In allusion to the practical feature of acupuncture and Tuina,by exerting the characteristic and advantages of modern teaching technique,the author carried out internet teach-ing based on Blackboard,visualized the contents of the book by effective teaching design,such as pictures,images,cartoons,voice,videos,etc.and developed video’s controlling route for teaching quality after lessons to know about students’mastery of the knowledge of cervical spondylosis and guarantee the teaching effect.

Objective:To construct the standard curve for real-time PCR detecting the tissue expression level of Angptl3 in SD rat.Methods:The total RNA of the SD rat's liver was the template.We got lots of the Angptl3 partial DNA sequence by RT-PCR.The products were cloned into the pUCm-T vector,Then we diluted the solution of plasmid and used real-time PCR(SYBR GreenⅠ)to construct the standard curve.Results:The correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.997 6.The reaction efficiency was 0.862 3.The correlation and the amplify efficiency were good.Conclusion:It is successful to construct the standard curve for real-time PCR detecting the tissue expression level of Angptl3 in SD rat.

Objective To evaluate the new colposcopy combined cytology thinprep pap test(TCT) in cervical screening in the diagnosis of disease. Methods 1 266 patients detected by gynecologic cervical cytology were conducted on colposcopy and liquid-based thin-layer cytology of the Joint Inspection. Results 1 266 cases in which seized 169 cases of abnormal cervical lesion detection rate of 13. 35%,abnormalities in cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions and 126 cases,accounting for 9.99%. The incidence of cervical intraepithelial lesions detected no difference between age groups was statistically significant(P＞0.05). Conclusion Thinprep cytology combined colposcopy cervical precancerous lesions was a reliable method for early diagnosis.

Hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) is an effective therapy of maligmant hematological disease. The foremost advantage of the nonmyeloablative or reduced-intensity HCT is the reduction of treatment-related mortality .

Objective: To investigate the imaging characteristics of the intestinal multi-slice spiral CT enterography (CTE) in active ulcerative colitis(UC), analyze and summarize its application value. Methods: A total 43 cases diagnosed with active UC from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into mild, moderate and severe three levels with each level as a group, treated by multi-slice spiral CTE examination system based on the improved Mayo system, comparing different performances of CTE levels. Results:43 cases of UC patients participating in the study, eight patients were mild, 16 cases were moderate and 19 cases were severe. There was statistically different in the intestinal mucosa in the presence of air bubbles between the mild and moderate group (x2=21.62; P<0.05). There were statistical differences between moderate group and severe group in the case of colon bags disappearing, as well as the lymph nodes of the intestinal wall layering (x2=25.95, x2=17.46, x2=19.46;P<0.05). At the same time, the differences of three groups of patients were not statistically significant on an increase in mesenteric vascular (P<0.05), the degree of enhancement in the intestinal mucosa, intestinal wall thickening, perirectal fat deposition, luminal stenosis and other projects (F=0.36, F=1.58, F=0.31;P>0.05). Conclusion:UC patients CTE examination, which can effectively conduct a comprehensive assessment against bowel, intestinal and parenteral, provide favorable conditions for the activity of UC clinical diagnosis and classification.

Recenly,the incidence of posttransplatation lymphoproliferative disorder(PTLD) is rising,Immunodeficiency and EBV-infection are risk factors of pathogenesis related. The majority of PTLD originates from malignant proliferation of B-cell.Typical pathologic findings of PTLD are large number of plasmacytoid B cells in lymphotic tissue and often with necrosis in regional areas. Molecular biology findings are ras or p53 gene mutation and c-myc?bcl-6 gene rearrangement. Highly immunosuppressed patients may present with diffuse infiltration and functional failure of multiple organs,the prognosis is poor. Except for the decrease or discontinuation of the immunosuppressive therapy,antiviral agents and interferon- ?,anti B-cell monoclonal antibodies,autologous EBV-specific cytotoxic T cell and combination chemotherapy may achieve better responses.

Objective:To discuss the changing position in three dimensions of maxillary dentition magnetic arch expansion after.Methods: Thirty patients who were in-patient cases were selected, and received three-dimensional data measured before and after treatment it its spiral CT, observed the three-dimensional position of maxillary dentition before and after treatment, and the angle of landmarks change data paired sign test for comparison.Results: Patients in the vertical position of maxillary dentition before and after treatment, sagittal and horizontal direction are changed. First premolars, first molars occurred cheek overall movement and dumping; the maxillary first premolar region is the largest widening position; three-dimensional position of the maxillary central incisor forward, the next move.Conclusion: Patients before and after the change of maxillary dentition MPE can be clearly presented in accordance with spiral CT, lay the foundation for further research MPE mechanism.
