Department of Ondonto-Stomatology of Hanoi Medical University. Report on Endodontic Treatment results with duration 1 year of 42 patients with pulp disease, who were treated in Ondonto-Stomatology Institute Vietnam follow up 1 year (1993-1994). The total result: 81.9% success, 11% uncertain, 7.1% failure. The result treatment of root canal status before obturation: Pulpitis: success 89.66%, uncertain 3.45%, failure: 6.9%. Necrotic pulp: success 58.33%, uncertain 33.33%, failure 8.33%. Re-treatment:1 case was treated successfully. The result of treatment of root apex status based on X ray: Uninjury apex root: sucess 90.48%, failure 9.52%. Injury sickle-shapre at root apex: success 100%.- Resorption at root apex under 3 mm: sucess 100%.
