1.Advance in Metabolism of n-Alkane and Metabolic Engineering of Candida tropicalis
Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
Metabolism of n-alkane mainly includes ?-oxidation pathway and ?-oxidation pathway in Candida tropicalis, which are both catalyzed by a series of enzymes. The transformation from n-alkane to fatty acid is accomplished via ?-oxidation pathway, and the degradation of fatty acid is involved in ?-oxidation pathway. The mechanism on metabolism of n-alkane and studies on related enzymes are summarized in the review. Furthermore, some molecular genetics and metabolic engineering techniques related to Candida tropicalis developed in recent years are introduced.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2003;0(11):-
Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of special ectopic pregnancy(SEP).Methods Ultrasonography was performed in 31 patients with SEP.The sonographic features of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler of SEP were analyzed and the sonographic results were correlated with surgical and pathologic findings. Results Ultrasonography accurately diagnosed interstital tubal pregnancy in 21 cases, cervical pregnancy in 4,isthmus pregnancy in 2,rudimentary horn pregnancy in 1,and 3 cases were misdiagnosed, thus, the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound for SPE was 90.3% .Conclusions Ultrasonography has an important role in diagnosing SEP.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1992;0(00):-
Transcatheter electrical ablation was performed in 5 patients, none of them showed clinical effectiveness for treatment of antiarrhythmic drugs, with recurrent sustained ventricular tachycardia (VT). The localization of ventricular ectopic focus mainly depended upon the results of pace mapping. Energy used for each transcatheter electrical ablation (TEA) was usually 150-250J and the total energy was 550J to 800J respectively for each patient. No recurrence of VT was ob-served in 4 cases during 19 to 41 (mean 26. 8) months of follow-up period, two of them without adminstration of drug. Sustained VT relapsed during the 4th months after ablation in one case, however, heart rate during VT was much slower than before. Our experience suggests that long-term effectiveness of TEA for treatment of drug-resist VT is inspiring.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2007;0(01):-
[Objective] To observe the inhibiting capacity of Bingcha Shuan Containing serum to HEPG2 cells' reproductive activity and to conjecture.Bingcha Shuan has the potential to cure the liver carcinoma.[Method]According to serum pharmacology,HEPG2 cells were cultured in vitro and interfered by various concentrations of Bingcha Shuan contained serum for 24,48 hours respectively. The inhibiting capacity of the Bingcha Shuan contained Serum to HEPG2 cells were detected by MTT.[Result] The Bingcha Shuan contained Serum has the inhibiting capacity to HEPG2 cells in some degree. And there was a marked positive correlation between drug concentration, time and inhibition ratio.[Conclusion] It is suggested that Bingcha Shuan has the inhibiting capacity of cell proliferation and it can provide the support on how to cure the liver cancer of clinic.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(05):-
Objective To explore the clinical characters and the relationship between prognosis and treatment in childhood acute non-lymphocytic leukemia(ANLL).Method We summarized and analyzed the cases with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia in children patients from our hospital admission between Jan 2003 and Sep 2007.Results ①The M1,M2 subtype of childhood ANLL were about 37.1%;the clinical situation was various;extramedullary infiltration was not uncommon;②A totle complete remission(CR)rate was 68.6% and the CR rate of one course chemotherapy was 40.1%;③The CR rate of acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL)was 87.5% and a average of continues CR(CCR)was 33 months after the treatment of ATRA combined with As2O3;④Among five patients finished all the courses of high dose Ara-c(HDAra-c)intensification therapy, three were CCR over 36 months. Conclusion ①The CR rate of one course chemotherapy was correlated to the intensity of treatment;②The treatment of As2O3 can help to lower the relapse of APL and enhance the event-free survival(EFS);③The treatment of HDAra-c can help to increase the EFS rate of childhood ANLL.

Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 1995;0(05):-
Objective: To discuss the values of serum S100 protein in evaluating the cerebral injuries during and after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Methods: 40 patients (25 valve replacement, 13 simple congenital heart disease, 2 valve replacement plus CABG) were studied. Serum S100 protein was serially assessed at different time intervals and the patients' neuropyscological complications were recorded. Results: S100 was not detected before CPB, and it reached its peak level at the termination of CPB, then gradually decrease to the preoperative levels. Three patients with the highest level appeared neuropyscological mobidity. Conclusion: S100 protein has significant change during CPB, and may reflect both the severity of the cerebral injury and increased permeability of the blood brain barrier. Its level has very great significance in evaluating cerebral injuries.

Objective To investigate the clinical results in the treatment of developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) with one stage open reduction and Salter or Dega osteotomy for “walking age”children .Methods We retrospectively reviewed 16 patients(16 hips)with unilateral hip dislocation who had undergone one‐stage open reduction and Salter or Dega innominate osteotomy in the the“walking age”children .the results were evaluated clinically by McKay′s classification and radiologically by the modified Severin′s classification .Early signs of osteonecrosis were identified by neck widening ,epiphysis fragmentation ,and presence of a metaphyseal growth disturbance line in the first year after the operation .Results After a follow‐up of one year on average ,good clinical and ra‐diographic results were noted in 87 .5% and 81 .25% of the patients ,respectively .Osteonecrosis occurred in 3 hips(18 .75% ) .Con‐clusion One‐stage open reduction and Salter or Dega osteotomy is an effective treatment for developmental dysplasia of the hip in walking age .
