Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2012;21(7):644-646
ObjectiveTo explore the relationship of adult attachment, coping style and job burnout among nurses.MethodsRelationship Questionnaire(RQ) and Experience of close relationships (ECR) inventory wereused to measure 360 nurses'adult attachment.Coping style scale and Maslach's Burnout Inventory-General Scale were used to measure subjects'coping strategies and job burnout. Results ①Distribution of adult attachment style in nurses were:103 for secure,86 for dismissing,67 for preoccupied and 21 for fearful.② There was significant positive correlation between attachment avoidance and denying the problem and mental disengagement ( r =0.136) ;attachrnent anxiety was positively related to deuying the problem and mental disengagement( r =0.386),and to avoiding the problems and shifting attention( r =0.347 ).③ Attachment avoidance was significantly related to depersonalization ( r =0.147 ) ; there were significant positive correlations between attachment anxiety and emotion exhaustion( r=0.362) and depersonalization ( r =0.390).④ There were no significant differences amongfour attachment groups on seeking emotional support and venting of emotions, avoiding the problems and shifting attention, and emotion exhaustion,ineffectiveness.⑤Regression analysis suggested that emotion exhaustion can be predicted by attachment anxiety and denying the problem and mental disengagement, while iueffectiveness only can be predicted by active coping focused on the problens.ConclusionBoth adult attachment and coping style are contributed to job burnout among nurses.
2.Analysis of Adult Attachment Styles of 50 Surgery Patients
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Objective: Analysis of adult attachment in a very stressful situation, i.e., surgery. Methods: Two widely used adult attachment measurements --Relationship Questionnaire(RQ) and Experiences in Close Relationship Inventory(ECR)-are administered to 50 surgery patients in a hospital. Their personal information is also collected. Results: The distribution of 50 patients' adult attachment is: 18(36%) of them are secure, 20(40%) Dismissing, 6(12%) Preoccupied, 6(12%) Fearful. Moreover, attachment anxiety measured by ECR has negative correlation with model-of-self measured by RQ (P

Objective To explore the relationship of adult attachment, life orientation style and job burnout among nurses. Methods Relationship Questionnaire (RQ) and Experience of close relationships (ECR) inventory were used to measure 566 nurses' adult attachment.Life orientation test (LOT-R) and Maslach's Burnout Inventory-General Scale (MBI-GS) were administrated to measure subjects'optimism, pessimism, and job burnout. Results ①Distribution of adult attachment style in nurses were 36% for secure,29.3% for dismissing,18.4%for preoccupied and 6.7% for fearful.②Attachment avoidance were positive correlated with pessimism (r =0.139) and negative correlated with optimism (r =-0.212) significantly; and there was significant positive correlation between attachment avoidance and ineffectiveness (r=0.122) also.Attachment anxiety was positively related to pessimism (r=0.151),and three indexes of job burnout (r=0.238,0.281,0.143 respectively).Meanwhile, there were significant negative correlations among optimism and job burnout indexes (r =-0.12,-0.193,-0.230).③There were significant differences among four attachment groups on optimism and pessimism. For job burnout, the four groups had significant differences only on depersonalization, instead of ineffectiveness and emotion exhaustion.④ Regression analysis suggested that attachment anxious was a valid positive predictor of job burnout, while optimism was a negative predictor. Conclusion Both adult attachment and life orientation style are contributed to job burnout among nurses.

Objective To explore the advantage of Body-Jet hydrodynamic liposuction system in autologous fat transplantation. Methods Through the unique hydrodynamic jet washing liposuction technology and the closed fat storage system, the fat was filtrated and purified, and then the fat was injected into the posterior space of greater pectoral muscle and breast tissue as well as subcutanous tissue of the breast with unique reverse-directed double orifice injector.During May 2015 to July 2016,27 patients were treated in our hospital and followed up for 30 to 180 days. Results All patients had good incision healing;there were no rugged skin, hematoma, seroma and other complications in the liposuction site.In 25 patients after augmentation the breast had rounded appearance and good feeling;1 patient presented liquefied fat,1 patient had poor survival of the injected fat;later 2 cases underwent second surgery. Conclusions The liposuction system can be applied in autologous adipose transplantation breast augmentation. The procedure is simple and quick. The survival rate after adipose transplantation is high with quick recovery. The shape of the breast is full and round with good feeling.

Objective To explore the correlations of adult attachment with interpersonal conflict resolu-tions styles and differences between soldiers and employees. Methods Relationship questionnaire (RQ),experi-ence in close relationships (ECR),and Rahim handling interpersonal conflict inventory (ROCI-II) were adminis-tered to 543 employees from different enterprises in Beijing and Liaoning province and 701 soldiers. Results The results suggested the distribution of adult attachment style between soldiers and employees were significantly differ-ent. Compared with employees, there were higher dismissing hat lower secure rate in soldier sample. On handling interpersonal conflict strategy indices, such as integrating, avoiding, dominating and obliging but not compromising (t_((1120))=1.97, P<0.05), there were no significant differences between soldiers and employees. Only on in-tegrating, there were significant ditterenees among four adult attachment styles (F_((3,1009))=10.18, P<0.001).Attachment avoidance had a significantly negative correlation with integrating, obliging and compromising (r=-0.31,-0.11,-0.13 respectively), while attachment anxiety had moderate but significant correlations with a-voiding, dominating and obliging and compromising (r=0. 16,0.35, 0.35, 0.39, 0.30 respectively). Conclu-sion Adult attachment is closely related to handling interpersonal conflict strategies, and there was difference on compromising between soldiers and employees.
