Study on the influence of appropriate sustained-release excipients on the release of propranolol hydrochloride from experimental sustained-release tablet. Hydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose and Avicel PH 101 could protect the release of propranolol hydrochloride from sustained-release tablet. Establish the coating with 2 types of polymers HPMC and Eudragit L100. Test the degree of dissolution during 12 hours and compare to the reference tablet. The release of propranolol hydrochloride from sustained release tablet prepared by the formula 20th was similar to that of reference tablet, the coefficient of f2=64.54. 2.Creation of chelated complex of hydro propyl - beta - cyclodextrin (HPLC) with dehydroepiadrosteron by spray - dry method

Quantify dehydrooepiandrosteron (DHEA) by HPLC to define melt degree of DHEA in HPCD solution and make up cheated complex of HPCD by spray-dry method. Result shows: HPCD increases clearly melt degree of DHEA in water. In survey interval following the method, melt degree of DHEA linear increase compare HPCN level in solution. The complexes of about 11% DHEA calculated on dried substance dissolved easily in water. The X-ray dif-fraction spectrum of the complexes was formless agent and different clearly compared the physical mixture spectrum HPCD/DHEA.
