1.MR Diagnosis of Brain Metastases from Lung Carcinoma
Acta Medicinae Universitatis Scientiae et Technologiae Huazhong 2000;29(5):464-465
MR appearance of brain metastases from 33 cases of lung carcinoma was reported. The lesions were mainly localized in the cerebrum associated with edema in varying degrees. Squamous cell carcinoma had a tendency to cystic degeneration and adenocarcinoma to bleeding. The low signal rings around the bleeding locus were irregular in T2WI imaging. Enhanced MR could find the lesions that noncontrast-enhanced MR could not. From the above, it was concluded that MRI had an important value in the imaging diagnosis of brain metastases from lung carcinoma.
2.A REVERSED PASSIVE HEMAGGLUTINATION TECHNIQUE USING TANNIC ACID AS COUPLING REAGENT FOR DETERMINING FDP
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
A reversed passive hemagglutination technique in which the antibody of fibrinogen is used as a model and the tannic acid is used as a coupling reagent for the attachment of antihuman fibrinogen serum to erythrocytes is described. Various factors which influence the coupling of purified rabbit antihuman fibrinogen serum IgG were examined. A standard sensitizing procedure was deduced. It is simple and rapid, and can also be used for coupling of other proteins and testing their antisera and antigen. It is superior to passive hemagglutination inhibition test for estimation of FDP. Through laboratory observation and clinical use for two years, it is considered that this method is simple, sensitive and the results are reproducible. It provides a useful tool for the analysis of FDP.
3.The research on comparing the result of anal fistula diagnose with different MR pulse sequences
Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(01):-
Objective To elevate the clini cal value of different MR pulse sequences in the diagnose of anal fistula. Methods Fifteen cases with clinically suspected anal fistula were included in this study. MR pulse sequences included spin echo T 1WI, turbo inversion recovery magnitude (TIRM), fast low-angle shot image (FLASH), non-enhancement and enhancement subtraction and coronary reconstructing. The display rate of internal fistula, extra fistula, and the branch of fistula canales was compared in three kinds of sequences. Results Perianal abscess was found in 1 case. 24 different kinds of anal fistula were revealed in the other 14 patients. Ten of them were complicated with perianal abscess, and 8 of them complicated with complex multi-branch fistula. The display rate of 3D-FLASH sequence was much higher than those of T 1WI and TIRM in all cases. Conclusion 3D-FLASH sequence is a sensitive method to diagnose the anal fistula and it can reduce the examination time.
4.Progress of neonatal sepsis and intestinal microecology
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(4):267-270
Sepsis is a common cause of neonatal death and has attracted more and more attention in recent years. The intestine is the largest reservoir of bacteria in the human body, and it plays an initial role in the occurrence and development of many diseases. The use of antibiotics, feeding methods, delivery methods and gestational age can seriously affect the colonization of neonatal intestinal flora. The recent studies have shown that the imbalance of intestinal flora can activate uncontrolled pro-inflammatory responses and lead to sepsis. The intestinal microecology of neonates with sepsis may have flora disorder, decreased diversity, and flora shift, which can result in a series of pathophysiological changes throughout the body. This article reviews the role of intestinal microecology in the pathogenesis of neonatal sepsis and the influencing factors of intestinal flora.

Objective To study the postoperative MRI changes of the intracranial tumor. Methods 105 cases of brain tumor comfirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed and 15 cases of those were examined within a week after surgery prespectiviely. All cases were performed by postcontrast MRI at least one time after surgery. Results The findings of postoperative brain tumor on MRI were as follows:(1)The incidence of the benign postoperative enhancement was 52.4%.Its feature between 7 to 30 days presented as circular without any nodular or mass-like enhancement. The margin of enhanced ring was clear, thickness(usually

Objective To construct genetically engineered cells that secrete human TH and GDNF at the same time by stable co-transfection pcDNA3.0/hTH and pcDNA3.1/hGDNF in SH-SY5Y cells and study their effects on the gene therapy of Parkinson′s disease (PD). Methods pcDNA3.0/hTH and pcDNA3.1/hGDNF were constructed by inserting human TH and GDNF cDNA into pcDNA3.0 and pcDNA3.1, respectively. SH-SY5Y cells were transfected with pcDNA3.0/hTH and pcDNA3.1/hGDNF and the positive cell clones of human TH and GDNF cDNA engineered cells could be identified by RT-PCR. The engineered cells were co-cultured with primary dopaminergic neurons in mouse. The number and growth condition of primary dopaminergic neurons were examined by Immunocytochemistry. Results The number of primary dopaminergic neurons protected by double-gene engineered cells increased at least by 2.8 times in comparison with the control cells(P

OBJECTIVE To explore the feasibility, surgical method, surgical effect and postoperative complications of stage-I functional reconstruction of traumatic deviated nose deformityaccompanied with chronic rhino-sinusitis.METHODS 37 patients with traumatic deviated nose deformity accompanied with chronic rhino-sinusitis were selected in this study. Methods of stage-I reconstruction included endoscopic nasal septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinsus surgery(FESS), turbinectomy, rhinoplasty and so on.The patients were followed up for one month after operation. The shape of the nose was observed and the nasal bias was measured also.At 3 months after operation, the therapeutic effect about the chronic nasosinusitis was estimated by endoscopic check and patients' subjective symptom. The data obtained preoperatively and postoperatively were treated with statistical methods.RESULTS 37 patients with traumatic deviated nose deformity were selected in this study. The postoperative bias was 2.04 ?0.97 mm and preoperative bias was(6.64?2.21) mm.A t-test revealed the significant difference between pre-and postoperative bias(t=6.374, P

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination the contents of berberine hydrochloride in spring rain burns gels. Methods Analytical column was Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm?250 mm, 5 ?m) column with a mobile phase of Acetonitrile-1%H3PO4-Triethylamine (24∶76∶0.76), the detective wavelength was 345 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.088~0.440 ?g (r =0.999 7), and the average recovery was 98.13% with RSD=0.77% (n=6). Conclusion The method is rapid and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of spring rain burns gels.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 1999;0(10):-
Objective To study the relationship between MRI and histopathological findings of cerebral schistosomiasis, and the value of MRI on this disease. Methods 18 patients with cerebral schistosomiasis proved by pathological examination and laboratory test were enrolled in the study. Plain and Gd DTPA enhanced MRI were performed in all patients with GE 1.5 T MRI scanner. Results The lesions were located in infratentorial region in 7 cases and in supratentorial region in 11. There were three types of pathological pattern in the disease including focal encephalitis and meningiomas (5), granuloma (12), and encephalatrophy (1). Most of the lesions were iso or hypointensity on T 1WI, hyperintensity on T 2WI, with nodules, spot or ring like enhancement, and periphery edema. Conclusion MRI manifestations of cerebral schistosomiasis have specific features, which is a very important tool in early diagnosis and follows up for this disease.
