1.Roles of inflammasome in cerebral ischemia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2017;25(2):170-173
Innate immunity plays an important role in inflammatory injury after cerebral ischemia, and inflammasome is considered to be a key factor.Inflammasome is a macromolecular protein complex, can recognize pathogen-associated molecular patterns and damage-associated molecular patterns, and mediate immune inflammatory responses.Studies have shown that cerebral ischemia can induce the acute activation of the NLRP1 and NLRP3 inflammasomes. This article reviews the structure, activation and regulation of inflammasome, and the roles of inflammasome in cerebral ischemia.
2.Research Progress on the Animal Protein Production in the Bioregenerative Life Support System.
Space Medicine & Medical Engineering 2006;0(01):-
To realize long-term long distance space exploring flight, the bioregenerative life support system has to be applied.Producing animal protein in this system could increase its closure ability and stability. In this paper, researches and developments on the animal protein production in the bioregenerative life support system from various countries including our research results were introduced in detail through information analyses. The prospects in the future studies were also predicted. It has important references for our country to carry out related investigations.
3.The roles of men in family planning – a study of married men at the UKM primary care clinic
Malaysian Family Physician 2017;12(1):2-12
Introduction: Traditionally, family planning initiatives were concentrated on women despite it
being a family matter. As family dynamics evolved over the years, fathers’ involvement in family
planning has become crucial in enhancing the family well-being.

Chinese Journal of Health Management 2011;05(4):240-242
Objective To discuss the effects of health management model on mental health of undergraduates. Methods A total of 2244 freshmen from a college were randomly assigned to the study group (n =824) and the control group (n = 1420) in 2009. Chinese College Students Mental Health Scale (CCSMHS) was used to investigate the changes of the participants in the study group after receiving the health management and analyze psychological differences between 2 groups. Results In CCSMHS,all P was found to be less than 0. 05, except for anxiety ( t = 1.90, P = 0. 058 ), reliance ( t = 1.27, P = 0. 206), and impulse (t = -0. 60, P = 0. 551 ). In 8 dimensionalities with significant differences, scores were decreased after health management when compared with baselines. Instead of body ( t = - 1.38, P = 0. 168 ), all the other scores showed statistically significant differences between the 2 groups. Conclusion Mental health of those who received health management was better than those who didn't. However, anxiety, reliant, and impulse did not improve as a result of shorter intervention time, and the challenge facing psychology intervenion.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;05(1):45-46
Objective In order to investigate the interactions between the activities of daily living of children with post poliomyelitis and depression of their parents.Method 40 cases whose children were with post poliomyelitis were tested by SDSCR.Children's activity of daily living were tested with Barthel's index.Result 65% of parents whose children with post polimyelitis were depression.Their symptoms of depression were mainly moderate level. There are marked difference comparing with the domestic normal analyzing model. The activities of daily living of the post poliomyelitis's children was worse, the older their parent's age was the higher the incidence of depression occurred was. Conclusion We should pay attention to their parents emotion changes when we carry out the community rehabilitation of post poliomyelitis's children, and strive them for positive coperating our rehabilitation training.

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(12):958-960
Renal interstitial fibrosis is the common pathway for a variety of chronic renal disease to final stage renal failure, the main feature of it is the large accumulation of extra cellular matrix (ECM).Myofibroblasts is the major effector cells which lead to the synthesis of ECM,an important source of myofibroblasts is epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway take part in the regulation of EMT,which make it become a potential site of anti-fibrosis therapy.

Objective To observe the curative effect of 17β-estradiol on idiopathic ventricular arrhythmia (IVA) during peri-menopausal period and explore the association with IP3/Ryn expression of receptor-regulated calcium pool. Methods 32 cases IVA during peri-menopausal period (IVA group) and 32 cases healthy women during peri-menopausal period of the same levels of age (normal control group) were selected. The IVA group received oral 17β-estradiol for 2 months. The count of arrhythmia in IVA group was recorded, the IP3/Ryn 2 expression pre- and post-treatment in IVA group and normal control group were detected. Results Compared with pre-treatment, 17β-estradiol significantly reduced the occurrence of IVA (P<0.05). Compared with pre-treatment, 17β-estradiol significantly reduced IP3 expression(P<0.05), while there was no significant difference compared with normal control group. 17β-estradiol had no significant effect on Ryn 2 expression. Conclusion The anti-IVA effect of 17β-estradiol may be associated with the IP3 receptor gene expression.

China Oncology 1998;0(01):-
Over-expression of the HGF/SF-c-Met plays an important role in tumor metastasis. It has been demonstrated that activation of its pathway may promote almost every step of tumor metastasis. Recently, blocking its pathway to prevent tumor cell metastasis has become a focus in anti-tumor studies. This review will address the progress in studies on the effects of HGF/SF-c-Met on growth, invasion, and metastasis of tumors and inhibitors of its pathway.
