Korean Journal of Dermatology 1993;31(6):978-982
A 43-year-old male patient showed well defined, irregular, dark eythematous, thick plaque and tumor with ulceration on the right chest, right axilla, pubis and scrotum, Histopathological findings rervealed atypical lymphocytes showing epidermotrophism and heavy infiltrations in the deep dermis and subcutaneous tissue. The infiltrative cells were positively stained with leukocyte common antigen and T-cell UCHL-1 antigen, but not with L26 antigen. This clinicohisto-pathological features were consstent with dermblade type of mycosis fungoides. The authors report clinicopathological findings of the case with its thrapeutic responses to systemic chemotherapy and radiation treatment.

Journal of the Korean Knee Society 1997;9(1):79-83
While there is little controversy about the surgical resection for the torn discoid lateral meniscus, there are some contradictory reports for the treatment of discoid lateral meniscus without tear. Some authors argue that initial treatment should be observation after diagnostic arthroscopy in the cases without tear. Others reported that excellent results were obtained after partial resection of the discoid lateral meniscus without tear or with slight degeneration. We reviewed our series of symptomatic discoid lateral menisci without tear, confirmed by arthroscopic examination. We retrospectively reviewed 8 knees in 8 patients who had had partia! Meniscectomy for discoid latera1 meniscus without tear, confirmed by arthroscopic examination. They were 5 males and 3 females. The average age was 22.8 years (range, 7 to 57 years). The average duration of follow-up was 2 years and three months. The patients had continuing pain and locking or snapping preoperatively. Preoperative MRI had grade Il intrameniscal signal in all the cases. The patients were evaluated hy Lysholm pain score and total Lysholm score. There were 7 complete types and one incomplete type. The average Lysholm pain score and the total Lysholm score improved from 13.1, 67.8 preoperatively to 28.8. 97.9, at the last follow-up, respectively. Mechanical symptoms including click and 1ocking were disappeared in all, and no complication was obser ved. We suggest that symptomatic discoid lateral meniscus should he resected e.ven though there is no tear visible on arthroscopy, especially when the MRl shows grade lI intrameniscal signal.

Journal of the Korean Radiological Society 1983;19(2):347-352
The chest X-ray findings of 20 cases of pulmonary opportunistic infections were analyzed according tocausative agents. The results we as follows; 1. Final diagnoses of 20 cases of opportunistic infections weretuberculosis in 6 cases, pneumocystis carinii pneumonia in 5 cases, bacterial infection in 7 cases, and fungalinfection in 2 cases. 2. The underlying diseases were leukemia in 6 cases, kidney transplantation in 6 cases, lymphoma in 3 cases, nephrotic syndrome in 1 case, nasopharyngeal cancer in 1 case, multiple myeloma in 1 case, agranulocytosis in 1 case, and hypogammaglobulinemia in 1 case. 3. In tuberculosis, all the 6 cases showed severemanifestations such as miliary tuberculosis, tuberculous pneumonia, moderately advanced tuberculosis andtuberculous pericarditis. 4. In pneumocystis carinii pneumonia, the most frequent findings were bilateral alveolardensities and peripheral field of the lung was saved in most cases. 5. In 2 cases of fungal infections bilatarealmultiple cavitary nodules were noted. 6. In cases of bacterial infection there were more cases of gram negativeinfection than gram positive and 2 cases of pseudomonas revealed bilateral multiple cavitary nodules.

Journal of the Korean Fracture Society 2014;27(1):77-81
Dorsal perilunar dislocations are rare traumatic entities. Associated fractures such as carpal bones and radial styloid processes can occur. However, the dorsal perilunar dislocation associated with dislocation of distal radioulnar joint is extremely rare. The authors herein report the case of a 34-year-old man who was presented with transscaphoidal perilunar dislocation which is associated with dislocation of distal radioulnar joint.
