1.Medical imaging in the diagnosis of ocular fundus diseases
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2011;27(2):109-113
Ophthalmic imaging including radiographic imaging, acoustic imaging and optical imaging,as a branch of medical imaging has developed rapidly. Optical imaging is very suitable for fundus examination because of the physiological characteristics of the eye. Ophthalmoscope and fundus fluorescein angiography are two historical stages of fundus optical imaging, which become an independent new discipline now, including infrared fundus photography, fundus autofluorescence, fundus fluorescein and indocyanine green angiography and optical coherence tomography. Comprehensive optical imaging plays an irreplaceable role in the diagnosis and treatment evaluation of ocular fundus diseases. Appropriate understanding the principles and significance of various optical imaging methods is very important for their clinical applications.
2.A unique inhibitor of fVⅡa/TF: Nematode Anticoagulant Protein c2
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
Nematoda anticoagulant protein c2((NAPc2)) is a protein originally isolated from the canine hookworm Ancylostoma caninum.NAPc2 binds to a noncatalytic site on fⅩa then selectively inhibits fVⅡa/TF complex.NAPc2 is proven to be a safe and potent anticoagulant in Phase Ⅰ and Phase Ⅱ clinical trials, and it has prolonged elimination half-life(longer than 50 h).In a word,NAPc2 may play a promising role in the prevention and treatment of thrombosis, disseminated intravascular coagulopathies(DIC) and tumor.

Herald of Medicine 2015;(8):998-1001
Objective To explore the protective effect of liraglutide ( Li) on the proximal tubular cells ( PTECs) of rats induced by model control. Methods The PTECs of rats were obtained by primary culture and divided into normal control group ( NC) , model control group ( HG) , HG+low-dose Li group, HG+medium-dose Li group, and HG+high-dose Li group ( n-6 in each group) . After 72 h of incubation, the activity of Na+/K+-ATPase in PTECs was measured by the liquid scintillation counter. Protein expression of Toll-like receptor 4 ( TLR4 ) was measured by Western blotting. Interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ) , tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) in culture supernatants were measured by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Compared with NC, activity of Na+/K+-ATPase [(2 737. 88±317. 22)μmol·g-1 ·h-1 ] and the protein expression of TLR4 in PTECs, IL-6, TNF-α and PAI-1 in culture supernatants were significantly increased in HG (P<0. 05, or P<0. 01). Compared with HG, activity of Na+/ K+-ATPase and the protein expression of TLR4 in cells, IL-6, TNF-αand PAI-1 in culture supernatants reduced significantly in HG+medium-or high dose Li groups (P<0. 05, or P<0. 01). Conclusion Liraglutide can inhibit the expression of inflammatory cytokines and stabilize the Na+/ K+-ATPase’ s activity in PTECs in high glucose environment. Therefore, it may play a role in kidney protection.

Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide. Although a variety of cancer therapies, such as surgical resection and local ablation, chemoembolization, radiotherapy, and systemic chemotherapy, have developed rapidly in recent years, the curative effect and 5 year-survival rate of cancer remain to be unsatisfactory. In recent years, with the deepening basic research of hydrogen, its role on the treatment of various diseases including cancer has attracted an increased attention. Hydrogen can promote the apoptosis of colon cancer cells, and which combined with 5-fluorouracil has a synergistic effect and can reduce the renal toxicity induced by cisplatin, without affecting its anti-tumor effect. Hydrogen can alleviate the side effects of radiotherapy, significantly improve the quality of life for patients with liver cancer, and does not affect the effect of radiotherapy. Hydrogen application provides a new therapeutic approach to the treatment of cancer. The specific mechanism of hydrogen in cancer treatment needs further study. This article reviewes the research progress of the role of hydrogen on the treatment of cancer, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, adjuvant chemoradiotherapy, and the regulation of signaling pathways.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(1):38-40
The original teaching of clinical pharmacy for stomatology course did not let students aware of the importance of drugs in the treatment of oral diseases. The original teaching framework was rearranged:decentralizing knowledge of oral diseased related clinical pharmacy into several mod-ules;setting general knowledge into the oral basic medical module;adding the practice of visiting the pharmacy and manufacturing laboratory. Teaching process was closely combined with clinics and was integrated with disease-centered oral medicine curriculum integration system. Students responded that the teaching effect was better. The rearranged teaching method can enhance students' attention on drug treatment for oral diseases, improve their ability of clinical medication and promote the teaching quality.

OBJECTIVE To monitor the sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizer with process challenge derice(PCD).METHODS Hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizer was used to sterilize different material and structure items in simulation field sterilization trial. The test pieces have been cultured for 7 days at 37 ℃.Make the test records in detail.RESULTS The hemostatic forceps, surface of lines and biological indicators,as well as 300 mm stainless steels tube and 2000 mm Teflon tube were sterilized successful. But 600 mm and 300 mm stainless steels of low temperature did not past the challenge tests. The results of test surface and test lumen were inconsistent.CONCLUSIONS PCD is need to be introduced in monitoring sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizer.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(2):159-161
Objective To study the correlation between emotion regulation type and mental quality of young army men. Methods 487 young army men were measured with the Mental Quality Questionnaire of Army men and the questionnaire of army men's emotion regulation types. Results (1)Compared to soldiers,non-commissioned officers were tend to use affective-appeal((16.65±3.57)vs(15.65±3.45),t=2.08,P<0.05).The dimension of altective-appeal was significantly different in service age(F=2.85,P<0.05).The dimension of cognitive-focus had significantly difference between different education levels of soldiers(F=3.94.P<0.01).(2)The dimensions of cognitive-focus(t=4.41,P<0.01) and self-comfort(t=4.44.P<0.01) were significantly different in mental quality level.(3)There was a significant relationship between the army men's emotion regulation types and mental quality(P<0.05).Affective-appeal,behavior-restrain and self-comfort were significantly positive predictions of mental quality, meanwhile cognitive focus was negative. Conclusion There is a significant relationship between the army men's emotion regulation types and mental quality.

The paper reported three young women who collapsed into sudden abnormal behavior and convulsions and fell into unconsciousness. After admission, they were found to suffer from ovarian teratomas with anti-NMDAR antibody positive in cerebrospinal fluid or serum. The patients were diagnosed as anti-NMDAR encephalitis associated with ovarian teratoma, and teratoma resection was performed.
