2.Some remarks on the clinics and surgical results in patients with Anquin's syndrome
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2000;6():34-38
Among 151 patients with closed vertebral spine in dorsal column sarcolumbar sites operated at the Department of Neurosurgery-Military Hospital 103 (from November 1981 to July 1998), there are 10 cases with Anquin's syndrome and behind spine of L5 hypertrophy. In clinics, the symptoms manifested such as pain in dorsal column-sacrolumbar sites and other disorders. Postoperative results showed that the surgical technique is not simple, behind spine L5 hypertrophy must be cut off. Otherwise, in the cases of weak sphincter or inflammation of epidural cells, making behind arch in combination with preserving interspinal ligament and supraspinal ligament was recommended.
