The application of H4 cream for treatment of 20 experimental traumatic wounds on rabbits has obtained some satisfactory results as follows: Reducing the inflammatory process, decreasing the quantity of bacteria on the wound’s surface and quantity of neutrophil in injury’s tissue. Accelerating the healing process including early debridement, proliferation of fibroblast and neo-angiovascular, promoting the granulation tissue, re-epithelialization and cicatrization and no side-effects.
