Journal of Practical Medicine 2005;519(9):17-20
The cross-sectional study was carried out in 236 patients treated by laparoscopic surgery in obstetrics and gynecology, Military Hospital N0 103 from 2000 to 2005 to evaluate the results of this surgery. During 5 years, 236 surgeries were performed by laparoscopy including ectopic pregnancy, fallopian tubal infertility, benign ovarian cyst… For fallopian tubal infertility, the pregnancy rate postoperative accounted for 7-52% depend on each methods. Laparoscopic surgery showed many advantages: less complications shorten time of treatment, spent money... However, it is likely to have abdominal injury, expensive cost, lack of skilled surgeons, only suitable for center hospitals. It is necessary to carefully consider its indications. In addition, the authors also give some experiences about difficult surgeries to improve laparoscopic surgery.

Journal of Practical Medicine 2005;515(7):65-68
Study on 215 cases of tubal-infertility that examined and diagnosed at 103 Hospital by hysterosalpingography (HSG) from 2000-2005, of that 90 cases by laparoscopy. The results showed that: the most common causes of tubal-infertility was artificial abortion (46.7%), pelvic inflammatory diseases (29.9%), intrauterine device (9.3%) and pelvic surgery (7.4%). The role of HSG and laparoscopy in the diagnosis of tubal-infertility was that: it is helpful in the investigation of the patency of Fallopian tubes, and also in the treatment of tubal occlusion with the rate of post-HSG pregnancy was 2.3%. Laparoscopy has many advantages in the diagnosis of infertility due to blocked Fallopian tubes, not only showing the accuracy in the investigation of the patency of Fallopian tubes, but also showing type of and degree of tubal damage.

4.Some opinions of 67 patients with the torsive cystic ovary in the Gynaecological and Obstetrical Department of Hospital 103
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;435(11):11-12
The torsion of the pedicle is the complication of any ovarian cyst. This complication is more common with tumors of small or moderate size than the large ones. These tumors are usually benign and not adhesive. The incidence of torsion varies from 3.5 to 16%. Ultrasound could help us diagnose rapidly and accurately the size and characteristics of the ovarian cysts.
