600
Objective To observe the effect of Shenfu injection on intestinal function in rats with sepsis. Methods Forty Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into four groups: sham operation, sepsis model, low and high concentration Shenfu injection groups, each groupn = 10. The sepsis model was replicated by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP), while the rate in sham operation group just underwent abdominal incision without CLP. Ten minutes after CLP, the low and high dose Shenfu injection groups were given 5 mL/kg and 10 mL/kg Shenfu intravenous injection via a tail vein respectively. The rats in the model group were treated by intravenous injection of 10 mL/kg normal saline through a tail vein in 10 minutes after CLP. Twelve hours later, the rats were sacrificed. The levels of Ghrelin, Gastrin, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), high mobility group B1 protein (HMGB1), myeloperoxidase (MPO) and diamine oxidase (DAO) activity in serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The levels of protein of Ghrelin and gastrin receptor (GHSR) were detected by Western Blot. Under light microscope, the histopathological changes in intestinal mucosa were investigated, and Chiu score was determined, and the apoptosis index (AI) of intestinal mucosal epithelial cells was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL).Results Compared with sham operation group, in model group, the levels of Ghrelin and Gastrin in serum were significantly decreased [Ghrelin (ng/L): 121.23±3.53 vs. 146.28±5.43, Gastrin (ng/L): 81.78±3.27 vs 102.78±4.07], the serum levels of TNF-α and HMGB1 were markedly increased [TNF-α (mg/L): 93.71±3.66 vs. 11.69±1.44, HMGB1 (mg/L): 76.25±4.12 vs. 22.41±3.08], the DAO activity and protein expressions of Ghrelin and GHSR of intestinal tissue were obviously decreased [DAO (U/mL): 14.64 ±0.68 vs. 25.13±1.98, Ghrelin (grey value): 0.12±0.02 vs. 0.23±0.04, GHSR (grey value): 0.18±0.02 vs. 0.32±0.03], the MPO activity in intestinal tissue, Chiu score of intestinal mucosa and AI of ileum mucosal epithelial cells were remarkably increased [MPO (mg/L): 175.98±6.95 vs. 45.64±4.48, Chiu score: 3.90±0.52 vs. 0.30±0.30, AI: 29.31±1.65 vs. 5.45±1.35, allP < 0.01]. Compared with model group, in low and high Shenfu injection groups, the levels of Ghrelin in serum and protein expressions of Ghrelin and GHSR in intestinal tissues were significantly increased (P < 0.05 orP < 0.01), the activity of DAO of intestinal tissues, the Chiu score and AI were significantly decreased, the degrees of changes being more significant in high Shenfu injection group than those in low Shenfu injection group [Ghrelin (ng/L): 143.54±3.89 vs. 136.58±4.91, TNF-α (mg/L): 75.13±4.69 vs. 83.70±4.40, HMGB1 (mg/L): 57.47±4.53 vs. 65.41±4.63, protein expression of Ghrelin (grey value): 0.18±0.03 vs. 0.15±0.03, protein expression of GHSR (grey value): 0.28±0.03 vs. 0.23±0.03, MPO (mg/L): 154.05±5.75 vs. 162.64 ±5.73, DAO (kU/L): 19.70±1.51 vs. 16.67±0.92, Chiu score: 2.30±0.52 vs. 3.20±0.48, AI: 20.38±1.34 vs. 26.40±1.32, allP < 0.05]. The levels of serum Gastrin in low and high Shenfu injection group were higher than those in model group, but no statistically significant differences were found (83.59±3.24, 86.54±5.93 vs. 81.78±3.27, bothP > 0.05). Under light microscope, the pathological changes were seen as follows: destruction and obvious edema of intestinal mucosal villi, ulcer formation, significant perivascular hemorrhage, presence of neutrophil infiltration and fracture of basement membrane in model group, while in low and high Shenfu groups, the intestinal villi had little defect, focal necrosis, small amounts of hemorrhage and neutrophil infiltration. Conclusions Shenfu injection can significantly improve the abnormal expressions of serum Ghrelin, reduce the levels of serum TNF-α and HMGB1, lowered MPO activity and enhance DAO activity in intestinal tissue, alleviate pathological changes in ileum mucosa, and decrease AI of ileum mucosal epithelial cells in rats with sepsis. And the degree of therapeutic effect is proportional to the Shenfu injection dose.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2016;22(7):793-796
Objective To observe the pyramidal neurons in the hippocampal CA1 area varying with time after heat stroke in rats. Meth-ods Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into sham group (n=5) and heat stroke group (n=14), and the heat stroke group was divided into 7-day subgroup and 21-day subgroup (n=7 at each group) after heat stroke. Heat stroke group was established model of heat stroke. The brain tissues of rats were observed with Nissl staining to count the living pyramidal neurons in hippocampal CA1 area. Results The number of living pyramidal neurons in hippocampal CA1 area decreased in the heat stroke group (F=11.80, P<0.01), and decreased more in the 21-day subgroup than in the 7-day subgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion Pyramidal neurons in hippocampal CA1 area decrease with time after heat stroke, which may be associated with the learning and memory impairment.
