Objective To explore the effect of treadmill exercises on disuse osteoporosis and the media effect of OPG-RANKL-RANK system of osteoclast differentiation in the process.Methods Forty six-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into a normal control group,a disuse model group,a normal recovery group and an exercise recovery group,each of 10.The normal control group were sacrificed 4 weeks later without receiving any special treatment.The disuse model group were sacrificed after 4 weeks of tail suspension.The normal recovery group were sacrificed after 4 weeks of tail suspension and keeping quiet for 4 weeks.The exercise recovery group were sacrificed after 4 weeks of tail suspension and another 4 weeks of treadmill exercises.The indicators of bone mineral density (BMD),bone histomorphometry,bone tissue TRACP-5b staining,bone metabolism and cytokines related to the osteoclast differentiation OPG-RANKL-RANK system were tested immediately after the rats were sacrificed.Results The BMD,trabecular bone volume percentage (TBV),trabecular bone width (Tb.Wi),concentration of serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and the gene expression of bone marrow oculopneumoplethysmograph (OPG) of the disuse model goup were significantly lower than those of the normal control group (P＜0.01),while the trabecular bone spacing (Tb.Sp),average positive staining area percentage (APSAP) of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRACP)-5b,concentration of serum Ca2+ and TRACP-5b and the gene expression of bone marrow cytokines including RANKL,macrophage colony-stinulating factor (M-CSF),RANK,interleukin (IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α of the disuse model goup were significantly higher than those of the normal control group (P＜0.01).The BMD,TBV,Tb.Wi,concentration of serum ALP and the gene expression of bone marrow OPG of the exercise recovery group were significantly higher than those of the normal recovery group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).The Tb.Sp,APSAP,concentration of serum Ca2+ and TRACP-5b and the gene expression of RANKL,M-CSF,RANK,IL-6 and TNF-α of the exercise recovery group were significantly lower than those of the normal recovery group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion The 4-week tail suspension can lead to disuse osteoporosis in rats.Treadmill exercise can promote the recovery of rats with the disuse osteoporosis.The occurrence of disuse osteoporosis and the effect of exercises on disuse osteoporosis were related with the expressing of OPG-RANKL-RANK system-related cytokines of osteoclast differentiation in bone marrow microenvironment.

Purpose　To improve the diagnostic level of liver and spleen traumatic rupture in CT. Methods　39 cases of liver and spleen traumatic rupture diagnosed with CT images,analyzed comparing with CT findings,surgical outcome and clinical representation. Rusults　There are two categories of CT findings in cases of liver and spleen traumatic rupture. Liver and spleen traumatic avulsion: 7cases represented high density patches in liver and spleen parenchyma; 4cases represented low density zonary focus;18 cases represented irregular low density patches. 11 cases represented multi-spots of high density in above mentioned focuses. Hematoma under envelop of liver and spleen: 15 cases represented same or low density lunular focuses lying the edge of liver and spleen, some fresh hematoma represented high density. Conclusion　For diagnosing the liver and spleen traumatic rupture, following CT findings are valuable: ①Irregular high and low density bleeding focuses in liver and spleen; ②Lunular low density hematoma under envelop of liver; ③ Celiac hematocele symptom.

Objective To investigate the effects of Additive Foshousan(AFSS) on the serum levels of estradiol and progesterone in rats with primary dysmenorrhea. Methods SD rats were divided into six groups, each 10. Group 1 was normal control , groups 2,3 and 4 were treated with low, middle and high dose of AFSS(0.75, 1.5 and 3.0 g/kg) respectively, group 5 as positive controls was treated with Yuanhuzhitong tablets (1 mg/kg)and group 6 served as model control. Except the normal control group, all rats were injected diethylstilbestrol and oxytocin to establish primary dysmenorrhea model. The levels of estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P) in rats serum was determined by ELISA method and the ratio of E2/P was calculated. Results In middle and high dose of AFSS groups, the level of E2(48.27±6.42)pg/L,(47.51±7.03)pg/L respectively were lower than that in model group(54.47±9.12)pg/L and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In low dose of AFSS group, the level of E2 was(50.83±6.26)pg/L and the difference was no statistically significant compared with model group. In all doses of AFSS groups,The content of P(687.41±21.14)ng/L, (720.47±41.03)ng/L, (719.78±32.01)ng/L respectively were higher than that in the model control group (667.32±46.51)ng/L and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or<0.01). In middle and high dose of AFSS groups, the content of P were higher than that of Yuanhu-Zhitong tablets group(699.31±36.31)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion To reduce the content of E2, increase of P the content and decrease ratio of E2/P is one of the mechanism for AFSS to treat primary dysmenorrhea.

Aiming at the problems in the post competency training of eight year clinical medical students such as the deficiency of humanistic spirit and communication ability,insufficient capacity of clinical skills training and clinical problem-solving,the lacl of academic research ability and innovative spirit,and according to the practical requirements for clinical personnel,we elaborated the required post competence for eight-year medical students on the basis of its basic concept and intention.We proposed strengthening the cultivation of eight-year medical students by improved course plan and cultivation process,perfected assessment system,enhanced construction of teachers in order to make the students competent to their posts,and we also made some beneficial attempts in formulating and implementing the talent training scheme based on post competency.

The success of yielding induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells from human somatic cells demonstrates the important role of reprogramming in the formation of stem/progenitor cells and initiates the exploration of the origin of leukemia stem cells. In our previous work, we have found two types of leukemia, bona fide leukemia and non-bona fide leukemia. Different leukemias originate from different leukemia stem/progenitor cells which are critical to the genesis and evolution of leukemia. Bona fide leukemia and non-bona fide leukemia originate from leukemia stem cells and progenitor cells, respectively. Recent research suggests that different types of leukemia are influenced by the reprogramming state of their origin cells.

Immune and hemopoiesis are one of basic project of experimental hematology. Immune function is a essential activity of white blood cells. It was puzzled for the diversity and complexity of immune response. Polarized immune response of immune cells was discovered 30 years ago, which facilitates the study on differentiation of lymphocyte. Recently recognition on multifunctional polarized immune response of lymphocyte and monocyte/macrophage would promote to elucidate the regulatory network of immune cells, diversity and complexity of immune response as well as the study on hemopoiesis. In this paper the approach of multifunctional polarized immune response of lymphocyte, monocyte/macrophage and dendritic cells were reviewed, and their role, especially in cytokine storm and tumor pro-inflammation condition were discussed.

Objective To investigate effect of butylphthalide on serum sex hormone,5-HT and sleep quality in patients with stroke sleep disorder. Methods 240 patients with stroke sleep disorder in our hospital were selected,according to clinical medication were divided into 2 groups.Control group (n=120) were treated by routine treatment, experimental group (n=120) was treated on the base of the control group with butylphthalide.Serum sex hormones, 5-HT and PSQI levels were detected after the treatment.Results Compared with the control group,LH, FSH levels of the experiment were higher(P<0.05),E2 level was lower(P<0.05),serum 5-TH level was higher(P<0.05),PSQI score was lower(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Butylphthalide can improve stroke sleep disorder serum sex hormone and 5-HT levels, improve sleep quality, has guiding significance for the treatment.

Cancer stem cells (CSC) are related to the progression,recurrence and drug-resistance of tumor.MicroRNAs have been reported to correlate to the self-renewal of cancer cells.They can regulate cell cycle and thus interfere with the cell fate.Recent publications have clafified that microRNA can effect on cancer stem cells' self-renewal either by regulate targeted genes directly,or through wnt,notch and Hedgehog pathways.

Bacterial biofilm is responsible for a wide variety of nosocomial infections.Many chronic infectious diseases are closely correlated with biofilm formation in the clinic.As the biofilm growth,bacterial clusters detachment and dispersal from mature mixed-species biofilms will result in repeated acute infections.Here reviews three distinct biofilm dispersal strategies: swarming dispersal,clumping dispersal and surface dispersal.Many factors,such as heredity and increased fluid shear in the environment,contribute to this complex and dynamic process.Fundamental investigation upon biofilm will benefit clinical therapy of biofilm-associated infections.
