Objective:In view of the current existing in the construction of hospital information system, poor compatibility between the software, data sharing difficult shortcomings, puts forward the solution based on Web service to realize the hospital information resources integration and sharing. Methods: Using medical digital image communication standard (DICOM), medical layer 7 (HL7) and Web service technology, through constructing a unified hospital information integration platform to integrate hospital information system (HIS), medical imaging system (PACS) and radiology information system (RIS). Results: Based on Web service integration platform can apply complex heterogeneous system, support custom adapter connection, reduce the coupling between modules, improve the commonality of data, system have strong extensibility. Conclusion:The application of integration technology will greatly improve the hospital the system stability, security, compatibility and efficiency, and the hospital running maintenance costs were reduced.

Approximately 3% of all head and neck neoplasms originate in the parotid gland and less than 1% are oncocytic. We present the rare case of a 63-year-old woman with oncocytic carcinoma of the parotid gland with facial nerve invasion and discuss the characteristics of this rare entity. Based on the results of medical history, physical examination, computed tomography and postoperative histopathological diagnosis, oncocytic carcinoma of the parotid gland was diagnosed. Treatment involved complete parotid gland removal and right neck dissection. Adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy were followed by operation. As of 9 months following surgery, no recurrence has been identified, but long-term results are undefined.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of gefitinib on the treatment of advanced NSCLC with brain metastases.Methods 17 cases received gefitinib 250 mg/m2/d,30 days a cycle.Results Objective response rate of 35.3% was achieved,and DCR was 70.6% ,the toxic reactions could be controlled with relative therapy.Conclusion Gefitinib is effective and well tolerable for advanced NSCLC with brain metastases.It is worth to be used.

Objective: To investigate the influence of the closed re-infusion of intestinal juice and EN on the treatment of intestinal fistula.Methods: The study group was composed of 21 patients of intestinal fistula from October 2004 to December 2006.The fistulae was in the 50 cm of the proximate jejunum and caused by trauma and operatin.The leak amount of intestinal juice was more than 1 000 mL.The protein level in serum and the absorption rates of the glucose,fat and nitrogen after the reinfusion of the intestinal juice were measured.Resutls: The protein level in serum and the absorption rates of the glusose,fat and nitrogen was increased after the re-infusion of the intestinal juice.Conclusion: The absorption of the glucose,fat and nitrogen in EN and the protein level in serum can be increased after the closed re-infusion of the intestinal juice.

Background Choroidal neovascularization (CNV) is one of the causes of blindness in multiple eye diseases.Researches showed that complement system participates in the pathogenesis of CNV.Objective This study was to construct the recombinant of complement factor B-small interference RNA (CFB-siRNA) expression vector and to observe its inhibitory effect on human umbilical vein endothelial cells (ECV-304).Methods CFB gene primers were designed based on human CFB gene,and an expression vector of CFB-siRNA was constructed by inserting CFB-siRNA into pRNAT-U6.1/Neo plasmid.Recombinant plasmids were confirmed by the digestion analysis of restriction endonuclease,and all inserted sequences were verified by DNA sequencing.The recombinant pRNAT-U6.1/CFB-siRNA plasmid and the blank plasmid were transfected into ECV-304 cells in the CFB-siRNA group and blank plasmid group by electroblot,respectively,and non-transfected cells served as the normal control group.The cells were observed under the fluorescence microscope 48 hours after transfection,and the transfective efficiency was calculated.The relative expression of CFB mRNA in the cells of different groups was detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR).MTT was employed to calculated the growth inhibitory rates of the cells 24,48 and 72 hours after transfection.The percentages of the cells in different cell cycles were detected by flow cytometry.Results The sequence of the target vector was identical to the designed sequence.The green fluorescence protein (GFP) was seen in both the CFB-siRNA group and the blank plasmid group.The relative expression levels of CFB mRNA were 0.07 ±0.04,0.14 ±0.02 and 0.14 ±0.03 in the CFB-siRNA group,the blank plasmid group and the normal control group,respectively,a significant difference was obtained among the three groups (F=233.05,P =0.00);the expression level of CFB mRNA in the CFB-siRNA group was significantly declined in comparison with the blank plasmid group and the normal control group (both at P＜0.05).The growth inhibitory rates of the cells were (23.45 ±0.01) ％,(33.48 ±0.02) ％ and (45.49±0.01) ％ at 24,48 and 72 hours after transfection,respectively,a significant difference was obtained among the three groups (Fgroup =212.99,P =0.00);the growth inhibitory rates in CFB-siRNA group were significantly higher than that in the blank plasmid group and normal control group (all at P＜ 0.05).The percentages of G1 phase cells were (44.4 ±0.5) ％,(25.8 ±0.4) ％ and (27.9 ± 0.6) ％ in the CFB-siRNA group,the blank plasmid group and the normal control group respectively,a significant difference was obtained among the three groups (F=58.98,P=0.00).The percentages of G1 phase and G2 phase cells in the CFB-siRNA group were significantly higher than those in the blank plasmid group and the normal control group (all at P＜0.05).Conclusions Recombinant pRNAT-U6.1/CFB siRNA inhibits the proliferation of ECV-304 cells effectively by arresting the cells in G1 intermediate phase of the growth cycle.

Objective To detect the expression of a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs 4 (ADAMTS4),Versican,and Aggrecan in hearts of myocardial infarction rats.Methods Male Wistar rats were chosen to make myocardial infarction model.Fifteen rats were randomly assigned into the myocardial infarction group and five rats into the sham-operation group.Rats were killed 3 d after surgery and the left ventricles were taken to produce frozen section.ADAMTS4,Versican,and Aggrecan protein expressions were detected by imnunohistochemistry method.Results ADAMTS4 expressed in myocardial cells at marginal zone of the infarcted area.ADAMTS4 expressed weakly while Versican expressed strongly in capillary endothelial cells of marginal zone of the infarcted area.Aggrecan showed no expression in the cardiac tissue and vascular endothelium of both myocardial infarction group and sham-operation group.Conclusions ADAMTS4 is involved in the inflammation after myocardial infarction.Degradation of ADAMTS4 to Versican exists in the vessels after myocardial infarction.Aggrecan is not involved in the pathophysiological process of myocardial infarction.

Objective:To compare therapeutic effects and safety of intracoronary (IC ) abciximab and intravenous (IV) abciximab on ST‐elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) . Methods:The databases of PubMed ,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials ,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) and CNKI were retrieved on computers for collecting randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about comparison of therapeutic effects between IC abciximab and IV abciximab published from Jan 1993 to Jun 2014. At the same time ,the data included literature , conference abstracts and related websites were retrieved manually .The data of eligible RCTs were extracted and re‐ceived meta‐analysis using RevMan5.0 software .Results:A total of seven RCTs were enrolled .Meta‐analysis indi‐cated that incidence rate of recurrent myocardial infarction in IC abciximab group was significantly lower than that of IV abciximab group (OR= 0.61 ,95% CI:0.40~0.92 , P=0.02 );there were no significant difference in all‐cause mortality (OR=0.85 ,95% CI :0.59~1.23 ,P=0.39) ,target vessel revascularization rate (OR=0.66 ,95%CI :0.40~1.09 , P=0.10) and incidence rate of major bleeding (OR=1.00 ,95% CI :0.68~1.47 , P=0.99) be‐tween IC abciximab group and IV abciximab group . Conclusion:The IC abciximab can more significantly reduce in‐cidence rate of recurrent myocardial infarction in STEMI patients .

Objective: To explore the correlation of plasma level N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in patients with non-diabetic acute myocardial infarction (AMI) combining stress hyperglycemia.
Methods: A total of 327 non-diabetic AMI patients treated in our hospital from 2012-02 to 2014-05 were studied. The patients were divided into 2 groups according to fasting blood glucose level:Stress group, the patients with blood glucose≥7.0 mmol/L, n=182 and Non-stress group, the patients with blood glucose<7.0 mmol/L, n=145. The basic clinical condition, laboratory tests within 24 hours of onsets, echocardiography and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram were examined;the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) including arrhythmia, heart failure, cardiac shock and sudden cardiac death in 2 weeks of onsets were analyzed and compared between 2 groups.
Results: The patients’ age, gender, history of hypertension, smoking, drinking, and blood levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were similar between 2 groups, P>0.05. Plasma levels of NT-proBNP, CK-MB, MYO, ultra-TnI, ALT, AST and blood glucose level were signiifcantly different between 2 groups P<0.01. NT-proBNP level was positively related to
ultra-TnI (r2=0.811, r=0.901, P<0.01). Stress group presented obviously higher incidence of MACE (P<0.05), lower LVEF (P<0.01), and signiifcantly increased left ventricular end diastolic diameter, left ventricular end systolic diameter (P<0.01) than those in Non-stress group.
Conclusion: Plasma levels of NT-proBNP may judge the severity and evaluate recent prognosis in patients with non-diabetic AMI combining stress hyperglycemia, it could be used as a risk indicator for relevant patients in clinical practice.
