1.Comparative analysis of the culture types of three hospitals in Beij ing
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2016;32(10):787-788
Objective To explore the characteristics of hospital culture of the three hospitals, and provide a basis for developing hospital culture management. Methods The situation and expectation of culture type for those three hospitals was measured by means of the organizational culture type scale, covering one obstetrics and gynecology hospital, one infectious disease hospital and one general hospital for statistical analysis. Results The culture type of all three hospitals is hierarchy culture type, and the expectation of which is clan culture type. Conclusions To realize the desired culture type, the hospitals should strengthen the humanized and familial management to their employees.
2.Research and application of microRNA in the liver diseases
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(02):-
MicroRNAs(miRNAs,miR) is a class of 21~22 nt small non-protein-coding single strand RNA molecules. In the liver, the phenotypic alternation or expressed abnormality of many miRNAs can influence the hepatitis virus replication at the gene level, which would provocate the development from hepatitis to hepatic fibrosis, cirrhosis, and even primary hepatic carcinoma on target. And so,several miRNAs are confirmed to be a new class of related gene to carcinoma.Furthermore, the dysfunction or abnormal quantity of miRNAs will promote the formation of fatty liver disease by interfering with signal transduction of insulin, inducing insulin resistance and then influencing normal metabolism of endosomatic lipid,Therefore, the specific medicine or methods, which might retrieve the expression or function of miRNAs in the hepatocytes, will provide a new valuable method to manage human liver disease.
3.Effects of pins and bonding agents on the tensile strengths of Ni/Cr alloy bonded to enamel
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(01):-
Objective: To evaluate the effects of pin retention form and different bonding agents on the tensile bond and re-bond strength of Ni/Cr alloy to the enamel. Methods: Sixty bovine permanent incisors were randomly divided into 6 equal groups by the variables of the numbers (0, 1 or 2) of pins to be prepared and bonding agents (Panavia F and Super-Bond C&B). The pin 1mm in diameter and 1mm in depth was prepared vertically to each enamel surface in the groups to be with pins. Cast Ni/Cr alloys cy-linders were made and bonded to respective enamels using two different agents. Tensile strengths were tested. After residual visible resin on the debonded surfaces being removed, specimens were re-bonded and tested in the same way as initial bonding. Results: The tensile strength of Super-Bond C&B groups (11.82 MPa) was significantly higher than those of Panavia F groups (9.28 MPa, P

The activation of NK cell , mediated by natural killer group 2 ( NKG2 ) family receptor , plays an important role in antiviral immune response and disease progression after hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. To explore the NKG2 receptors-mediated NK cell activation and its mechanism may be of value for anti-HBV targeting immune treatment .This article reviews the recent research progress on the role of NK cells and its NKG2 family receptors in immunity of chronic HBV infection and its mechanisms .

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(13):-
[Objective]To investigate the surgical feasibility and efficiency with microendoscopy discectomy technique for the recurrent lumbar disc herniation.[Method]Ninteen cases underwent disc excision with different operative approaches,11 cases had undergone previous surgery with MED,7 cases with conventional approach,2 cases removing whole vertebrate plate approach,3 cases removing half vertebrate plate approach,2 cases with minor vertebrate plate window approach. There were 13 cases of ipsilateral protrusion and 2 cases of contralateral protrusion,3 cases of adjacent segment protrusion. All of these cases were revisioned by MED except for 1 case.[Result]Eighteen cases were finished by MED technique successfully except for 1 case which was changed to open operating. All cases were followed up from 6 months to 2.5 years, averaged 1.5 years.Postoperative JOA score was improved from preoperative average (9.61?3.40)? to average (26.17?2.60) ?,the rate of improvement final was 86.32%.In terms of Macnab scoring system, the satisfactory rate was 88.89%.[Conclusion]MED technique is an effective method for recurrent lumbar herniation, but the operator needs lots of experience in minimal invasive spine surgery.

s: Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinsk. polysaccharide (CPPC) has various biological activities including hypolipemic effect, hypoglycemic effect, anti-oxidant effect, anti-tumor effect and immunomodulatiry;especially that hypolipemic effect and hypoglycemic effect have become the research hotspots in recent years. This article reviewed extraction, purification, content determination and biological activity of CPPC in the latest decade, with a purpose to provide references for the deep research and industrial development CPPC.

Objective To make objective criteria for evaluation of conjunctival impression cytology(CIC)in early screening of vitamin A deficiency(VAD)in children. Methods The status of vitamin A in children aged 3~7 years old was evaluated with CIC method. In order to justify the judgemental criterion of CIC,the changes in CIC and the levels of serum vitamin A were studied. Results Goblet cells and normal epithelial cells could be found in grade 0~1 of CIC;only normal epithelial cells without Goblet cells could be seen in grade 2 of CIC,and only abnormal epithelial cells were identified in grade 3~5 of CIC.Along with the increasing degree of abnormalify of CIC,the levels of serum vitamin A decreased accordingly(r=-0.824,P

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 1996;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the role of Lugol’s s taining in detecting early esophageal cancer. Methods 2% Lugol’s solution was adopted to stain esophageal m ucosa in 111 cases with esophageal superficial lesions. And multiple biopsies we re taken for pathological study. Results Among the 111 cases with Lugol’s staining, the results in normal, light, deep and non-stained were 4, 68,11 and 28 cases respectively . Pathology result: no cases of esophageal cancer or cell dysplasia in normal an d deep stained groups, 3 cases of severe dysplasia and 1 case of canceration in light stained group, 17 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 5 cases of severe dysplasia in un-stained group. Conclusion The cancerous and precancerous lesions are liable to occur in cases with non- and light Lugol’s staining groups. The rate of detec ting early esophageal cancer increased when Lugol’s staining and biopsy are use d in combination.
