1.The left ventricular diastolic dynfunction in diabetes type 2 with and without hypertension
Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;458(8):50-51
Investigate the correlation between the left ventricular diastolic functions and risk factor hypertension of 121 male type 2 diabetics admitted Hospital 103 from 2000 December to 2002 November. All patients were divided into 2 groups: 66 diabetics without hypertension, 55 diabetics with hypertension, and 103 healthy controls matched in age, gender, and BMI index. Results: getting diabetes will affect to left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. Combination of diabetes and hypertension will exacerbate left ventricular diastolic dysfunction

2.To evaluate the changes of left ventricular diastolic function in diabetes type 2 by Doppler ultrasound
Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;458(8):61-62
The case group consisted of 38 type 2 diabetics rat Hospital 103 who experienced diabetes <2 years, no hypertension and microvascular complications. Control group included 95 healthy people, match at age, gender, BMI index. Results: left ventricular dysfunction occurred in early stage of diabetes without microvascular complications and hypertension, and related to left ventricular hypertrophy

3.The correclation between left ventricular function and the cardiovascular complications of acute myocardial infarction
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2003;0(3):32-34
This study was carried out on 63 patients with acute myocardial infarction, who were divided in 2 groups: Groups 1 included 35 patients with serious cardiac outcomes (death in the 1st year; reinfarction; III, IV congestive heart failure and prolonged angina); Groups 2 included 28 patients, who had not these outcomes after 2 years. All patients were examined by echocardiography within 7 days of the onset of pain and followed up over 1 year. The results shoed that patients died due to acute myocardial infarction or cardiac shock, congestive heart failure, reinfarction, arrhythmia... often had dilatation of heart chambers, decreased systolic function of left ventricular, many patients were diastolic dysfunction. Therefore ultrasonographic indexes reflected significantly these signs in prognosis
