Objective To discuss clinical effect and feasibility of laparoscopic pelvic lymphadendenectomy assisted radical vaginal hysterectomy (LARVH) in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods Laparoscopic pelvic lymphadendenectomy assisted radical vaginal hysteretomy was performed in 38 patients with cervical cancer. The operative quality and postoperative recovery effects were analyzed. Results All 38 patients were successfully performed with LARVH and no complications. The radical vaginal hysteretomy were performed in all of patients, 21.4±2.2 pelvic lymph nodes were removed. The average duration of surgery was (240±25.6) min and the average hemorrhage was (340±40.2) ml. There were 7 patients who needed blood transfusion during operation. After operation, the mean time for passage of gas by anus was (2±0.26) days, and the mean recovery time of bladder function was (10.5±1.3) days. Patients were discharged after (9.2±1.1) days on average. 38 patients had no complication. Conclusions For the treatment of uterine neoplasm, LARVH decreased operative damage with more short recovery time, same operative extent as laparotomy. It is an ideal way to treat uterine neoplasm currently.

Obiective To investigate the molecular characteristics of heteroresistant vancomycinintermediate Staphylococcus aureus(hVISA)in China and analyze the differences of the molecular characteristics between hVISA and VSSA(vancomycin-susceptible Staphylococcus aureus)isolates.Methods A total of 3 15 non-repetitive MBSA were collected from the national surveillance program in China in 2007.The isolates of hVISA were confirmed by modified population analysis profile-area under the curve(PAP-AUC).The genotypes of agr and SCCmec were determined by multiplex PCR,and spa typing was performed bv PCR and DNA sequencing.The pvl gene was detected bv PCR Results The prevalence of hVISA was 9.5%(30/315).Among 315 MRSA,SCCmec Ⅲ was the most popular type,which was found in 234 isolates(234/315,74.3%),followed by SCCmec Ⅱ,which was identified in 56 isolates (56/315,17.8%).The rate of SCCmec Ⅱ in hVISA(46.7%)was significantly hisher than in VSSA (14.7%,X~2=18.93,P＜0.001).The most prevalent agr type among 315 MRSA was agr 1 accounting for 73.6%(232/315).The agr 2 accounted for 18.7%(59/315),and agr 3 and agr 4 were very rare in clinical isolates.It was different in agr types between the two groups.The rate of agr 2 in hVISA(53.4%)was higher than in VSSA(15.1%).X~2 value was 26.08 and P value was less than 0.001 through X~2 test.There was a statistical significance in the result.There were 4 spa types in hVISA isolates,including t002 (13 isolates),t037(9 isolates),t030(6 isolates),and 1548(2 isolates).The pvl positive MRSA isolates were very low,accounting for 1.6%(5/315).Conclusions The prevalence of hVISA was relatively higher in China.Compared to VSSA,the majority(53.4%)of the hVISA strains were agr 2,which was obviously different from VSSA.hVISA isolates were more diverse by spa typing,

Objective To study the dynamic changes of pulmonary lesions of severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)treated by non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV)on CT. Methods Serial chest CT images in 18 patients with SARS were retrospectively analyzed before and after NIPPV(4—12 days),and a long-term follow-up(3—36 months)examination by CT was carried out.And 27 SARS cases without NIPPV were enrolled as the control group.Results(1)There were dynamic changes in 15 cases of 18 cases:partial multilobar consolidations of bilateral lungs changed into ground-glass opacities in 7 of 18 cases,a circular pulmonary emphysema around bronchial vascular strains of the lower lobes was seen in 5 of 18,subpleural pulmonary emphysema was seen in 8 of 18,pulmonary barotraumas were showed in 2 of 18.Residual of subpleural curvilinear shadow related to NIPPV was found in 2 cases on the follow-up scan.(2)Above changes on CT were not found in 27 cases without NIPPV.Conclusion There were changes of pulmonary lesions of SARS on CT related to NIPPV treatment,It is beneficial to assess the CT images in the NIPPV treatment of the related pneumonia in SARS.

Objective To investigate the effect of endovascular interventional therapy on intracranial aneurysm.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical information and treatment efficacy of 48 patients (53 aneurysms) experienced interventional embolism therapy; these patients were admitted to and received treatment in our hospital from January 2001 to December 2009.Results Among the 53 aneurysms of 48 patients,40 aneurysms were obliterated completely,6 aneurysms 95％ obliterated,5 aneurysms 90％ obliterated and 2 aneurysms failed; 2 aneurysms ruptured and no death was noted during the operation.Six to 12 months after the operation,follow-up of the 46 patients indicated that 2 were recurred under CMA or DSA; 2 was severely disabled; 5 had mild neurological deficits; and the other enjoyed good results.Conclusion Endovascular embolization ofaneurysms is a minimally invasive method with low risk; individualized embolism therapy can improve the prognosis.

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of lncRNA SNHG11 on the proliferation, invasion and migration of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) A549 cells and its possible mechanisms. Methods: qPCR was used to detect the levels of lncRNA SNHG11 and miR-193a-5p in human embryonic lung cells (HEL-1) and lung cancer cells (A549, H1299, and HCC827). A549 cells were transfected with SNHG11 small interfering RNA (si-SNHG11), miR-193a mimic or miR-193a inhibitor. The proliferation of A549 cells was detected by CCK-8 assay, migration and invasion of A549 cells were detected by Wound healing and Transwell assay, the protein expression of Ki67 and Cyclin D1 was determined by Western blot, and the targeting relationship between lncRNA SNHG11 and miR-193a-5p was verified by Dual-luciferase reporter experiment. Results: Compared with HEL-1 cells, the expression level of lncRNA SNHG11 was significantly increased while the expression of miR-193a-5p was decreased in lung cancer A549, H1299 and HCC827 cells (all P<0.05). Silencing lncRNA SNHG11 inhibited the proliferation, migration and invasion of A549 cells and reduced the protein expression of Ki67 and Cyclin D1 (all P<0.05). Over-expression of miR-193a-5p inhibited the proliferation, migration and invasion of A549 cells (all P<0.05). lncRNA SNHG11 could targetedly adsorb miR-193a-5p. miR-139a-5p inhibition could partially reverse the effect of silencing lncRNA SNHG11 on the proliferation, invasion and migration of A549 cells (all P<0.05). Conclusion: lncRNA SNHG11 promotes the proliferation, invasion and migration of NSCLC cells by adsorbing miR-193a-5p.

［摘要］ 目的：探讨miR-183 对脑胶质瘤细胞放射敏感性的影响。方法：2020 年10 月至2021 年6 月，收集秦皇岛市第一 医院40 例脑胶质瘤组织标本，对T98G 细胞进行梯度剂量X 射线（0、2、4、6 Gy）照射。采用qPCR 检测miR-183、细胞质多腺 苷酸化元件结合蛋白1（cytoplasmic polyadenylation element-binding protein 1，CPEB1）在脑胶质瘤组织、T98G 细胞和经X 射线 照射的T98G 细胞中的表达量。将miR-183 inhibitor 转染T98G 细胞后下调miR-183 表达，经6 Gy X 射线垂直照射，CCK-8 法、 流式细胞术和WB 法，分别检测T98G 细胞增殖能力、细胞凋亡率及BAX 和Bcl2 蛋白表达量。Targetscan 软件预测和双荧光 素酶报告基因实验检测miR-183 与CPEB1 的靶向关系。下调CPEB1 表达后，经6 Gy X 射线照射，分别用CCK-8 法、流式细胞 术和WB 法检测T98G 细胞增殖能力、细胞凋亡率及BAX 和Bcl2 蛋白表达量。将pcDNA-CPEB1 或CPEB1 siRNA 质粒转染 T98G细胞，分别下调或过表达CPEB1 后，检测miR-183 通过CPEB1 对T98G细胞放射敏感性的影响。结果：脑胶质瘤组织和 细胞中miR-183 呈高表达，CPEB1 mRNA 呈低表达。T98G 细胞中miR-183 的表达量随着X 射线放射剂量增加而降低 （P<0.05），CPEB1 表达量随着X 射线放射剂量增加而升高（P<0.05）。6 Gy X 射线照射T98G 细胞后，下调miR-183 可降低细 胞增殖能力、增加细胞凋亡率，而过表达miR-183 则起到相反作用（P<0.05）。miR-183 靶向CPEB1 mRNA 且负调控CPEB1 表 达。下调CPEB1 表达后，经6 Gy X 射线照射可显著提高T98G 细胞增殖能力（P<0.05）、降低细胞凋亡率（P<0.05），miR-183 可 逆转CPEB1 过表达对细胞T98G 放射敏感性的促进作用（P<0.05）。结论：下调miR-183 的表达能够负调控CPEB1，从而增强 脑胶质瘤细胞的放射敏感性。
