To investigate the influence of the extent of attrition of teeth in the elderly and to provide a basis for the treatment, 5 527 teeth of 249 elderly, aged from 60 to 92 years, were examined. The results indicated that the occurrence rate of attrition was 100%, 54.6% of them was slight and 45.4% of them was severe. About 16% of them showed symptoms, and hypersensitivity of teeth was the most common one. The authors tried to individualize the treatment. The teeth with severe attrition were repaired by making plastic-metal plate and occlusive rehabilitation. After treatment all patients′ symptoms were resolved, and masticatory efficiency was improved.

Objective To analyze multislice CT (MSCT) multiphase multiphase enhancement scanning in the atypical hemangiomas. Methods During February 2013 from January 2014, chosing125 cases of patients with atypical hemangiomas in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results There was a total of 240 lesions in 125 patients, multiple (2 or higher) in a total of 70 cases, 55 cases of single. A total of 170 were located in the right lobe, 70 were located in the left lobe, lesions was 0.8 to 4.5 cm in diameter, the average was (2.53±0.21) cm. A total of 205 lesions were circular, a total of 35 as lobulated or irregular. CT scan, a total of 155 were low density, 85 in equal density. A total of 120 state clearly, realm for part of the fuzzy and parts out of a total of 35, 85 was fuzzy. A total of 45 lesions density uneven, a total of 195 was lesions density uniformity. In 240 intrahepatic lesions, a total of 145 lesions present performance1, 80 lesions belong to 2 kinds of forms, 15 lesions characterized by 3 kinds of forms. Conclusion Although a few hemangiomas reinforcement is not typical, by the mutiperiodic enhanced MSCT scanning remain their respective characteristics, in identification of its pathological changes has important diagnostic value.

ObjectiveTo summarize the experiences for nursing esophageal cancer patients undergoing chest laparoscopic intrathoracic esophagus anastomosis.Method The clinical data of 67 esophageal cancer patients before and after chest laparoscopic intrathoracic esophagus anastomosis were retrospectively reviewed for summarizing nursing experience.Result All 67 patients were discharged successfully, including 2 contracting anastomotic leak symptoms but cured by conservative therapy,4 contracting lung infections but cured after antimicrobial therapy, and another 2 contracting acute renal failure and cured by way conservative therapy as well. Conclusion Comprehensive preoperative preparation, accurate surgical operation and effective pre- and post-operative nursing measures can accelerate the healing, improve the cure rate and reduce the occurrence of complications.

Objective To study the relationship between needle retaining anddeqi. Methods Manual acupuncture was performed at the left ST36 of 26 naive healthy adult volunteers. Half of them retained the needles for 6 min and others were put the needle out immediately afterdeqi. Hemodynamic parameters of the anterior tibial artery were observed with color Doppler ultrasonography before and at 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 min after acupuncture. Results There was significant difference in Vmax、Vm、Pi and Dist in anterior tibial artery before and 3 min after acupuncture, but wasn't between needle remaining and not. Conclusion Needle retaining cannot change the regional haemodynamics during acupuncture, which suggest it cannot strengthendeqi.
