This article reviewed the research progress in the relationship between TCM syndromes and modern medical staging of lung cancer, with a purpose to provide references for the follow-up related work.
3.Endoscropic assist in rat orotracheal intubation
Chinese Journal of Comparative Medicine 2015;(5):47-50
Objective To investigate endoscropic assist in rat orotracheal intubation. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into two groups. The procedure time, total time, intubation frequency, the success rate of the first intubation and the survival rate in 24h were compared between the conventional group and the endoscropic group. Results The total time in two groups were nearly the same. But the procedure time and frequency of intubation were significantly less in the endoscropic group than those in the conventional group. The success rate of the first intubation in the endoscropic group was obviously higher than that of the conventional group. There was no obviously difference between the survival rate after extubation in 24h between groups. Conclusion Endoscropic assist is superior to the conventional method and worth promoting.

Objective To compare the effects of oral Sildenafil(SIL)and intravenous prostaglandin E_1(Alprostadil,PGE_1)in treatment of postoperative pulmonary hypertension(PH)associated with congenital heart defects(CHD).Methods Data were collected from 24 children with postoperative mPAP≥35 mmHg in our hospital between August 2004 and March 2005.These children were randomly divided into three groups:8 children(group A)initially received SIL(0.35 mg/kg,orally by nasal gastric tube),followed by the addition of intravenous PGE_1(20 ng/kg per min)at 40 min.The second group of 8 children(group C)initially received intravenous PGE_1 followed by the addition of SIL at 20 min(dose as above). And remains(group B)were placebo-controlled.The changes of hemodynamic variables, arterial blood gas, lung static compliance(C)and work of breathing(W)were measured after drugs were given. Results Compared with group B,the mPAP and mPAP/mSAP was significantly reduced(P

Objective To investigate the value of covered self expending metallic stent in the treatment of malignant esophageal stricture. Methods Thirty two patients with dysphagia due to malignant esophageal obstructions, esophagobronchial and anastomotic stenoses were undergone inserting self expending metallic stents. The procedure was done under fluoroscopic guidance. Sixteen patients underwent radiotherapy and (or) chemotherap after the procedure. All patients underwent esophagography before and after the stent placement, and were followed up to death. Results Thirty two stents were placed in 32 patients without any technical failures, and dysphagia was reduced considerably after stent placement. The recurrence of stenosis ( 6.3% vs 54.5% , P

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2017;26(5):426-430
ObjectiveTo investigate suicidal ideation and its risk factors in patients with borderline personality disorder (BPD),and raise awareness of suicidal risk in BPD.MethodsPatients with BPD were selected from in-patient and out-patient departments as case group(n=84),while 84 subjects were selected as control group,1∶1 matched by gender and age.Barratt impulsiveness scale,Buss-Perry aggression questionnaire, childhood trauma questionnaire,Beck depression inventory,Beck hopelessness scale and Beck scale for suicide ideation were used to measure the two groups.Results(1)In case group, the number of incidence of suicidal occurred was 84.The scores of suicidal ideation in the recent week(4.94±4.57 vs 0.50±0.51),suicidal ideation in the worst situation(20.43±6.58 vs 1.26±2.60) and the total score(25.37±9.78 vs 1.76±3.65) were statistically higher than those in control group (t=8.499,24.972,20.847,all P<0.01).(2) Multiple regression analysis showed that motor impulsivity, physical neglect in childhood,impulsivity,co-morbidity of axis I disorders, physical abuse in childhood, unemployment and unmarried status were risk factors of suicidal ideation in patients with BPD (β=0.876,0.640,0.428,0.350,0.236,0.165,-0.205,all P<0.05).ConclusionThe suicide ideation of patients with BPD are prevalent and intense.Awareness of risk factors for patients with BPD,thereby reducing the risk of suicide.

Objective A serum metabolic profiling in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) rat was established to screen potential metabolic markers of AMI prognosis and complication. Methods Male Wistar rats(n=20)were divided randomly into AMI 1 week group and control group. Anterior descending coronary was ligated in rats in AMI 1 week group to establish AMI model. After one week, these rats were sacrificed and the blood was collected from heart. And metabolomics platform was used to analyze serum metabolic profile. After PCA (principal component analysis) and OPLS-DA (Orthogonal partial least squares-Discriminant Analysis) were established, SPSS 19.0 was used to analysis data to get the potential metabolic markers. Results The PCA and OPLS-DA were established successfully and 27 metabolites present differently in levels between AMI 1 week group and the control group. Among these metabolites, LysoPC (lysophosphatidylcholine) and LysoPE (lysophosphatidyl ethanolamine) demonstrate significant differeance between these two groups. Conclusion The metabolic disorder in AMI patients can be reflected from the serum metabolic profiling. And these significant metabolites provide sup?port and reference for the prevention of AMI complication and its treatment.

Objective To evaluate the effect of Aiyishu injection on the cellular immunity state of body and toxic and side reaction in post-operation patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy .Methods Seventy patients with breast carcinoma at stage Ⅰ-ⅢA were randomly divided into treatment group (Aiyishu associated CAF regimen) (n=36) and control group (CAF regimen) (n=34).The activities of T cells and NK cells were examined in two groups before and after treatment, and the toxic, side reaction and living quality were also compared. Results The levels of CD3,CD4,CD8 and the ratio of CD4/CD8 and the activity of NK cells in treatment group were higher than those in control group (P

Objective To study the expressions of progesterone receptor A (PRA) and B (PRB) in breast cancer and adjacent non-malignant tissues and the correlations between their expressions and the clinical characteristics. Methods The expressions of PRA and PRB in 50 specimens of female human breast cancer and adjacent non-malignant tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlations between the expressions of PRA and PRB and the clinical characteristics were analyzed. Results PRA and PRB expressed in both the nuclei and the cytoplasma of tumor cells and epithelial cells of the acini and ducts. The percentages of PRA and PRB positive cells were 42%,42% and 52%,36% in the cancer and the adjacent non-malignant tissues, respectively, there was no significant difference. The expression of PRA was significantly correlated with the age of patient(r=-0.316 8,P
