International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(5):478-
The research and establishment for the internet and information digitalization of traditional Chinese medicine have been greatly developed in the past thirty years, keeping paces with times. The database system has been extensively applied in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. The establishment of sharing databases for Chinese medicine will lay the foundation for inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.

Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2001;10(2):87-89
Objective To study β-AR density relativity between porcine myocardial tissue and circulating lymphocytes and clinical significance .Methods 48 porcines(seven months old),were taken a few of myocardial tissue and peripheral blood.Assay β-AR density with radioactive isotope to study the relativity. Results Scatter plot of β-AR density circulating lymphocytes and myocardial tissue showed linear Correlation(r=0.845,P<0.001 Y=0.002527X+0.726).Conclusion There was obvious correlation on β-AR density in circulating lymphocytes and myocardial membrane of pigs.Determination of β-AR density in circulating lymphocytes can reflect alteration of that in myocardial tissue. Therefore,we can use it to monitor and investigate self-induced and drug-induced β-AR changes.

China Pharmacist 2015;(6):1067-1069
Objective:To establish a GC method for determining the content of amantadine hydrochloride in pediatric paracetamol and amanatadine hydrochloride granules. Methods:The ingredients were separated on an Agilent DB-5 quartz capillary column (30 m ×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm), the carrier gas was N2,and the flow rate was 1 ml·min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 130℃, the injection temperature was 250℃,the detection temperature was 280℃ with an FID as the detector , the injection volume was 2 μl, and the split ratio was 20∶1. Results:A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of amantadine hydrochloride within the range from 0.103 2 to 6.456 0 mg·ml-1(r =0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.18%(RSD=0. 11%, n=6). Conclusion:The method is specific, accurate, reliable and reproducible, which can be used in the quality control of pediatric paracetamol and amanatadine hydrochloride granules.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2010;19(4):246-249
The chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells are not only tumor cells, but also immune cells. Dysfunction of these tumor cells can induce many kinds of autoimmune diseases, which mainly are hematological complications. The clinical manifestations involve decreased amount of erythrocytes, platelets, or leukocytes. The pathogenesis of such complications is not very clear. Misdiagnoses and missed diagnoses often occur. Generally, the treatment protocols are similar to those of primary autoimmune diseases. The main concerns are how to give considerations to both chronic lymphocytic leukemia and autoimmune diseases simultaneously.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(03):-
Pre-disease is a condition in which characteristic symptoms are not prominent. That is to say pre-disease is lack of key proof to be diagnosed as a disease, but has common symptoms as well as signs. It is said in Inner Canon of Huangdi that "prefer prevention to treatment",which needs doctors to find unusual symptoms in early stage of diseases then take positive preventive measures to help patients regain health.Diabetes mellitus(DM) is one of the life style-related diseases which associated with unhealthy habits of human beings.Pre-diabetes mellitus mainly refers to impaired glucose tolerance(IGT).With the help of modern medical technology, doctors and patients should focus on pre-diabetes by combining TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation and health care,in order to stop DM at early stage.

China Pharmacist 2017;20(3):565-567
Objective:To improve the quality standard for Shengji ointment. Methods:A TLC method was used to identify Resina draconis and Olibanum. An HPLC method was used to determine the content of silver sulfadiazine. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. The determination was performed on a Wondasil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid(8: 92). The injection volume was 5 μl. Results:The TLC spots were clear, specific and repro-ducible. A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak areas and the concentrations of sulfadiazine within the range of 40. 97-1024. 18 μg·ml-1(r=0. 9999). The average recovery was 100. 17% (RSD=0. 64%,n=6). Conclusion: The methods are easy-operated, specific, reproducible and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of the preparation.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(10):-
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between surgical manipulation and hematogenous spreading micrometastasis in patients with colorectal carcinoma.MethodsNested RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of cytokeratin 20 (CK20) mRNA in the peripheral blood of 37 colorectal cancer patients without distal metastasis (experimental group) undergoing radical resection which were subdivided into group A (tumor drainage veins were first ligated) and group B (without precedent ligation of the veins). Results CK20 mRNA was positive by nested RT-PCR in the peripheral blood in 9 out of 10 colorectal cancer patients with known distant metastasis, while it was negative in all 10 volunteers and all 10 patients with benign colorectal lesions. CK20 mRNA was detected in 14 of 37 (37 8%) cases in the peripheral blood sampled preoperatively, while the positive ratio rose to 59 5% (22/37) during surgical procedures (? 2=4 900, P0 05). ConclusionCK20 mRNA by nested RT-PCR was highly sensitive and specific for the determination of circulating micrometastasis in colorectal cancer patients. Surgical manipulation significantly increased the incidence of hematogenous spreading micrometastasis, which can′t be prevented by precedent ligation of the refluent veins of the tumor during operation.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of modified total pelvic reconstruction for pelvic organ prolapse in elderly women. Methods 105 patients required operation for treatment of pelvic organ prolapse were enrolled in this study.Patients were divided into experimental group (n =68,treated with the modified total pelvic reconstruction) and control group (n=37,receiving prolift procedure). Objective indexes including bleeding volume, operative time, residual urine volume, postoperative complications, medical expenses, hospitalization time were recorded.Clinical efficacy and follow-up results were recorded and compared between the two groups at 6 months after operation. Results Bleeding volume and hospitalization costs were lower in experimental group than in control group (both P<0.05),while the operative time, residual urine volume, time out of bed, anal exhaust time, the maximum body temperature, mean postoperative hospital stay showed no significant differences between the two groups (all P>0.05).Vaginal perforation was observed in 7 cases, with 4 cases in experimental group and 3 cases in control group. No serious complications such as bladder and rectum perforation were observed.According to pelvic organ prolapse quantitation (POP-Q) score,64 cases (94.1%) were cured and 4 cases (5.9%) were invalid in experimental group, while 36 cases (97.3%) were cured and 1 case (2.7%) was invalid in control group. The noninferiority test showed that clinical efficacy in experimental group was non-inferior to that in control group (u=2.252,P<0.05).Conclusions Modified total pelvic reconstruction is an effective and safe minimally invasive surgery, which is similar to prolift surgical operation, but it is relatively inexpensive, which is easier to be accepted by Chinese patients, with a great perspective in clinical application.
