1.Investigation of anti acute inflammatory activity of beta-aminoceton which is derivative of anilin.
Pharmaceutical Journal 1999;282(10):18-19
Healthy rats with weight of 120-180 g were randomly divided into 4 groups. They tested the anti-acute inflamatory activity of T1 (3 -methoxy 4 hydroxy-5 bromobenzylidien para bromo anilin) and T2 (3-methoxy 4 hydroxy-5 nitrobenzylidien p-nitro anilin). The results have shown that T1 had a significant antiinflamatory activity after 2 h and 4 h of the test but had no antiflamatory activity after 6 h of the test comparing with the control. While the anti-inflamatory activity of T2 was not different from this in the control. This study concluded that the anti-inflamatory activity of derivatives of 5 bromo vanilin was better than this of derivatives of 5 -nitroanilin.

2.To assess the effectiveness of apheresis platelet transfusion is designed by cell extractive machine in patients with acute leukemia
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2003;280(1):32-45
In 2001-2002 period, at the Hospital of Hemotology and Blood Transfusion of Ho Chi Minh, a cross-sectioncal analytic descriptive study was carried out covering 92 cases thrombocyte transfusion for 67 patients with acute myoblastic and lymphoblastic leucemia. The results were analogue with those obstained by foreign authors concerning the indices of assessment of the efficacy of thrombocyte transfusion. The number of thrombocytes in a condensed unit of blood plaquettes obtained on the apparatus of extraction and isolation in comparing with body weight of Viet Nam subject had created optimal doses of thrombocyte transfusion in patients without associated factors increasing the consumption of blood plaquettes and these are the doses possibly attained in Vietnamese blood donor

3.To evaluate the results of bleaching teeth at home
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2003;0(4):36-38
From January to June 2000, 30 patients with discolored teeth were applied bleaching their teeth at home with Nuprogold 10-15%. The most common cause of discolored teeth was using tetracyclin, followed by flour and other factors. Results after bleaching mainly depend on the causes and level of staining. Home bleaching teeth treatment with Nuprogold (10-15%) is the best method for yellow and light brown teeth. External effects (sensitive, dull ache) mostly exist in all patients and decrease gradually after stop bleaching

4.Assessment the effectiveness to treat peridotis by the method of conservely treatment combination with the occluzan regulation
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;294(1):13-16
Conservely treatment and regulation occluzan on 35 patients with 116 teeth, these teeth haven occluzan trauma at Military hospital 103 from May 2001 to October 2003. The results showed that : The occluzan regulation by sharpen of early clink point make increase of quality in conservely treatment of periodontitis; Stabilized time is better tooth-shaking from degree II become degree I or normal

Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;294(1):55-58
Study on 31 patients with 82 chronic periodontotitis teeth, shaking from degree 1 to degree 3 were treated at Military Hospital 103 from June 2002 to June 2003. Those patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: 15 patients with 33 teeth in group 1 were treated no use composit periodontose splint; 16 patients with 49 teeth in group 2 were treated with use composit periodontose splint. Results: Use composit periodontose splint guarantee functional restore of odonto - Jaw, prevent bad - progress of this disease

6.Preliminary assessment of pharmacological effect of the Formula D1
Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;442(2):58-60
On experimental rats, the effect of pain relieve, of neuroleptic and acute toxicity of Formula D1 was studies. The formula composes of 9 componants (Bach truat, Hoang ky, Chi thuc, Moc huong, Nghe, Cam thao, Lac tien, Bach thuoc, Huong phu). It manifests an effects of analgesic on white mouse, experimented with the method of heat plate and Koster. The formula inhibits Central nervous system, it has not acute toxicity when administered orally in dose of 73 folds of therapeutic dose

7.Study on local treatment effect of Luong Dien Huong (Zanthoxylum Syzygium aromaticum) with inflamatgingival and periodontitis
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;296(3):10-14
Luong dien huong (Zanthoxylum Syzygium aromaticum) is discounted by fruit of Luong dien cham (Zanthoxylum) and bud of dinh huong (Syzygium aromaticum). Study on experimentation and clinical on 64 inflamatgingival and periodontitis patients from 20-60 years old treated in the Institute No103, from August 2002 to June 2003. Patients is divided into 2 groups: N1: 32 patients treated with LDH and N2: 32 patients treated with RK94 drug. The results showed that: Luong dien huong have clearly antiflammation effect as lessen inflamatgingival, increase on stable of tooth and lessen the deep of inflamatgingival. The results of treatment with inflamatgingival, periodontitis is: 68.75% good, 25% middle, 6.25% bad, similarly with RK94 drug (6.25% good, 28.1% middle and 6.25% bad)

8.To evaluate the effect of tooth-ointmently take by ultra method in treating inflamtgingival
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;296(3):20-23
Study on 70 patients with chronic inflamagingival at the age of 17-34 and 35-55. These patients have treatment with tooth-ointmently by ultra in the Institute No103, from October 2002 to October 2003. The results showed that: the cause of chronic inflamgingival was tooth-ointmently. In 2 studied groups, each patient have averagely 4 areas having tooth-ointmently, mainly inside of large molar tooth of lower jaw and outside of large molar tooth of upper jaw. The good results have achieved after one week and maintained after 3 months of treatment with tooth-ointmently by ultra combined with guiding dental hygiene. After 6 months, the good results have decreased highly. The patients need to take tooth-ointments again, to be guidlined and practised well dental hygiene

9.Study on effects of processing methods to acute toxicity and painkiller, anaesthesia effects of Cot khi cu
Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;456(7):44-46
Cot khi cu was studied on experiment animals. Pain relief effect was evaluated with 1% extract, sedative and hypnotic effect was compared with hexobarbital and acute toxicity was assessed by Lichfield Wilcozon Method. Results showed that raw and processed Cot khi cu did not cause acute toxicity, with a dose of 200 folds of clinical dose. In raw and processed Cot khi cu, there is no defference in pain relief effect. Roast Cot khi cu gave a better sedative effect than the raw Cot khi cu

10.Study on the anti inflammatory effect of cot toai bo in experimental animals
Journal of Medical Research 2003;25(5):8-12
The anti-flammatory effect of Drynaria fortunei was studied on rat’s hind paw edema induced by carrageenin. Results showed that its aqueous extract in the dose of 4g/kg body weight exerts anti-inflammatory effect. Acute effect of Drynaria fortunei is exhibited through the decreased quantity of exudation and the number of leucocyte in the exudation.
