Objective To explore the efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in the treatment of parapelvic cyst. Methods From August 2005 to December 2008,16 cases of parapelvic cyst were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic deroofing and decompressing in our hospital.Under general anaesthesia,an operational space was established via retroperitoneal route. And then, along the urethra, the parapelvic cyst was explored.Afterwards, the cyst was unroofed 3 to 5 mm from the normal renal tissues. Results The operation was completed in 15 of the patients with a mean operation time of(75?20) minutes and mean blood loss of(28?8) ml.No injuries to the kidney pedicle or pelvis occurred.Another patient was converted to open surgery because of difficulty in exposure of the cyst. This series were followed up for a mean of 13 months(range,6 to 20 months). No one had recurrence during the period. Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic deroofing is minimally invasive, safe and effective or parapelvic cyst.It should be the first choice for the disease.

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2014;(13):2061-2064
Objective To analyse the suspected hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC) in mismatch repair protein (MMR) expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2. Methods Immunohistochemical staining method was used for the detection of hMLH1 and hMSH2 protein expression in 193 cases suspected HNPCC patients, the deletion of MMR proteins was identified as highly suspected HNPCC cases. Results Of the 193 patients with suspected HNPCC hMLH1/hMSH2 abnormal expression rate was 29.02%; ≤30 years old was 40%, 31 ~ 40 years old was 28.05%, 41 ~ 50 years old was 28.71%,3 suspected HNPCC showed the deletion of hMLH1/hMSH2 protein expression at the same time ,; In the right colon , the left half colon and rectal anomaly detection rates were 40.74%, 32.65%and 18.89%; hMLH1/hMSH2 deletion was 46.15%with family history. Conclusions The deletion of MMR protein is closely related to age, site and family history in suspected HNPCC, and the deletion of hMLH1 is an important factor to induce early-set colorectal cancer. The deletion of hMLH1/hMSH2 at the same time indicates that hMLH1/hMSH2 genes may play important role in the incidence of HNPCC.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2015;(10):1166-1170
Objective A serum metabolic profiling in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) rat was established to screen potential metabolic markers of AMI prognosis and complication. Methods Male Wistar rats(n=20)were divided randomly into AMI 1 week group and control group. Anterior descending coronary was ligated in rats in AMI 1 week group to establish AMI model. After one week, these rats were sacrificed and the blood was collected from heart. And metabolomics platform was used to analyze serum metabolic profile. After PCA (principal component analysis) and OPLS-DA (Orthogonal partial least squares-Discriminant Analysis) were established, SPSS 19.0 was used to analysis data to get the potential metabolic markers. Results The PCA and OPLS-DA were established successfully and 27 metabolites present differently in levels between AMI 1 week group and the control group. Among these metabolites, LysoPC (lysophosphatidylcholine) and LysoPE (lysophosphatidyl ethanolamine) demonstrate significant differeance between these two groups. Conclusion The metabolic disorder in AMI patients can be reflected from the serum metabolic profiling. And these significant metabolites provide sup?port and reference for the prevention of AMI complication and its treatment.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(9):813-814
ObjectiveTo analyze the prevalence of urinary incontinence in stroke patients in the convalescent stage, and the characteristics of different type of incontinence. Methods176 stroke patients in the convalescent stage were classified as urinary incontinence and continence, the former were classified as with and without awareness of the need to void. Their features were reviewed. ResultsThe incidence of urinary incontinence was 26.1%. No differences were observed for sex, types, and locations of the focus. There was statistic difference of the single/multiple lesions between the incontinence and the continence (P<0.05). There was statistic difference in parietal lobe lesions and cognitive dysfunction among the patients with and without awareness of the need to void (P<0.05). ConclusionThe urinary incontinence in stroke patients in the convalescent stage tend to occur in the patients with multiple lesions, and those without awareness of the need to void is associated with parietal lobe and the cognitive dysfunction.

Objective To study the effect of methylprednisolone on serum interleukin-1(IL-1),8,10 during immature myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods A total of 70 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group(n=10),model group(n=30)and drug group(n=30).And the later 2 groups were observed at 0.5 h after ischemia and 2,4,8,12,24 h after reperfusion with 5 rats in each group and the control group were observed only at 12 h.The rat model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(MIRI)was established.Morphology changes were observed and the levels of serum IL-1,8,10 were examined. Results Compared with model group, inflammatory response in drug group weaken clearly,IL-1,8 were lower(Pa

Objective To investigate the aging-related changes in gap junction protein-connexin 43 (Cx 43) in rats and their effect on the high incidence rate of ventricular arrhythmia in aged rats. Methods The 64 healthy male Fischer 344 (F344) rats were randomly divided into four age groups (n=16,each): 3-6 months (juvenile), 9-12 months (young-adult), 18-21 months (middle-aged) and 24-26 months (aged). The incidence rate of ventricular arrhythmia was recorded by monitoring their limb-lead Electroa rdiogram(ECG). Morphological changes of ventricular myocardium were observed under optical microscope in Hematoxylin (HE) and Masson's stain. The distribution of connexins 43 (Cx43) and deophosphatase (NP) Cx43 was observed by confocal immunofluorescence microscopy and the Cx43 and NP-Cx43 protein expression was assessed by Western-Blot. Results The incidence rate of ventricular arrhythmia was much higher in aged group (75.0%) than in other three groups (0%,0%,12.5%), all P<0.05, and the aged group showed that ventricular muscle cells were hypertrophy and arrayed sparsely and disorderly with hyperplasia of connective tissues. The distribution of Cx43 changed from end-to-end to disordered arrangement and the total expression amount of Cx43 decreased as age increased (P<0.05). The expression amount of NP-Cx43 in middle-aged rats was notably decreased than in juvenile and aged rats (P<0.05). Conclusions For aged rats, the high incidence rate of ventricular arrhythmia may be associated with ventricular myocardium reconstruction, disarrangement of ventricular muscle cells and gap junction proteins, decreased expression amount of Cx43 and relatively increased NP-Cx43.
