Acardic twining is a rare congenital anomaly, usually in monozygotic twins. This condition is characterized by the absence or rudimentary development of fetal hear, and associated with various anomaly(especially with anecephalus). The acardiac malformations are uniformly fatal in the affected twin, and mortality in the co-twin is as high as 55%. We recently experienced a case of acardius acephalus associated with a normal term male infant, so present with a brief review of the literature.

Cerebral rete mirabile, as an entity of particular disease, have been reported by many authors with various discussion in opinion. But, until now, despite of good agreement of its angiographic opinions, its exact pathogenesis and etiology has not been established. Authors have been experienced a pair of cerebral rete mirabile in identical twin girls, which were confirmed by cerebral angiography.

We have experienced a rare case of bilateral retinoblastoma in identical twins recently. Their mother noticed that elder sister gazed upward when she fixated some object 5 days ago. On visiting here, we could find out retinoblastoma in both eyes by ophthalmoscopic examination, and younger sister had same fundus. Therefore we enucleated both eye balls of elder sister because of aggrevation of retinoblastoma. Retinoblastoma was confirmed pa thologically. We have been following up periodically younger sister.

Intracranial aneurysms are usually regarded as congenital in origin but their etiology is unknown. The occurrence of familial aggregation of intracranial aneurysm is rare but well documented, and suggests a hereditary basis for some intracranial aneurysms. We experienced two cases of intracranial aneurysm in monozygotic twin brothers and reviewed literatures.
