1.The application of diffuse tensor imaging in preterm cerebral white matter development and injury
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(4):313-315
White matter injury and abnormal maturation are thought to be major contributors to the neurodevelopmental disabilities observed in children and adolescents who are born preterm. By using water molecules diffuse technology, diffuse tensor imaging can assess the features of white matter maturation, at the same time, it can reveal the types and mechanisms of cerebral white matter injury.
2.Fungal Lung Infection in the Elderly:A Retrospective Review of 60 Cases
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2001;0(01):-
Objective To explore the risk factors of fungal lung infection in the elderly. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 60 elderly patients with fungal lung infection admitted by Gulou Hospital Affiliated to Medial College of Nanjing University. The pathogenic bacteria and risk factors of fungal lung infection in the elderly were investigated. Results Candida albicans was the main pathogenic bacteria of fungal lung infection in the elderly, and the onset of fungal lung infection was probably related with the following factors: the existence of chronic background diseases, the application of antibiotics, hypoproteinemia, and the application of glucocorticoids. Conclusion Candida albicans is the main pathogenic bacteria of fungal lung infection in the elderly, and the existence of chronic background diseases, the application of antibiotics, hypoproteinemia and the application of glucocorticoids may be the independent risk factors of fungal lung infection in the elderly.Chinese medicine shows advantages for the treatment of fungal lung infection in the elderly.
3.THE EFFECTS OF FRACTION-2 OF ALKALI-EXTRACTED HEPARINOID ( C_2 ) ON LIPASES AND PLASMA LIPIDS
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
The study was undertaken to ascertain the effects of C2 on he- patic lipase(HL), lipoprotein lipase ( LPL ) and plasma lipids. It was found that HDL-c and HDL-c /TC were increased, but(VLDL + LDL)-c and TC were decreased. LPL activety was positively correlated with the increase of HDL-c and the decrease of ( VLDL+LDL )-c.
4.RNA Sequence-structural Alignment Based on Quantum Evolutionary Algorithm
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(09):-
As a classical problem of computational molecular biology, the multiple sequences alignment is also important foundational process. RNA is one of biological polymer, and is different from protein and DNA that the secondary structure of RNA is more conservative than its primary sequence. Therefore, RNA multiple sequences alignment require not only information of sequences, but also information of secondary structures which those sequences will form. Here, a program——QEA-MRNA, which based on quantum evolutionary algorithm(QEA) to align RNA sequences, is proposed. The program introduce a full crossover operator and a fitness function which considering the information of RNA premary sequence and secondary structure, and improving on prematurity controling and the convergent speed. The effectiveness and performance of QEA-MRNA are demonstrated by testing cases in BRAliBase.

6.ClinicalObservation of Superficial Needling for Intractable Constipation in the Elderly
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(10):929-931
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of superficial needling in treating senile intractable constipation.Method The recruited patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 40 in each group. The treatment group was intervenedby superficial needling, while the control group was by oral administration of Phenolphthalein tablets. The two groups both received the treatments for 4 weeks.ResultThe therapeutic efficacy increased with the treatment; patients showed improvements indefecation frequency, stool constitution, and effort in defecation (P<0.05); there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05); the residual marker counts of 48 h and 72 h after treatment were significantly lowered in both groups compared to that before treatment (P<0.05).ConclusionSuperficial needling can obviously improve the symptoms of senile intractable constipation, promoting the gastrointestinal transit motility.
7.Correlation between Arterial Compliance and Insulin Resistance in Prehypertensive People
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2007;13(9):872-873
Objective To investigate the correlation between the arterial compliance and insulin resistance in the prehypertensive people. Methods 30 healthy persons,36 prehypertensive persons and 46 hypertensive patients were measured Cl and C2 using CVProfilor DO-2020 and determined insulin sensitivity with HOMA-IR.Results Adjusted for the age and the course of disease,C1 and C2 decreased in hypertensive patients compared with that of the healthy and prehypertensive people(P<0.05);C2 decreased in prehypertensive people compared with the healthy groups(P<0.05).HOMA-IR increased in hypertensive patients and prehypertensive people compared with the healthy groups(P<0.05).There was significant correlation between HOMA-IR and C2 in prehypertensive people. Conclusion Small arterial compliance decrease and insulin resistance can be found with negatively correlation in prehypertensive people.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(1):48-52
Objective To study patients experience in and needs for vaginal douching in the department of gynecology.Method Using semi-structured interviews,10 patients undergoing vaginal douching in the hospital were selected, and then the interviews were analyzed and described with the content analysis method. Results Before vaginal douching, the patients had some psychological states of tension, fear, shyness, fear and calmness. In the process of vaginal douching, the patients experienced comforts, pain, fear, shyness and dissatisfaction with water temperature and skin preparation. After vaginal douching, the patients experienced worries of different sorts like vaginal infections, sexual life and pregnancy. The patients needed for the douching-related knowledge and the improvement in hygienic situations and they had some questions about urination and defection, operative effect and bathing and infection. Conclusion Medical staff should provide the corresponding services for patients during vaginal douching according to their needs and individual situations so as to enhance the nursing service quality.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the feasibility of the committed differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) into tenocytes, the present study was carried out. Method NMP12 gene transfer to MSCs was performed with pEGFP C1 expressing vector by electroporation. Results Green fluorescence protein(GFP) expression was detected as early as 6h postelectroporation, peaked at 12h and could maintain 3 days. And then, GFP expression of some cells was weakened. Conclusion The results of the present study indicated that the successful transfection of MSCs was made, an the committed differentiation of MSCs into tenocytes was practicable

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Objective To study the method of cryopreservation, and method of cultivation of hepatocytes of sucking pig. Methods Hepatocytes were isolated from sucking pig by two-step perfusion with collagenase using an extracorporeal perfusion apparatus. They were cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen for 4 months. They were thawed and seeded on gelatin coated bottom of a flask. The cells were covered with another layer of collagen. The exprssion of albumin mRNA, cellular morphology synthesis of urea, and content of oxalylacetylaminotransferase were determined in the collagen cultures. Results Thawed hepatocytes maintained their biological characters well after cryopreservation. The thawed hepatocytes could grow well in collagen gel, sandwich culture. In the 10-day cultures, typical cellular morphological and biological characteristics of cultured hepatocytes could be observed. Conclusion Hepatocytes stored in liquid nitrogen could maintain their activities for a long time. The hepatocytes could be cultivated in collagenous matrix, which provided an environment closely resembling that in nature, and their morphology and functions could be maintained.
