1.Comparative study of effectivenesses of baking method on Aconiti kusnezoffii of different qualities

Objective To observe detoxifying effectivenesses of baking method on Aconiti kusnezoffii of different qualities and provide evidence for preparation standardization of Aconiti kusnezoffii of traditional Mongoli-an medicine.Methods Water flotation method is used to bracket the Aconiti kusnezoffii according density, and then bracket according size. The total diester alkaloids quality and total monoester Alkaloid quality were determined according to the high efficiency liquid chromatography method.Results The Braked products Aconiti kusnezoffii diameter above 1 cm (B -1), below 1cm (B -2), are prepared by baking method, and the sample of total monoester alkaloids contents are 0.39%,0.38%, 0.19%, 0.21% respectively; the total diester alkaloids contents are 0.18%,0.19%,0.29%,0.29%.Conclusion Use the baking method processing drugs effectiveness of Aconiti kusnezoffii are related with their quality.To suggest bracket the Aconiti kusnezoffii according density and size before preparing Aconiti kusnezoffii of traditional Mongolian medicine by baking method.
2.Determination of six aconitum alkaloid in traditional Mongolian medicine Menggenwusen-Wurile by HPLC

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determina-tion of aconitine, hypaconitine, mesaconitine, benzoylaconitine, benzoylhypacoitine and benzoylmesaconine in traditional Mongolia medi-cine Menggenwusen -Wurile. Methods Column was the Halo C18 HPLC column, mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -tetrahydrofuran (25∶15)as mobile phase A and 0.1 mol? L-1 of ammonium acetate so-lution as mobile phase B with gradient elution, the volume flow rate was 0.8 mL ? min-1 , column temperature was 30 ℃, detection wavelength was 235 nm.Results The concentration ranges of aconitine, hypaconi-tine, mesaconitine, benzoylaconitine, benzoylhypacoitine and benzoylmesaconine showed good linear relationship in the 3.48 ×10-3 -1.74 ×10-1 , 3.24 ×10 -3 -1.62 ×10-1 , 6.96 ×10 -3 -3.48 ×10-1 , 2.06 ×10 -3-1.03 ×10 -1 ,4.02 ×10 -3 -2.02 ×10 -1 ,6.66 ×10 -3 -3.33 ×10 -1 mg? mL-1 ( r were 0.999 5,0.999 0,0.999 0,0.999 9, 0.999 9, 0.999 9, respectively ) .The average recovery rates were 95.54%, 103.18%, 102.75%, 92.29%, 99.41%, 107.8%, respec-tively.RSDs were 3.70%,1.89%,4.94%,3.67%,4.29%, 3.89%, respectively.Conclusion This method is convenient, accurate and reproducible, applicable for detection of the monoester type alkaloids and diester type alkaloids in traditional Mongolia medicine Menggenwusen-Wurile.
