1.Physics understanding of energy importation in acupuncture process
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(22):-
This paper reviewed the present situation of acupoints and meridians issue from the angle of acupuncture and the infrasonic sound. Researches regarding the acupuncture process are studied from the angle of energy. The lifting-inserting method in acupuncture is considered as a way of inputting energy directly, and entwisting needle is considered as a way of inputting energy indirectly. As a result, the two ways caused meridian material (glue flexible body) oscillating. By the frequency of infrasonic wave, the energy is transmitted through the meridian lines, and the magnifying process is induced. Accordingly, the energy result of the body will be transmitted with acupuncture energy. At last, the dynamics equation and the energy equation analysis are given, from the angles of classic and modern physics, shows that the acupuncture function effect is the combined action effect produced by nervous system which stimulated by infrasonic sound energy.

E2Fs transcription factors can control transcription of genes involved in cellular proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. So far,in mammals,E2F family has seven identified members,E2F-1,E2F-2,E2F-3,(E2F-4),E2F-5,E2F-6 and E2F-7,and each of has special function.Recently, many investigations have demonstrated that E2F-1 has an apparently unique capability to induce apoptosis, and its functions relate to P53、P73、APAF-1、Caspase3 、Caspase7、BcL-2 family members、DIP、SIVA 、NF-?B factor and so on.According to the dependence on P53,molecular mechanisms of E2F-1 induced apoptosis are classified as both P53-dependent and P53-independent.Therefore,(E2F-1) is a novel target site of tumor genetherapy.

Colorectal neoplasms always present with thickness of the intestinal wall or a soft tissue mass in the enteric cavity. Multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) with high spatial resolution and advanced post-processing techniques can demonstrate the above signs of the tumor, and the invasive signs of adjacent structures and lymph node metastasis. Combined with three dimensional reformation images, MSCT shows a higher sensitivity than that of double contrast barium enema and electronic colonoscope. MSCT is promising in the diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of colorectal neoplasms.

Objective To investigate the role of the classification of Lauren in staging of gastric carcinoma and preoperative assessment using spiral CT. Methods Forty eight patients, 32 men and 16 women, who were 24~78 years old, with histologically and endoscopically proven gastric carcinoma, underwent spiral CT scans in prone position, with drug induced hypotonia and water filling. To induce gastric wall hypotonia and to maintain it during the entire examination, 10~15 mg of 654 2 was administered iv before basal scanning. All patinets underwent 2D, 3D and axial imaging using spiral CT, and 46 patients underwent dual phase contrast within one breathhold each. All patients with gastric carcinoma underwent staging and preoperative assessment by two radiologists according to the classification of Lauren. Results Spiral CT correctly detected all tumours. In our series, gastric carcinoma was of the diffuse type in 33 cases, of intestinal type in 15 cases; first stage in 2 cases, second stage in 18 cases, third stage in 15 cases and forth stage in 13 cases. There were 40 patients being performed operation, gastrectomy was performed in 33 patients and laparotomy was performed in 7 patients. The staging and preoperative assessment accuracy was 85.4% and 95.0% respectively, overstaging was 10.4%, and understaging was 4.2% according to the classification of Lauren. Correct rate of spiral CT detected lymph nodes (N1,N2) was 74.1% and 82.7% respectively. There are about 18 patienes whose arteries were invaded by tumors. With dual phase contrast, spiral CT can get well in detecting tumour, especially in staging gastric carcinoma in artery phase. Conclusions The classification of Lauren is recommended for staging of gastric carcinoma and preoperative assessment using spiral CT.

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of internal fixation with pubic nails and sacroiliac screws aided by 3D navigation for pelvic fractures of Tile type B2 or B3. Methods A total of 27 patients with pelvic fracture of Tile type B2 or B3 received operative treatment in our hospital from De-cember 2013 to December 2016. They were 15 men and 12 women, aged from 20 to 68 years ( average, 39. 2 years ) . According to the Tile classification, 12 cases were type B2. 1, 8 type B2. 2, and 7 type B3. Of them, 20 were unilateral pubic rami fractures and 7 bilateral pubic rami fractures; there were 3 dislocations of the sacroiliac joint, 17 fractures of the sacral Denis regionⅠ, and 7 fractures of the sacral Denis regionⅡ. All the 27 cases were treated by internal fixation with retrograde pubic nails and sacroiliac screws aided by 3D navi-gation. Quality of fracture reduction, functional recovery of the pelvis and postoperative complications were recorded to evaluate the clinical effects. Results Totally 26 out of the 27 patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months ( average, 11. 4 months ) , with one lost to the follow-up. According to the Matta scoring, the pelvic reduction was evaluated as excellent in 20, as good in 4 and as fair in 2 cases, yielding an excellent and good rate of 92. 3%. All the fractures united after 12 to 20 weeks ( average, 13. 8 weeks ) . According to the Majeed scoring at the final follow-ups, the pelvic function was evaluated as excellent in 20, as good in 3 and as fair in 3 cases, giving an excellent and good rate of 88. 5%. Screw loosening happened in one patient who had ambulated too early. No permanent pain, wound infection, neurovascular injury, heterotopic ossification or thrombosis occurred. Conclusion For the treatment of pelvic fractures of Tile type B2 or B3, internal fixation with pubic nails and sacroiliac screws aided by 3D navigation can lead to satisfactory short-term outcomes due to advantages of limited operative invasion, short operation time and limited intraoperative blood loss.
