Objective To observe the efficacy of bioelectric stimulation of the pelvic floor combined with acupuncture in treating detrusor urine weakness after transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) in patients with prostate hyperplasia.Methods Forty-seven cases with detrusor urine weakness after TURP were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.All of the patients received routine bladder function training and medication.In addition,patients in the experimental group were treated with bioelectric stimulation of the pelvic floor and with acupuncture.The differences between the two groups were compared using the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS),maximum urine flow rate (MFR),average flow rate (AFR),detrusor pressure at peak flow (PdetQmax) and residual urine volume in the bladder.Results No significant difference was found between the two groups before treatment,but at two weeks after treatment MFR,AFR and PdetQmax were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group,and residual urine volume and IPSS were significantly lower.Conclusion Bioelectric stimulation of the pelvic floor combined with acupuncture is more effective than routine bladder function training and medication alone for alleviating detrusor urine weakness after TURP.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Tangkang capsule. METHODS:Momordica charantia L. and Euonymus alatus(Thunb.)Sieb.,the main ingredients in Tangkang capsule including were identified by TLC, meanwhile, the content of total Momordica charantian saponin was determined by UV-Vis. RESULTS: The TLC spots were clear and the separation degree was good. The linear range of Ginsenoside Rg1 was 72～252 ?g(r=0.999 7) with average recovery rate at 100.68% (RSD=1.43%,n=6). CONCLUSION: The established quality standard can be used for the quality control of this Tangkang capsule.

Objective: to study the relationship between immune complex(IC)and the origin of atherosclerosis(AS),and to evaluate the simvastatin's potential effect on immunomodulation. Methods: Thirty eight truebred New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: control group,high-cholesterol fed group,simvastatin-protecting group and simvastatin-treatment group.the structural change of artery and the deposit of IC(and their classes)in plaque lesions of AS were analyzed with hematoxylin and eosin stain and immunohistochemistry. Results: plaque lesions of AS were obvious after 8-weeks high-cholesterol feeding.With the development of AS,the IC of IgG accumulated in plaque lesions,while the IC of IgM did not.The immunohistochemical stain was stronger in high-cholesterol feed group than that in the simvastain-intervening groups.The distribution of immune complexes was under the endothelium in the early plaque while mainly localized in the core or the shoulder of mature plaque lesions. Conclusion: The IC of IgG exists in the plaque lesions of AS.The IC is close related to the origin and the progress of AS.Simvastatin can inhibit the formation of IC as well as lowering the lipid levels and regressing the plaque,which maybe related to it's effect on the immunomodulation.

Objective:To investigate the dissdution behavior of Gansukang capsules from different manufactures in two different dissdution media and to provide theoretical basis for evaluating the quality of medicine. Methods:According to the dissolution test con-ditions in Japan’ s “quality of medical drugs information set” and the physicochemical properties of Gansukang capsules, two dissolu-tion media were chosen. The dissolution behavior of Gansukang capsules from 3 manufacturers in pH 6. 8 phosphate buffer (containing 0. 25% sodium lauryl sulfate) and water (containing 0. 25% sodium lauryl sulfate) was determined by the method I in Appendix XC of Chinese Pharmacopoeia Volume II (2010 edition), and the dissolution rate was determined by HPLC-ELSD. Results:The assay dis-played a good linearity over the concentration range of 2. 0-40. 0 mg·ml-1 for oleanolic acid, the recovery of oleanolic acid in pH 6. 8 phosphate buffer and water was above 98%, and Gansukang capsules had the similar property in the two media. The dissolution behav-ior of Gansukang capsules from 3 manufacturers in water was similar to each other, while in pH 6. 8 phosphate buffer, that was signifi-cantly different. Conclusion:As for the dissolution medium for Gansukang capsule, pH 6. 8 phosphate buffer can reflect more differ-ences in the dissolution of products with different batches and from different manufacturers than water. The method is simple, accurate and reproducible in the dissolution determination of the capsules.

Objective To evaluate the value of retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for benign adrenal tumors.Methods From Mar.2009 to Oct.2011,36 patients with adrenal tumors received retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy in the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu.During the operation,3 trocars were introduced into the lumbar region to establish retroperitoneal space.Afterwards,the tumor was removed by using a harmonic scalpel.Results The procedures were successfully completed in 19 cases of adrenocortical adenoma,14 cases of pheochromocytoma,2 cases of adrenal cyst and 1case of adrenocortical carcinoma without blood transfusion.The median operation time was 90 min,ranging from 45 min to 180 min.The median intraoperative blood loss was 76 ml,ranging from 30 ml to 700 ml.Drainage tubes were removed 2 days after the operation and the patients were discharged from hospital 3 to 5 days after operation.2 cases were converted to open surgery ( one because of the adhesion between the tumor and vena cava,the other because of the size (about 6.0 cm) of the tumor).The median follow-up time was 12 months,ranging from 3 to 24 months.One patient showed regional subcutaneous emphysema after the surgery and was cured spontaneously.The patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months with the medium of 12 months.Normal blood pressure was achieved in 30 patients in 3 months,while oral antihypertension drugs were still needed for the other 6 patients (2 patients converted to open surgery included).No regional recurrence or death happened during the follow-up.Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy can be a safe and effective choice for adrenal tumors,with advantages of small trama,quick recovery,short postoperative hospital stay etc.

The author thinks the key to the problem is to prepare lessons wholeheartedly.The contents of preparing lessons consist of preparing teaching contents,preparing teaching methods and preparing for students.The secondary problem is the skill of classroom teaching.It consists of how to introduce new lesson,how to teach the key points elaborately and how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students,etc.

Introduction is the beginning and epitome of a subject. To teach introduction well can arouse students’ great interest in this subject and strong thirst for knowledge. This article introduces experience and understanding of the author who have taught introduction class in medical immunology for many years.

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery on primary aldosteronism (PA).Methods 20 cases of PA treated by laparoscopic surgery from Jul.2009 to Jul.2011 were retrospectively analyzed,among whom 17 cases had adrenocortical adenoma and 3 cases had adrenal cortical hyperplasia.Results The mean surgical time was 63 (35 ～95 )min,the mean intraoperative blood loss was 50( 25 ～ 110)ml,and the mean hospital stay was 5.8 (4 ～ 8)d.Complication during or after surgery happened to 2 patients.They are both with light cutaneous emphysema.During the medium follow-up of 12(6～ 18 )months,serum potassium levels of all patients were normal,and 3 patients with high blood pressure still need hypotensive drug.Conclusion Laparoscopic resection of the whole or partial adrenal tumor is minimally invasive,safe and with confirmed effects,making it the preferred method for PA.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning, and to investigate the method of complex treatment and the factors influencing prognosis.DATA SOURCE: Related papers were searched by computer in Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) from January 1983 to October 2000 and CBMdise with the terms of "acute, carbon monoxide poisoning, delayed,encephalopathy", and the language of paper was limited to Chinese.STUDY SELECTION: The papers relevant to the pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, treatment and prognosis of acute carbon monoxide poisoning were collected preliming screening. Inclusion criteria: ① Randomized controlled trial. ② Blind method was not restricted. Exclusion criteria: The same researches repeated.DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 240 pieces of paper related to acute carbon monoxide poisoning induced eneephalopathy were collected, among which, 24 pieces accorded with inclusion criteria.DATA SYNTHESIS: The pathogenesis of acute carbon monoxide poisoning induced encephalopathy was relatively complex, which should be deeply recognized from the clinical manifestations such as symptom, sign,electroencephalogram, cerebral CT and MRL The therapeutic methods included ①Neural cell agonist, vasodilator, anticoagulant and vitamin ②High pressure oxygen ③ Ultraviolet blood irradation and oxygenation, UBIO. ④ Acupuncture therapy. The factors influencing prognosis of delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning were usually related to age, degree of poisoning, complications and cure time.CONCLUSION: Acute carbon monoxide poisoning can cause encephalopathy, which is the result of multiple pathogenesis. There is no special treatment for it until now, and complex treatment should be used, but the curative effect is not ideal, and intellectual disturbance and extremity function disorder of different degree might be left after treatment, and agrypnocoma would exist for a long time.

Objective To investigate the fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction and teat its diagnostic value of DNA(EBV-DNA)of EB virus in respiratory tract infection in children.Methods To adopt fluorescent quantitative PCR technology(FQ-PCR)to examine EBV-DNA in the aspirate specimen from 127 cases of children.Results 68 cases of EBV-DNA positive(53.5％),including 1year of age:12;3 years of age:23;5 years of age:18;7 years of age:10;9 years of age:3 and 13 years of age:2.The number of peripheral white blood cells ＞ 10.0× 109/L:21 cases;the number of white blood cells ＜ 10.0 × 109/L:8 cases;the number of mononuclear cells ＞ 10％:9 cases;abnormal lymphocyte ＞ 10％:10 cases;thrombocytopenia:4 cases;abnormal liver fumction:5 cases; myocardial enzyme abnormalities:8 cases.Conclusion The fluorescent quantitative PCR technology to test EB-DBA of respiratory tract infection in children had hight diagnostic value.
